塔里木盆地玉北构造带形成于加里东中晚期, 主要断裂以挤压逆冲为主, 早期形成断层传播褶皱样式, 断层总体终止于石炭系/奥陶系不整合面之下.该地区奥陶系碳酸盐岩储层易发育断层伴生裂缝和褶皱调节性裂缝, 主要分布在膝褶带和断层传播褶皱区.海西晚期玉北地区断裂重新活动, 仍以挤压为主形成三角剪切样式, 但断层位移量并不大, 该时期玉北构造带基本定型, 储层裂缝易发育在三角剪切变形区.喜马拉雅期玉北地区存在微弱构造变形, 玉北构造带主要受到构造的叠加改造.新生代青藏高原向东的扩张产生北东-南西向的构造应力场, 使得北东-南西向的玉北断裂带具有开启性, 对玉北地区油气调整和聚集会有一定的影响.  相似文献

Knowledge of wake characteristics in the stern region is important for ensuring good propeller design and performance. This work examines the utility of CFD in the analysis of flow in the case of full aft beam vessels having characteristic cut stern shape to facilitate propeller aperture. The underwater stern shape may be more complex due to the occurrence of stern appendages such as bossings, strut supports and local shape variations. To this extent, CFD offers an effective tool for both qualitative as well as quantitative assessment of the local geometry. Wake estimate is required for choice of the most favorable propeller geometry. In the present method, the analysis quantifies the effects of small changes in stern rake angles and offers an inverse design approach towards finalising the stern shape. The method consists of solving the standard k-ε turbulent model of RANS equations in cell centered finite volume multi zone grid in the flow domain. This approach has been used in estimating the velocity at the propeller plane. The results have been compared with experimentally obtained values of nominal wake. The approach suggests that CFD can provide a cost effective and quick assessment of flow. It is also an attractive means of pre-empting heterogeneous flow related problems such as vibration and noise due to unfavorable wake in the stern region.  相似文献

This paper describes a computational model of digestive gland epithelial cells (digestive cells) of marine mussels. These cells are the major environmental interface for uptake of contaminants, particularly those associated with natural particulates that are filtered from seawater by mussels. Digestive cells show well characterised reactions to exposure to lipophilic xenobiotics, such as oil-derived aromatic hydrocarbons (AHs), which accumulate in these cells with minimal biotransformation. The simulation model is based on processes associated with the flux of carbon through the cell. Physiological parameters such as fluctuating food concentration, cell volume, respiration, secretion/excretion, storage of glycogen and lipid, protein/organelle turnover (autophagy/resynthesis) and export of carbon to other tissues of the mussel are all included in the model. The major response to AHs is induction of increased autophagy in these cells. Simulations indicate that the reactions to AHs and food deprivation correspond well with responses measured in vivo.  相似文献

Nonlinear hydrodynamics of a twin rectangular hull under heave oscillation is analyzed using numerical methods. Two-dimensional nonlinear time-domain solutions to both inviscid and viscous problems are obtained and the results are compared with linear, inviscid frequency-domain results obtained in [26] to quantify nonlinear and viscous effects. Finite-difference methods based on boundary-fitted coordinates are used for solving the governing equations in the time domain [2]. A primitive-variables based projection method [6] is used for the viscous analysis and a mixed Eulerian–Lagrangian formulation [11] for inviscid analysis. The algorithms are validated and the order of accuracy determined by comparing the results obtained from the present algorithm with the experimental results of Vugt [22] for a heaving rectangle in the free surface. The present study on the twin-hull hydrodynamics shows that at large and non-resonant regular frequencies, and small amplitude of body oscillation, the fluid viscosity does not significantly affect the wave motion and the radiation forces. At low frequencies however the viscosity effect is found to be significant even for small amplitude of body oscillation. In particular, the hydrodynamic force obtained from the nonlinear viscous analysis is found to be closer to the linear inviscid force than the nonlinear inviscid force to the linear inviscid force, the reason for which is attributed to the wave dampening effect of viscosity. Since the wave lengths generated at smaller frequencies of oscillation are longer and therefore the waves could have a more significant effect on the dynamic pressure on the bottom of the hulls which contribute to the heave force, the correlation between the heave force and the wave elevation is found to be larger at smaller frequencies. Because of nonlinearity, the wave radiation and wave damping force remained nonzero even at and around the resonant frequencies – with the resonant frequencies as determined in [26] using linear potential flow theory. As to be expected, the nonlinear effect on the wave force is found to be significant at all frequencies for large amplitude of oscillation compared to the hull draft. The effect of viscosity on the force, by flow separation, is also found to be significant for large amplitude of body oscillation.  相似文献

Existing layer-averaged numerical models for turbidity currents have mostly adopted the global minimum time step (GMiTS) for solution updating, which confines their computational efficiency and limits their attractiveness for field applications. This paper presents a highly efficient layer-averaged numerical model for turbidity currents by implementing the combined approach of the local graded-time-step (LGTS) and the global maximum-time-step (GMaTS). The governing equations are solved for unstructured triangular meshes by the shock-capturing finite volume method along with a set of well-balanced evaluations of the numerical flux and geometrical slope source terms. The quantitative accuracy of the model, given reasonably estimated empirical and model parameters (e.g., bed friction, water entrainment, sediment deposition and erosion coefficients), is demonstrated by comparing the numerical solutions against laboratory data of the current front positions and deposition profiles, as well as field data of the current front positions. The improved computational efficiency is demonstrated by comparing the computational cost of the present model against that of a traditional model that uses a GMiTS. For the present simulated cases, the maximum reduction of the computational cost is approximately 80% (e.g., a simulation that cost 1 h before will only require 12 min with the new model).  相似文献
