1980-2010年中国南方雷暴频次的统计特征及其变化   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

利用1980-2010年中国南方20站逐日多时次天气观测资料,统计了雷暴的日、季节、多年变化特征,以及相应的大气物理量和环流特征变化。结果表明:雷暴频次的日变化呈午后到凌晨多,12:00(世界时,下同)频次最高(9%),03:00最低(2%);夏季频次高冬季低,其中7-8月最高(35%),12月至次年1月最低(1%)。20世纪80年代至21世纪初,年际和夏季(7-8月)雷暴频次均呈下降的趋势,分别为-1%·(10a)-1和-3.5%·(10a)-1,21世纪00年代后则有弱的增加趋势。全年统计雷暴日降水占总降水的48%,而在夏季则为64%。全年和夏季雷暴日降水比率的变化,均与雷暴频次的变化有较好的一致性,相关系数分别达0.46和0.71。对应雷暴频次的年际变化,东亚地区大气环流场表现出大尺度的异常变化。雷暴频次偏高时,西太平洋副热带高压异常偏弱,南方对流层中上层有异常的上升运动。同时,从热力不稳定指标上看,夏季异常偏高的全总指数、异常偏高的对流有效位能指数均与夏季雷暴频次显著相关,分别为0.58和0.76。而近30年南方雷暴频次与对应的地面气温存在统计上的关联,但这是否与雷暴热力和动力因子对全球气候变化的响应有关,尚需深入研究。  相似文献

Historical changes in lake sedimentation for the last 150 years and the lifetime of lakes of Ishikari Wetland are reconstructed in this study. The floodplain wetlands surrounding the lakes have gradually converted to farmlands since the 1890s. 210Pb activity in lake profiles was found to have a non-exponential decrease with depth due to increased and variable sediment flux from agricultural activities. 210Pb dates of these lakes were calculated in this study using constant rate of supply model, which was in good agreement with the date based on 137Cs method. The average total sediment mass in the lakes under natural conditions were 54–112 ton/year until 1890s. It was increased to 111–1055 ton/year after 1890s due to conversion of floodplain to agricultural lands. Especially, lakes after the 1940s had the highest sediment accumulations due to sediment influx resulting from intensification of agriculture via increasing farm size and destroying swamp buffers surrounding the lakes. The time forecasted for filling lakes based on post-1940s sediment accumulation mass was about 15 to 23 years. Restoring swamp buffers surrounding the lakes and converting to low intensity agricultural activities are needed to restrict lake shallowing.  相似文献

于 1996年在实验室对多刺探腹溞(Mbina macrocopa)种群的增长率及相关生态学参数进行了研究.结果表明,3个温度梯度(24、28和32℃)和3个面包酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisi-ae)密度(0.25、2 5和25 x 106cell.mL-1下,以28℃时内禀增长力(rm)最高;28℃时,面包酵母的投喂密度为25×106cell.mL-1时,其rm最大.温度28℃,面包酵母密度为25×106cell.mL-1时,该溞的繁殖前期最短,繁殖期和寿命均最长,并且怀卵量(每窝产仔数)最大.该溞的种群密度和瞬时增长率分别在接种后第7d和第3-4d达高峰.该搔批量培养时采收时间以第5d为宜.  相似文献

This study proposes an improved nonstationary model for flood frequency analysis by investigating the relationship between flood peak and flood volume, using the Three Gorges Dam (TGD), China, for verification. First, the generalized additive model for location, scale and shape (GAMLSS) is used as the prior distribution. Then, under Bayesian theory, the prior distribution is updated using the conditional distribution, which is derived from the copula function. The results show that the improvement of the proposed model is significant compared with the GAMLSS-based prior distribution. Meanwhile, selection of a suitable prior distribution has a significant effect on the results of the improvement. For applications to the TGD, the nonstationary model can obviously increase the engineering management benefits and reduce the perceived risks of large floods. This study provides guidance for the dynamic management of hydraulic engineering under nonstationary conditions.  相似文献

Postprandial hyperglycemia is an early indication of type 2 diabetes and the target of many anti-diabetic and anti-obesity studies. a-Glucosidase and a-amylase are the crucial factors in regulating starch digestion and glucose absorption, making them key targets for many studies to treat postprandial hyperglycemia. We studied the inhibitory activities of microalgal fucoxanthin against rat-intestinal a-glucosidase and pancreatic a-amylase along with the antidiabetic effect to induce differentiation in 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes using Oil Red-O staining. Fucoxanthin displayed strong hindrance activities toward a-amylase in a concentration-dependent manner, with an IC_(50) value of 0.68 mmol/L, whereas weak inhibitory activity against a-glucosidase, with an IC_(50) value of 4.75 mmol/L. Fucoxanthin also considerably elevated glucose oxidase activity in 3T3-LI cells by 31.3% at 5 μmol/L. During adipocyte differentiation, fucoxanthin showed lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 cells with no cytotoxicity up to 20 μmol/L. However, fucoxanthin had no inhibitory activity on glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. These results suggest that fucoxanthin might be useful for the prevention of obesity or diabetes by inhibiting carbohydrate-hydrolyzing enzymes and lipid accumulation and be utilized as an ingredient for a functional food or dietary supplement.  相似文献

A high level of confidence in resource data is a key prerequisite for conducting a reliable economic feasibility study in deep water seafloor mining. However, the acquisition of accurate resource data is difficult when employing traditional point-sampling methods to assess the resource potential of polymetallic nodules, given the vast size of the survey area and high spatial variability in nodule distribution. In this study, we analyzed high-resolution acoustic backscatter intensity images to estimate nodule abundance and increase confidence levels in nodule abundance data. We operated a 120 kHz deep-towed sidescan sonar (DSL-120) system (1×1 m resolution) across a 75 km2 representative area in the Korean Exploration Area for polymetallic nodules in the Northeastern Equatorial Pacific. A deep-towed camera system was also run along two tracks in the same area to estimate the abundance of polymetallic nodules on the seafloor. Backscatter data were classified into four facies based on intensity. The facies with the weakest and strongest backscatter intensities occurred in areas of high slope gradient and basement outcrops, respectively. The backscatter intensities of the two other facies correlated well with the nodule abundances estimated from still-camera images. A linear fit between backscatter intensity and mean nodule abundance for 10 zones in the study area yielded an excellent correlation (r2 = 0.97). This allowed us to compile a map of polymetallic nodule abundance that shows greater resolution than a map derived from the extrapolation of point-sampling data. Our preliminary analyses indicate that it is possible to greatly increase the confidence level of nodule resource data if the relationship between backscatter intensity and nodule abundance is reliably established. This approach has another key advantage over point sampling and image analyses in that detailed maps of mining obstacles along the seafloor are produced when acquiring data on the abundance of polymetallic nodules. The key limitation of this work is a poor correlation between nodule coverage, as observed from photographs, and nodule abundance. Significant additional ground truth sampling using well located box cores should be completed to determine whether or not there is a real correlation between the backscatter and abundance.  相似文献

The Bering and Chukchi seas are an important conduit to the Arctic Ocean and are reported to be one of the most productive regions in the world’s oceans in terms of high primary productivity that sustains large numbers of fishes, marine mammals, and sea birds as well as benthic animals. Climate-induced changes in primary production and production at higher trophic levels also have been observed in the northern Bering and Chukchi seas. Satellite ocean color observations could enable the monitoring of relatively long term patterns in chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations that would serve as an indicator of phytoplankton biomass. The performance of existing global and regional Chl-a algorithms for satellite ocean color data was investigated in the northeastern Bering Sea and southern Chukchi Sea using in situ optical measurements from the Healy 2007 cruise. The model-derived Chl-a data using the previous Chl-a algorithms present striking uncertainties regarding Chl-a concentrations – for example, overestimation in lower Chl-a concentrations or systematic overestimation in the northeastern Bering Sea and southern Chukchi Sea. Accordingly, a simple two band ratio (Rrs(443)/Rrs(555)) algorithm of Chl-a for the satellite ocean color data was devised for the northeastern Bering Sea and southern Chukchi Sea. The MODIS-derived Chl-a data from July 2002 to December 2014 were produced using the new Chl-a algorithm to investigate the seasonal and interannual variations of Chl-a in the northern Bering Sea and the southern Chukchi Sea. The seasonal distribution of Chl-a shows that the highest (spring bloom) Chl-a concentrations are in May and the lowest are in July in the overall area. Chl-a concentrations relatively decreased in June, particularly in the open ocean waters of the Bering Sea. The Chl-a concentrations start to increase again in August and become quite high in September. In October, Chl-a concentrations decreased in the western area of the Study area and the Alaskan coastal waters. Strong interannual variations are shown in Chl-a concentrations in all areas. There is a slightly increasing trend in Chl-a concentrations in the northern Bering Strait (SECS). This increasing trend may be related to recent increases in the extent and duration of open waters due to the early break up of sea ice and the late formation of sea ice in the Chukchi Sea.  相似文献

The high nutrient concentration associated with the mixing dynamics of two warm and cold water masses supports high primary production in the Yellow Sea. Although various environmental changes have been reported, no recent information on small phytoplankton contribution to the total primary production as an important indicator for marine ecosystem changes is currently available in the Yellow Sea. The major objective of this study is to determine the small (< 2 μm) phytoplankton contribution to the total primary production in the Yellow Sea during August, 2016. In this study, we found relatively lower chlorophyll a concentrations in the water column than those previously reported in the central waters of the Yellow Sea. Moreover, the overall contribution of small phytoplankton (53.1%) to the total chlorophyll a concentration was considerably higher in this study than that (10.7%) observed previously. Based on the N/P ratio (67.6 ± 36.6) observed in this study, which is significantly higher than the Redfield ratio (16), we believe that phytoplankton experienced P-limiting conditions during the study period. The average daily carbon uptake rate of total phytoplankton in this study was 291.1 mg C m-2 d-1 (± 165.0 mg C m-2 d-1) and the rate of small phytoplankton was 205.7 mg C m-2 d-1 (± 116.0 mg C m-2 d-1) which is 71.9% (± 8.8%) of the total daily carbon uptake rate. This contribution of small phytoplankton observed in this study appears to be higher than that reported previously. Our recent measured primary production is approximately 50% lower than the previous values decades ago. The higher contributions of small phytoplankton to the total chlorophyll a concentration and primary production might be caused by P-limited conditions and this resulted in lower chlorophyll a concentration and total primary production in this study compared to previous studies.  相似文献
