悬浮沙激光散斑图像处理的研究

本文以统计模式识别为基础，阐述了图像处理在悬浮沙粒粒径流量中的实际应用，提出了用图像层析来确定放大系数的方法，提出了测量的准确度。     

The DNA de-methylating agent 5-azacytidine does not restore CYP1A induction in PCB resistant Newark Bay killifish (Fundulus heteroclitus)

Newark Bay (NB) killifish (Fundulus heteroclitus) have been chronically exposed to environmental contaminants that activate the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) and are tolerant to toxic effects and CYP1A induction provoked by AHR ligands. Resistance to CYP1A induction could be due to an epigenetic mechanism such as DNA methylation. We measured in-ovo CYP1A catalytic activity (ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase, EROD) in NB and reference site killifish embryos aqueously exposed to various concentrations of the de-methylating agent 5-azacytidine, 5-AC (5, 50 and 500 μ(micro)M) with or without 0.2 μ(micro)g/l of the CYP1A inducer 3,3^′,4,4^′,5 pentachlorobiphenyl (IUPAC PCB126). Neither PCB126 alone, nor PCB126 plus 5-AC, induced EROD above levels in vehicle treated Newark Bay fish. In reference site fish, the same PCB126 dose provoked a 7.4-fold EROD induction relative to controls. We conclude that Newark Bay killifish are resistant to CYP1A induction by co-planar PCBs during early embryological development and our data suggests that DNA methylation does not play a critical role in resistance to CYP1A induction in this model.     

海底小目标声呐图像一维最大熵分割的改进方法

作为海洋高新技术,水声技术日益成为海洋水下探测的主要手段,而且有时是惟一的手段(比如对浑水或对远距离的情况).海底物体搜索、海底救捞、海底探宝、海底“黑烟囱”探测、海底施工以及海洋军事活动(如探测水雷)等多方面都涉及海底小目标(这里的“目标”泛指物体,包括各种人工制造物和自然形成物)探测.对海底小目标探测是一个困难而有意义的课题.高分辨成像声呐在海底小目标探测方面具有良好的应用前景.将高分辨成像声呐应用于海底小目标探测,图像处理是关键.图像分割是图像处理中的主要问题,也是机器视觉领域低层视觉中的主要问题,同时它又是一个经典难题.     

A Method of Coding and Decoding in Underwater Image Transmission

A new method of coding and decoding in the system of underwater image transmission is introduced, including the rapid digital frequency synthesizer in multiple frequency shift keying,image data generator, image grayscale decoder with intelligent fuzzy algorithm, image restoration and display on microcomputer.     

A New Fall-Rate Equation for T-5 Expendable Bathythermograph (XBT) by TSK

The accuracy of the manufacturer’s fall-rate equation for the T-5 Model of expendable bathythermograph (XBT) has been investigated based on about 300 collocated pairs of XBT-CTD (Conductivity-Temperature-Depth profiler) measurements in various climatological regions. We found that the equation systematically overestimates depth by about 5% for the T-5 produced by Tsurumi Seiki, Co. Ltd. (TSK), but almost no bias is associated with the T-5 produced by Sippican, Inc., in USA. The cause of this difference is not clear, because the two manufacturers’ T-5 probes are reported to have identical shape and weight in water. We propose a new fall-rate equation for the TSK T-5: z(t) = 6.54071t - 0.0018691t ², where z(t) is depth in meters at time, t, in seconds.     

Underwater Acoustic Image Transmission System Based on DSP

The underwater acoustic image transmission system based on the high-speed DSP device TMS320C549 has been studied.We use Goertzel algorithm for source decoding and MFSK for modulation.Turbo code is used for channel coding and decoding.The purpose is to implement underwater video image data transmission.     

Experimental Investigation of Instantaneous Properties of Wave Slamming on the Plate

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the instantaneous properties of wave slamming on the plate structure of an open structure.The advanced instantaneous measuring technique-Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV) is applied to acquire the instantaneous velocity field of wave slamming.From the cross-correlation analysis results of the images captured by the CCD camera,the flow fields of wave impacting on the structure are displayed visually,and the instantaneous whole-field fluid velocity vectors are obtained.The relation between the instantaneous peak impacting pressures and the instantaneous velocities of water particles is studied by probability analysis.     

注射生物胺对凡纳滨对虾鳃丝离子转运酶活力和血淋巴渗透压的影响

本文研究了注射生物胺(多巴胺、5-羟色胺)对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)离子转运酶活力和渗透压的影响。结果表明:注射生物胺(DA、5-HT)对凡纳滨对虾鳃丝总AT- Pase、Na -K -ATPase、V-ATPase活力的影响均显著(P<0．05)．而对HCO3--ATPase活力和渗透压的影响不显著(P>0．05),而对照组渗透生理指标无明显变化。注射DA组AT- Pase、Na -K -ATPase活力在6h内呈峰值变化,分别在1h、3h达到最大值,在6-12h时稳定在对照组水平,12h后逐渐升高,于36h时达到最大值后降低,而V-ATPase活力在实验时间内呈阶段式升高现象,在36h达最大值后降低;注射5-HT组ATPase、Na -K -ATPase活力随取样时间增加而降低．至9h达到最小值,9h后趋于稳定,V-ATPase活力在48h内与对照组差异不显著。注射DA、5-HT处理组血淋巴渗透压分别在6h、9h内呈明显的峰值变化．分别在1h、6h达到最大值,然后分别在6h、9h后趋于稳定,并恢复至对照组水平。     

台风"杜鹃"影响期间福建大风天气的特点及成因

台风“杜鹃”影响期间，福建大风天气出现的比较早，而且范围比较大．本文通过对天气尺度的环境场、具有代表性的单站资料的对比分析，寻求大风出现的原因．还深入利用MM5模式对台风的气压场、风场、流场等进行数值模拟，分析结果表明台湾地形倒槽的形成对此次大风天气出现有着重要的作用，此外从流场分型的角度进一步分析台湾地形倒槽的形成原因．     

声纳记录失真分析

从侧扫声纳的工作原理出发，分析了侧扫声纳记录声图产生基本失真的原因，推导出基本失真的数学公式，所得结论对实际作用有重要的指导意义。
