地图数据库图形编辑软件（MDBGES）的设计与设想

图形编辑是ＧＩＳ中数据录入、更新及图形输出时的重要环节。本文阐述了地图数据库下图形编辑的原理、方法，ＭＤＢＧＥＳ的构成和功能，并分析了ＭＤＢＧＥＳ的试验结果，按照用户应用程序与ＤＢＭＳ的关系，提出了库函数的建立及其分类方案，以及一整套与地图数据库接口函数的原型。在用户与ＤＢＭＳ的接口规范化方面作了有益探索。此外，本文探讨了符号图形编辑的两种设想。     

Internet-based applications for interrogating 50 years of data from the South African national water quality monitoring network

ABSTRACT

National and regional water quality monitoring networks have been operated in South Africa since the early 1970s. These originally had text-based inventories that were convenient for specialists who were familiar with the national networks and knew the locations of their sites of interest. However, within two decades the networks had expanded in geographical extent and variables monitored to such an extent that users needed spatial context in order to locate sites that fitted their information requirements. Mapping applications running on the Internet, such as Google Earth and Leaflet, form the foundation of a system for providing online inventories and summaries of the data available on the water quality database. The interfaces were constructed using available software, mainly ArcInfo and R. A recent concern is a decrease in the collection of water quality data, which is reducing the value of data summaries for water resource management.     

建立基于GIS的浙江省矿产资源储量管理系统

GIS是国土资源信息系统及办公自动化系统的基石 ,亦将是国土资源工作的各个领域中最具影响力、应用最广泛的一种技术。本文在分析已有矿产资源含量数据库特点和GIS应用现状的基础上 ,提出了在GIS平台上建立浙江省矿产资源储量管理信息系统的初步设想 ,概要论述了系统的功能、软件流程和系统结构     

世界应力图2000版( WSM2000)介绍及使用说明

全球地壳应力状态对于地学及相关领域科学研究意义重大,因此测量全球地壳应力并绘制全球地壳应力图一直受到国际地学界广泛关注．1986年开始实施的世界应力图计划(WSMP：World Stress Map Project,以下简称WSM)经各国专家多年合作和努力工作,现已出版了最新WSM2000版本应力数据库．该数据库在WSMl997版基础上新增收录了4216个观测数据,使其总共包含了全球10920个可靠应力测量数据,并绘制了全球应力图和部分地区的局部应力图,为地质地球物理研究提供了准确详细的应力数据．本文结合WSM官方网站的资料从数据库结构、数据来源、数据质量、数据摘要描述等方面介绍WSM2000数据库,以使国内研究迅速利用此宝贵的数据资源.     

Influence of long‐period filter cut‐off on elastic spectral displacements

The effect of the long‐period filter cut‐off, T_c, on elastic spectral displacements is investigated using a strong ground‐motion database from Europe and the Middle East. The relation between the filter and oscillator responses is considered to observe the influence of T_c for both analogue and digital records, and the variations with site classification, magnitude, filter order and viscous damping. Robust statistics are derived using the re‐processed European data to generalize the effects of the long‐period filter cut‐off on maximum oscillator deformation demands as a function of these seismological and structural features. Statistics with a 95% confidence interval are derived to suggest usable period ranges for spectral displacement computations as a function of T_c. The results indicate that the maximum period at which spectral displacements can be confidently calculated depend strongly on the site class, magnitude and filter order. The period range where reliable long‐period information can be extracted from digital accelerograms is twice that of analogue records. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

多级格网时空索引

在时空数据库中,地理实体模型包括地理对象空间信息和时态信息。为了快速查询实体的空间和时间信息,这就需要一个高效的时空索引机制。本文在分析和参考目前几种时空索引方法的基础上提出了一种新的时空索引方法———多级格网时空索引,并介绍了多级格网时空索引的算法。     

公路路产管理系统的设计与开发

采用了Visual C 以及Access技术,实现了模块化的公路路产管理系统,阐明了系统各模块的功能及其相互关系。     

基于Oracle数据库的正射影像数据的组织和管理

随着航空摄影技术以及卫星遥感技术的迅速发展.数字正射影像已经越来越为社会的广大用户所利用。为了使数字正射影像数据更好的应用于国民经济各个部门,就需要对影像数据提供一个有效的合理的数据组织和管理的方式。本文分析了Oracle数据库所提供的数据类型的特点,对基于大型数据库的正射影像数据组织和管理做了较为详尽的阐述。     

“数字城市”建设中的地图综合技术

在“数字城市”建设中,完成了基本比例尺地图数据建库后,面临的紧要问题就是如何维护更新数据,以及建立跨比例尺数据间的联系,数字技术环境下的自动化地图综合技术成为必须解决的技术问题。通过“数字深圳”空间数据基础设施建设实际,讨论了数字环境下地图综合的概念、实施路线及软件开发方法,对多尺度空间数据库建设有关问题进行了思考。
