国土资源部拟以土地供应控房价

为具体落实七部委《关于做好稳定住房价格工作的意见》，国土资源部将在两方面下功夫：一方面要通过土地调控措施来保证中低价位、中小套型住房的有效供应，另一方面，在抑制商品住房价格上涨过快上，则要在严格执行土地利用总体规划和土地利用计划的前提下，根据房地产市场变化情况，适时调整土地供应结构、供应方式及供应时间。     

复杂模型重力位场快速正反演方法及应用

提要 本文详细讨论了一种三维重力位场快速正反演方法。作者在前人工作的基础上,对算法作了行之有效的改进,通过对反演中的不稳定因素进行各种理论模型试算,得出保证迭代反演稳定收敛的准则,编制出可在微型机IBM—PC上运行的人机对话式自动正反演程序。本文还对各种不均质模型进行了模似计算并将该方法应用于某含油气沉积盆地的双层界面构造研究,揭示出了储油有利地段。     

安徽：整改不到位不恢复农转非审批

近日，安徽省国土资源厅就恢复农用地转用和征地审批有关问题发出通知。通知强调，凡是在治理整顿期间违反土地集中统一管理规定、国土资源部和省政府批办违法案件未上报处理结果和存在问题整改不到位的市、县，将暂停恢复农用地转用和征地的审批。恢复农用地转用和征地审批后，各地要严格按照国家和省有关法律法规和国务院《决定》、《安徽省人民政府关于深化改革严格土地管理有关问题的通知》及《安徽省国土资源厅、安徽省发展和改革委员会关于下达2005年全省土地利用计划的通知》要求，     

Study on numerical simulation to water lowering in an open coal mine digging

In view of the situation of excavation of open coal mine for the underground water disaster,we should carry out simulation studies for the numerical value of the water lowering project and improve the accuracy and the level of the water lowering project.On the basis of the hydrological geological conditions of certain open mine digging,a more reasonable seepage numerical model was built according to MODFLOW.It was simulated in advance that the process of the confined water level descending with the time,and combining with the actual observations to test the correctness of the model.The calculation showed that the results coincided well with the results of actual measurement.Based on this,different water lowering numerical simulations were built for the open coal mine digging.It could be simulated and forecast that the changes of the groundwater level in drainage process within and outside the mine pit,and it was quantitatively assessed that the possible water lowering result of the opencast water drainage process,which provide an important basis for the actual water lowering project and the possible project disposal.     

充分利用卫星遥感技术积极探索现代土地变更调查新途径

近年来,随着京九、宁西、漯阜铁路及京珠、连霍高速公路、小浪底水库、南水北调等一批国家重点项目在河南省的开工建设,有利地促进了我省经济、社会的发展,同时也使得土地利用现状发生了很大变化。由于人力、物力、财力的限制,我省大部分县(市、区)土地利用现状资料陈旧、破损、残缺,加上传统的土地变更调查技术和方法相对滞后,使每年的土地变更调查结果难以保持图、数、实地三者一致,土地利用现状的现势性和可靠性,已越来越难以满足国土资源管理和经济建设快速发展的需要。为此,非常有必要利用当前的先进技术手段,对我省土地利用现状进行一…
