近日,宜阳县白杨国土资源所工作人员到蝎子山村开展国土资源动态巡查工作。当巡查车来到蝎子山村时,一个体形微胖的中年人迎了上来,拦着我们的车,感激地说：“郭副所长,你们又下乡巡查了,谢谢你们,要不是你们,我那二分地现在也种不上庄稼。”郭少宜副所长说：“老王,不用客气,这是我们的分内事,是我们的职责所在。”     

Effects of Hypoxia on Dopamine Concentration and the Immune Response of White Shrimp （Litopenaeus vannamei）

Effects of hypoxia on the dopamine concentration and the immune response of White Shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were studied. The results showed that hypoxia had significant effects on the concentration of dopamine (DA) in the haemolymph, haemocyte count, phenoloxidase activity, phagocytic activity of haemocytes and bacteriolytic and antibacterial activity in the haemolvmph (P<0.05). The concentration of the dopamine in haemolymph reached its maximum in the 3.0 and 1.5mgL-1 DO groups at 12h and 6h, and then returned to normal after 24h and 12h, respectively. All immune parameters decreased with the reduction of dissolved oxygen. Total haemocyte count (THC), the hyaline cells and semi-granular cells in the 3.0mgL-1 DO group became stable after 12h,while granular cells did so after 24h, The THC and different haemocyte count (DHC) in the 1.5mgL-1 DO group became stable alter 24h. Phenoloxidase activity and bacteriolytic activity in the 3.0 and 1.5mgL-1 DO groups reached their stable levels after 24 h and 12 h respectively, while phagocytic activity and antibacterial activity became stable after 24 and 12, and 36 and 24 It, respec-tively. It was also indicated that the changes of dopamine concentrations in haemolymph, haemocyte count and phenoloxidase activ-ity were obviously related to the exposure time under hypoxic conditions.     

水环中心自主研制地下水监测装置两项成果获国家实用新型专利

近日,中国地质调查局水文地质环境地质调查中心依托地质调查项目自主研制的地下水动态自动监测仪、地下水动态自动监测气压平衡装置两项成果获国家知识产权局授予的实用新型专利。地下水动态自动监测仪是一种地下水监测的专用设备,是针对全国地下水监测网已经建立,但现场数据采集设备尚未配置的情况下研制的。     

Theoretical Analysis of A Buoyant Jet Interacting with Small Amplitude Waves

A new theoretical solution is presented here for the dynamic characteristics of a buoyant jet due to opposing small amplitude waves.The conservation equations of mass,tangential momentum and vertical momentum are solved by the integral method which encompasses the Gaussian profiles of velocity and density.The action of waves is incorporated into the equations of motion as an external force and a new exact solution is obtained to predict the trajectory,velocity distribution and boundary thickness of the buoyant jet over an arbitrary lateral cross section.It is found that the velocity along the centerline is inversely proportional to the ratio of the momentum of the wave to the buoyant jet.The averaged boundary width varies with the fluctuation of the boundary width,the distance from the orifice and the velocity correction function.Owing to the motion d waves,the fluctuation of the boundary width is proportional to the wave steepness.     

对海域使用动态监视监测协管员现状问题的初步研究

海域使用动态监视监测协管员是海域使用动态监视监测工作的最前沿,可以第一时间掌握用海信息,是海域使用动态监管系统中的关键环节。文章从连云港市海域使用动态监视监测的实际工作角度出发,论述乡（镇）协管员产生的背景,分析乡（镇）协管员工作中所存在的问题并提出建议。     

台风作用下淤泥质海岸动力地貌响应

基于200509号麦莎台风(近似百年一遇)作用前后杭州湾北岸龙泉-南竹港实测的海岸地形和水文资料,利用分形技术、冲刷深度和闭合水深等相关概念分析淤泥质海岸的剖面变化、岸线进退以及地形冲淤,进而探讨海岸响应台风作用的动力地貌行为.结果表明:1)台风作用前后的海岸动力地貌过程表现为水下类似沙坝的堆积体削平、凹处填洼,水下平台发育锯齿或较小的坝--槽,海岸剖面的分维数降低,剖面坡度处于平缓;2)麦莎台风对海床的整体冲淤幅度不大,这可能是由于研究区大潮讯的增水致使波浪对海床的塑造能力减弱以及码头的遮蔽作用造成;3)台风作用对海岸的冲刷深度约为0.8 m,闭合水深为9.5 m,近岸-1 m邻近区成为海岸响应台风作用最敏感的地带;泥沙主要在0 m到闭合水深区间的海床发生纵、横向运移.     

CBERS卫星数据在山西省数字生态工程中的应用研究

着重进行了利用中巴地球资源卫星数据进行土地利用现状遥感解译的方法研究,在山西省的数字生态工程中,通过建立解译标志进行土地利用变化信息提取,实现了对山西省土地利用现状、生态环境的动态监测,取得了良好的效果.
