铁路交通用地GIS分析制图--以金华-温州线为例

随着我国土地产权制度的建设和不断完善,铁路、公路等线路用地的土地登记工作越来越多,而线路用地不同于常规的土地登记,探讨此类用地的土地登记实践,具有重要的现实意义。本文以金温铁路为例,在对铁路用地具有连续性、整体性及地籍调查界址数据形式多样等特点分析的基础上,应用GIS,通过面向对象的编程实现界址点数据精确上图,建立登记发证的图形数据库,并应用其制图功能和丰富的空间分析与统计分析功能,制定出金华-温州铁路(简称金温铁路)用地发证图件制作的技术流程,完成土地登记制图。     

台站资料的GrADS绘图方法

通过全国站点观测资料，详细描述了GrADS气象绘图软件的台站资料绘图方法，并对适合台站资料的一些绘图命令做了详细说明，便于气象工作者在科研工作中熟练使用，具有一定的实用价值。     

GIS专业中地图学教学方法的研究

结合GIS专业的特点,探讨了地图学课程在GIS专业课程体系中的作用,并就传统教学方法存在的问题,通过定位教学方法、引进大型作业环节和开设具有本校特点的实验课内容的研究,提出根据学校特点开展地图学课程教学的方法,培养学生的自主学习能力,提高课程教学效果。     

一类可调放大镜式地图投影

提出了一类新的变化比例尺地图投影,它具有“放大镜“的效果,可将地图上的重点地区、内宁可用较大比例尺放大表示出来而周围地区的比例尺不变。“放大镜“的边界及其形状、“放大“的方式、幅度亦可自由设计、灵活调整。此类投影可以基本概括现有的变比例尺投影,并克服了现有方法的诸多缺陷,产生更佳、更广泛的结果。     

地图的集合模型(表达式)及比较应用初探

本文在分析和综合地图实质与内容的基础上,应用比较方法提出了点作为构成地图的“细胞”,并由此入手建立了点的一般集合表达式,指出表达式是点的定位基础信息、表示类属的性质特征信息、区别颜色的表象特征信息以及反映颜色浓淡的信息等6个变量的函数。然后推导了地图要素和最终的地图一般表达式。作为例子,文中运用这些表达式推证了各类点、各种地图要素及几种地图的表达式。 作者认为,依据这些表达式还可对作为传输信息工具的地图在人们认知过程中的作用和结果作进一步的探索。

A Practical Algorithm for the External Annotation of Area Features

One of the subtasks of automated map labelling that has received little attention so far is the labelling of areas. Geographic areas are often are represented by concave polygons which pose severe limitations on straightforward solutions due to their great variety of shape, a fact worsened by the lack of measures for quantifying feature-label relationships. We introduce a novel and efficient algorithm for labelling area features externally, i.e. outside their polygonal boundary. Two main contributions are presented in the following. First, it is a highly optimized algorithm of generating candidate placements utilizing algorithms from the field of computational geometry. Second, we describe a measure for scoring label positions. Both solutions based on a series of well-established cartographic precepts about name positioning in the case of semantic enclaves such as islands or lakes. The results of our experiments show that our algorithm can efficiently place labels with a quality that is close to the quality of traditional cartographic products made by human cartographers.     

Automation and evaluation of graduated dot maps

Dot mapping is a traditional method for visualizing quantitative data, but current automated dot mapping techniques are limited. The most common automated method places dots pseudo-randomly within enumeration areas, which can result in overlapping dots and very dense dot clusters for areas with large values. These issues affect users’ ability to estimate values. Graduated dot maps use dots with different sizes that represent different values. With graduated dot maps the number of dots on a map is smaller, reducing the likelihood of overlapping dots. This research introduces an automated method of generating graduated dot maps that arranges dots with blue-noise patterns to avoid overlap and uses clustering algorithms to replace densely packed dots with those of larger sizes. A user study comparing graduated dot maps, pseudo-random dot maps, blue-noise dot maps and proportional circle maps with almost 300 participants was conducted. Results indicate that map users can more accurately extract values from graduated dot maps than from the other map types. This is likely due to the smaller number of dots per enumeration area in graduated dot maps. Map users also appear to prefer graduated dot maps over other map types.     

中国古地图遗产与文化价值

中国古地图学创于公元三世纪《西晋·裴秀传》提出的“制图之体有六焉”,被西方誉为中国地图学之父的裴秀（西晋司空）,领衔制作了《禹贡地域图》十八篇和《地形方丈图》（公元224-271年）。其后的1600年间,先后完成了一批著名的中国古地图,例如南朝大臣谢庄领衔完成的”木方丈图”（公元502-557年）、隋炀帝命学者崔绩（550-618年）撰《区宇图志》（公元581-600年）、唐朝宰相贾耽领衔绘制《海内华夷图》（公元730-805年）、北宋科学家沈括领衔绘制《守令图》（公元1031-1095年）、南宋礼部尚书黄裳绘制《苏州石刻天文图》原图（公元1190年）、元代玄教宗师朱思本制作《舆地图》（公元1273-1333年）、明代航海家郑和领衔完成《郑和航海图》与地理学家罗洪先领衔制作《广舆图》（公元1504-1564年）、明代天文学家徐光启等完成的《恒星屏障图》、清代高邮知州魏源受林则徐委托编撰《海国图志》（公元1842-1852年）等,继承与发展了独特的中国古代地图学,即使西方经纬度制图技术于公元1584-1600年前后传至中国,启动了中西地图融合发展,中西两种制图理论和方法并行地使用了400余年。闻名中外的中国古地图,包括古天文图、世界图、中国图、航海图、区域图、水利图、军事图、风景名胜图、历史图、教育图等,迄今仍被国内外著名藏图机构分散地保存着,构成了世界古地图文化遗产中的重要组成部分,具有十分珍贵的文化价值,值得进一步深入探讨、挖掘和利用。本文最后初步地探讨了中国古地图的稀有价值、应用价值、历史价值、科学价值和艺术价值。
