利用数据挖掘方法对1990年1月—2001年7月10余年的WCPO金枪鱼围网作业生产数据以及该时段的18个与WCPO金枪鱼围网产量相关的海洋环境因子进行分析,将信息增益分析技术和基于粗糙集的属性化简方法相结合用以确定影响WCPO金枪鱼围网产量的关键因子集。利用多元回归分析方法建立基于关键因子集的预测模型,经过大量试验对比选择较佳的预测模型,达到了理想的效果。同时,验证了所确定关键因子集的可靠性,有效性。首次利用多种数据挖掘方法相结合的方式对多种影响因子进行分析,开展渔情预报研究,达到了较好的效果,为渔情预报研究提供了一种新思路,同时为渔业生产提供了可靠的依据。  相似文献

In Europe, 88% of fish stocks are being fished beyond Maximum Sustainable Yield and 30% of stocks are outside of biological limits. The blue whiting fishery is also following a consistent trend of a declining, and the EU recently adopted a 93% quota decrease for this species. Despite the abundant literature related to genetic aspects of population structure of aquatic resources, few studies have specifically addressed the link between fisheries management and population genetics. Given potential differences in the behavior of different subpopulations, population genetics has great relevance in the correct interpretation of the evolution of stocks. Ignoring the congruence of spatial scales between the population structure of fish species and management units can result in reduced productivity and local reduction of populations.  相似文献

Since the 1960s Taiwan has been a significant player in the global distant water tuna fisheries (DWTF). However, Taiwan's lack of political recognition has led some fisheries businesses to employ less conventional methods including Flags of Convenience (FOCs) in harvesting tuna resources. Meanwhile, Taiwan has been experiencing the painful cost of readjusted DWTF policies. This paper compares the readjusted policies in accordance with international management instruments and tuna compliance requirements (Compliance Agreement and UNFSA) and domestic laws are already undergoing adjustments to take these into account. This again demonstrates Taiwan's unique position in the international community: despite it not being a member of the United Nations, Taiwan spares no effort to ensure the sustainability of marine resources, and does its utmost to fulfill the responsibilities and duties of a Flag State.  相似文献

利用2014年夜光遥感数据分析吕宋岛西北部海域(18°~22°N,117°~120°E)灯光渔船的聚集性分布特征,并结合遥感环境数据研究引起该海域渔船聚集的海洋环境机制。研究结果表明:(1)2014年研究区的渔船灯光主要出现在2-4月,其中,3月灯光像元数量最多(3 417个),其次是4月(1 780个)和2月(573个);(2)日灯光像元数量时间序列结果显示,渔船灯光集中出现在2月23日至3月8日(T1),3月25日至4月7日(T2),4月23日至4月27日(T3)3个时段,其中,T1期间,灯光像元在18.6°~20.1°N,117.9°~118.6°E(A区)聚集;T2期间,灯光像元在18.6°~20.1°N,117.9°~118.6°E(B区)聚集;(3)A区和B区两个灯光密集区叶绿素a浓度升高可能与起源于吕宋岛西北部的冷涡相关。  相似文献

文章通过构建博弈模型,研究引导渔民将海水养殖量减少至可持续发展的最优水平的长、短期策略。从长期看,实现海水养殖可持续发展有提高生产技术、改变市场结构和发展碳汇渔业3种策略;从短期看,发展碳汇渔业见效更快。文章利用数值模拟方法,测算出为发展碳汇渔业,所需的碳汇市场需求规模为1 480万t。该结果与我国碳汇市场发展实际数据基本一致。说明当前我国碳汇市场规模已经足够庞大,可以有效容纳碳汇渔业所提供的碳汇供给。  相似文献

This paper deals with the history of the exploitation of a natural resource made up of various types of Mediterranean horny sponges. It also provides an update on trends in the trade of these sponges. The distribution and taxonomic status of Mediterranean species of commercial interest belonging to the genera Spongia and Hippospongia are reported upon and partly emended by (i) the selection of neotypes for Spongia mollissima , Hippospongia communis , and Spongia agaricina from the Indo-Pacific Ocean versus the Mediterranean Spongia lamella , and (ii) the discussion regarding the problematic status of Spongia zimocca . Attention is also focused upon species that have been of recent commercial interest as sources of metabolites with biomedical potential, such as Dysidea avara, which is considered endangered due to a pressing demand for the industrial extraction of chemicals it produces ( e.g . Avarol). The wild harvesting of new target sponges is also discussed, together with a proposal for a rational, sustainable, long-term strategy for Mediterranean sponge management. Sponge culture in situ is suggested as a useful approach that may allow eco-compatible management and conservation of this natural resource.  相似文献

Based on the fishing net surveying data about anguillid elver of the Yangtze estuary collected in 2006 and historical data from previous research of the region, this study was focused on analyzing the fishing effort and catch variations of the elver, revealing the effects on fishery resources caused by elver fishing activities. It was found that the elver fishing activities took place in the tidal area of the Yangtze estuary from January to April. The yearly elver catch in 2000–2006 was 3 times greater than that in the 1970s–1980s. The catch per unit effort (CPUE) (ind./net/day) of the elver had some characteristics of temporal variation. It was higher in spring tide periods than that in neap tide periods, and the CPUE in February and March was 3–4 times greater than that in January. Twenty-eight fish species, 6 shrimp species, 2 crab species and 8 other invertebrates were found in the by-catch of the eel nets. Among the fishes, shrimps and crabs, the individual proportion of fishes is the highest, and they are mostly juveniles or small-size fishes, while the shrimps and crabs also make up a certain proportion. Most of the individuals in the by-catch were juveniles and were dead when they were harvested. It was proven that the activity of elver fishing has a great negative effect on regional fishery resources, though it has brought great commercial benefit. Generalized linear models (GLM) and generalized additive models (GAM) were used to standardize catch per unit fishing effort (CPUE) of Ommastrephes bartramii for Chinese squid-jigging fishery in Northwest Pacific Ocean. Three groups of variables were considered in the standardization: spatial variables (longitude and latitude), temporal variables (year and month) and environmental variables, including sea surface temperature (SST), sea surface salinity (SSS) and sea level height (SLH). CPUE was treated as the dependent variable and its error distribution was assumed to be log-normal in each model. The model selections of GLM and GAM were based on the finite sample-corrected Akaike information criterion (AICC) and pseudo-coefficient (Pcf) combined P-value, respectively. Both GAM and GLM analysis showed that the month was the most important variable affecting CPUE and could explain 21.3% of variability in CPUE while other variables only explained 8.66%. The interaction of spatial and temporal variables weakly influenced the CPUE. Moreover, spatio-temporal factors may be more important in influencing the CPUE of this squid than environmental variables. The standardized and nominal CPUEs were similar and had the same trends in spatio-temporal distribution, but the standardized CPUE values tended to be smaller than the nominal CPUE. The CPUE tended to have much higher monthly variation than annual variations and their values increased with month. The CPUE became higher with increasing latitude-high CPUE usually occurred in 145°E–148°E and 149°E–162°E. The CPUE was higher when SST was 14–21°C and the SLH from −22 cm to −18 cm. In this study, GAM tended to be more suitable than GLM in analysis of CPUE.  相似文献
