黄河三角洲埕岛地区近年海底冲淤规律及水深预测

通过对1976～1995年黄河三角洲地区埕岛海域的水深资料以及近年来实测的水深数据的分析,确定了黄河三角洲埕岛地区在1976年黄河改道清水沟后,从三角洲推进淤积期进入了海岸冲刷改造期。按冲刷速率、剖面坡度及其与季节变化的关系可分为快速冲刷阶段(1976～1980)、缓慢冲刷阶段(1981～1992)、以冲刷为主的冲淤调整阶段(1992年至今),海岸边带的后期冲刷改造受季节性影响也比较明显。在深度上基本以15m等深线为界,深水区淤积、浅水区冲刷。通过250m×250m网格化节点的实测水深变化的时间序列,采用二维平面的趋势面拟合方法,可以较好地对本海区的水深进行拟合并做出时间序列值的预测。

Application of a neural network model in establishing a stage–discharge relationship for a tidal river

This paper presents the applicability of neural network (NN) modelling for forecasting and filtering problems. The multilayer feedforward (MLFF) network was first constructed to forecast the tidal‐level variations at the mouth of the River Chao Phraya in Thailand. Unlike the well‐known conventional harmonic analysis, the NN model uses a set of previous data for learning and then forecasting directly the time‐series of tidal levels. It was found that lead time of 1 to 24 hourly tidal levels can be predicted successfully using only a short‐time hourly learning data. The MLFF network was further used to establish a stage–discharge relationship for the tidal river. The results show a considerably better performance of the NN model over the conventional models. In addition, the stage–discharge relationship obtained by the NN model can indicate reasonably well the important behaviour of the tidal influences. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

钱塘江水系的形成和变迁

本文根据控制钱塘江水系发育的最后一期构造的发生时间；根据古地面的形成和水系发育的相互关系；根据水系沉积物性质和古生物等推断钱塘江水系的雏形发生于晚白垩世，整体水系形成于始—渐新世。钱塘江水系形成以后，主、支流在平原河口段的改道却相当频繁。其总体趋势是由向北转为向东。河流长度且随海水进退而消长。长江的输沙作用及杭州—临安东西向构造带造成的地形条件是形成杭州湾三角港的决定因素。文中还根据河口湾环境的出现，推断了钱塘涌潮形成的时间。     

THE RESEARCH ON THE DISTRIBUTION AND FORMS OF HEAVY METALS IN THE XIANGJIANG RIVER SEDIMENTS

In this paper, the contents and various forms of Cd, Cu, Zn and Pb in the sediments of the Xiangjiang River have been investigated. The presentation of this paper focuses on the various forms and characteristics of the heavy metals in the column sediments at Xiawan Port of Zhuzhou, which has been severely polluted by a metallurgical plant.The forms of the heavy metals discussed in this paper are: The concentration of the exchangeable forms of Cd, Cu, Zn and Pb, in the forms of carbonates and Fe/ Mn oxide in water, the combination of Cu with organic matter and form, and the proportion of the residue form at each section have been studied.     

金沙江下段河槽地貌特征与地貌过程*

文章利用金沙江河谷地貌调查与水利工程选址勘察地质资料,根据河槽纵剖面与18个河谷横剖面的资料以及攀枝花金江河段、会理鱼鲊河段、元谋龙街河段、禄劝凹嘎河段的阶地调查结果,对金沙江下段河槽地貌进行了初步分析,金沙江下段的河谷为典型的深切"V"形河谷,在虎跳峡、乌东德、白鹤滩峡谷段河槽比降发生明显变化。根据河谷阶地下切幅度与形成时代,以T₃阶地计算金沙江下段河槽平均下切速率达到0.71~1.18m/ka,以T₂阶地计算金沙江下段河槽平均下切速率为0.75~1.36m/ka,因此,近十几万年来,金沙江下段河谷平均下切速率达到0.9~1.0m/ka。现代金沙江河槽底部均堆积了一定厚度的冲积-崩积物覆盖层,最厚的石鼓剖面河床底部冲积物盖层达到173m,一般河段堆积物盖层均达10m以上。金沙江河槽的迁移是河槽下切过程与岸坡崩塌过程综合作用的结果,形成原河槽崩塌阻塞,河槽被动迁移或原河槽改道下切,形成古河槽-离堆山-新河槽的地貌组合,以及河槽侧向迁移3种模式。     

“黄河流域水资源演化规律与可再生性维持机理”研究进展

黄河是中国第二条大河,流域面积80万km2,它曾是中华民族文化的摇篮。当前在中国西部大开发中具有举足轻重的重要战略地位。但是黄河流域地处中国的半干旱与半湿润地带,流域的水资源量先天不足,流域内的人均水资源占有量很少,相当全国人均水资源占有量的1/3。由于气候的暖干变化与人类活动的影响,过去30年来,黄河下游与其主要支流频繁地发生了断流,这种发展的征兆不仅加剧了脆弱的水资源供应与需求的平衡,而且给流域上、中、下游原有生态系统与环境带来更大的冲击。黄河的治理终归是涉及国家稳定和国家安全的大事。因此,1999年科技部在“国家重点基础研究发展规划”中立项,启动了5年研究项目“黄河流域水资源演化规律与可再生性维持机理”。作者作为项目的首席科学家根据项目各课题已发表的近900篇论文与几十部专著等大量成果,简要概括了黄河水资源的基础性、技术性和应用性研究等三大方面的进展。     

基于动态树结构的河网分析方法

某条河流除了河流自身的数量与质量特征外,该河流在河网结构中的空间位置及其相关结构特征将提供全局性的评价依据。河网的空间形态结构特征由各条河流的几何特征和河流之间的相互关系决定,为了完整表示河网的空间形态结构特征,本文提出了基于动态树结构的河网分析思想,阐述了动态河网树结构的建立、维护及其应用的方法。
