广东省就业空间的性别化及权力特征

采用2000年第五次人口普查的数据,以市辖区(县、市)为基本地理单元,对广东省的21个地级市133个样本进行性别与就业空间的实证研究。通过分别对男性和女性6类就业区的比较分析发现,①广东省不同性别的就业整体同构与一定程度的性别隔离并存。整体同构来自互补性的就业角色,两性关系是平等的;性别隔离来自于隔离性的就业角色,两性之间存在着控制与被控制的权力关系。女性就业在与男性总体平等的同时,也存在被边缘化的现象。②在经济全球化和世界制造业转移的大背景下,不同性别的就业空间形成了中心-边缘结构。高度集聚的就业活动分布在环珠江口的珠江三角洲的经济中心区,与珠三角以外的其他就业区在空间上形成了核心-边缘结构。③不同性别的就业空间具有权力特征,具有生产性。中心-边缘结构构建了一种以广州和深圳为极点的就业空间秩序,这种结构制约着区域就业空间新秩序的出现,也体现为区域就业秩序下一种社会经济关系的生成。④在地域文化的深刻影响下,除粤东部分传统地区之外,广东不同性别的就业差异并未构成整体的就业空间性别化。     

内外网物理隔离的简便方法

目前内部局域网与外部互联网互联是发展必然。而如何真正的保护内网的安全，保证内部资料，不受外网攻击或窃密，是网络管理的重要工作。只有将内网与外网进行物理隔离才能做到这点。物理隔离技术主要是通过隔离设备让内网和外网互联互通。物理隔离的主要特征，是内网与外网永不直接连接。物理隔离网闸是目前唯一能解决上述问题的安全设备。在基层局域网工作站利用双系统、双网卡同样可达到内外网物理隔离作用，节约、方便、易行。     

Seismic behavior of variable frequency pendulum isolator

Earthquake performance of a flexible one-story building isolated with a variable frequency pendulum isolator （VFPI） under near-fault and far-field ground motions is investigated. The frictional forces mobilized at the interface of the VFPI are assumed to be velocity dependent. The interaction between frictional forces of the VFPI in two horizontal directions is duly considered and coupled differential equations of motion of the isolated system in the incremental form are solved iteratively. The response of the system with bi-directional interaction is compared with those without interaction. In addition, the effects of velocity dependence on the response of the isolated system are also investigated. Moreover, a parametric study is carried out to critically examine the influence of important parameters on bi-directional interaction effects of the frictional forces of the VFPI. These parameters are： the superstructure time period, frequency variation factor （FVF） and friction coefficient of the VFPI. From the above investigations, it is observed that the dependence of the friction coefficient on relative velocity of the system does not have a noticeable effect on the peak response of the system isolated with VFPI, and that the bi-directional interaction of frictional forces of the VFPI is important and if neglected, isolator displacements will be underestimated and the superstructure acceleration and base shear will be overestimated.

全球化背景下在华韩国人族裔聚居区的形成与发展演变——以北京望京为例

随着近年的经济高速增长,中国已成为仅次于美国、日本的第三大韩国人移居地。在此背景下,运用实地调查和访谈方法,以北京望京为例,分析在华韩国人居住区及其族裔经济的形成与发展演变过程。北京望京是迄今为止在华韩国人聚集规模最大的社区,其以1998 年、2003 年为节点,经历了从花家地北移到望京西园,进而以望京西园为中心向外扩张的发展扩散过程。伴随着韩国人居住范围的扩大,面向韩国人的族裔经济也应运而生。当地的韩国人族裔经济多为韩国人和中国朝鲜族共同经营,以自我服务为主,已形成覆盖生产生活各方面的经济体系。相比中国国内的其他族裔聚居区,望京韩国人聚居区由于中国朝鲜族的参与,形成了主动融入、隐性隔离的特征,而这也为北京的移民管理和国际化城市建设带来了新挑战。     

Isolation of novel psychrophilic bacteria from Arctic sea ice

The phylogenetic diversity of cuhurable psychrophilic bacteria associated with sea ice from the high latitude regions of Canadian Basin and Chukchi Sea, Arctic, was investigated. A total of 34 psychropilic strains were isolated using three methods of （ Ⅰ ） dilution plating （ at 4 ℃ ）, （ Ⅱ ） bath culturing （ at - 1 ℃ ） and dilution plating, and （ Ⅲ） cold shock （ -20 ℃ for 24 h）, bath culturing and dilution plating under aerobic conditions. Sea-ice samples were exposed to -20 ℃ for 24 h that might reduce the number of common microorganisms and encourage outgrowth of psyehrophilic strains. This process might be able to be introduced to isolation psychrophilic bacteria from other environmental samples in future study. 16S rDNA nearly full-length sequence analysis revealed that psychrophilic strains felled in two phylo- genetic divisions, γ-proteobacteria （in the genera ColweUia,Marinobaeter、Shewanella,Glaciecola,Marinomortas and Pseudoalteromortas ） and Cytophaga-Flexibacter-Baeteroides （ Flavobacterlum and Psyehroflexus）. Fifteen of bacterial isolates quite likely represented novel species （16S rDNA sequence similarity below 98% ）. One of strains （BSi20002） from Canadian Basin showed 100% sequence similarity to that of Marinobacter sp. ANT8277 isolated from the Antarctic Weddell sea ice, suggesting bacteria may have a bipolar distribution at the species level.     

饱和土中孔列对平面快纵波的隔离效应

在Biot饱和土波动理论的基础上,用单排孔列作为屏障,对全空间饱和土中人射平面快纵波进行了隔离分析.采用波函数展开法,将人射波和散射波的势函数展开成Fourier-Bessel函数的无穷级数的形式,利用一组可以求解多散射问题的圆柱坐标系统和界面处位移连续的条件,得到问题的理论解.对影响隔离效果的孔间距和饱和土的渗透性等...     

RS-232端口光电隔离型电涌保护器

根据气体放电管和瞬态抑制二极管的保护特性,合理选择退耦元件参数,实现多级SPD间的能量配合,并结合光纤的保护性能设计RS-232接口的保护电路.最后利用雷电冲击试验平台LST-6kV/3 kA、ICGS冲击平台以及DF1641C函数发生器对保护电路进行实验,以验证设计的方案.实验结果表明:在加上保护器件后,通信端口的抗雷电过压能力得到了很大的提高,并且加入该保护电路以后基本不会对原电路产生插入损耗.
