华北热灾害链的结构、成因及强震趋势分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
华北地壳热活动强烈,重大自然灾害频发。华北自然灾害具有区域性、群发性、连发性、关联性特征,组成热灾害链。华北热灾害链的典型结构是跨年度干旱-异常路径台风-异常降雨-异常海冰-强震-异常降雨,受控于源于渤海和青藏高原的下地壳不均匀流动形成的 “热河”及其热能有规律地积累与释放,渤海放射状下地壳热流系统与地幔软流圈底辟作用有关。当前华北热灾害链已经有序演变到地震阶段,近5年内在韧性下地壳中6条“热河”的6个撞击区可能发生多个强震,流经辽东湾向北东方向流动的下地壳“热河”撞击区、临汾-太原-大同下地壳“热河”与流经渤海湾-通县-沙河下地壳“热河”的夹击区危险性最大,应当尽快系统监测与热流体有关的地震前兆异常,科学开展地震短临预测。查明华北韧性下地壳中“热河”的三维动态演变,系统梯级开发各条“热河”的热能资源,对于发展经济、减灾减排都具有十分重大的意义。  相似文献

Recent researches on Au in coal ash were summarized in this paper, including the distribution law and the migration rule of gold in coal ash, as well as the influencing factors on volatility and use feasibility of Au in the progress of coal combustion. Au content in coal ash is much higher than that in the raw coal in most cases worldwide, only a small number of opposite cases are found in certain places. Occurrence of Au in coal, geological-geochemical environment of coal-forming and combustion conditions are the main factors controlling the volatility of gold in coal combustion, while the occurrence of Au in coal dominates the redistribution of Au. Through preliminary calculation, gold in coal ash is expected to have a considerable utilization potential in the southwestern Guizhou Province.  相似文献

The assessment of sediment quality by considering chemical contaminants is required for the effective management of coastal environments. In this study, complex data sets of heavy metals and organic pollutants were integrated to evaluate sediment quality. Thirty-two target pollutants were quantitatively determined in surface sediments from 80 stations in Jinhae Bay, South Korea. A sediment quality index (SQI) was derived by combining the functions of “scope” (the number of variables that do not meet guideline objectives) and “amplitude” (the magnitude by which these variables exceed the guideline objective). The SQI reflects the spatial gradient and differences in the contamination status with regard to heavy metals and organic pollutants in Jinhae Bay. Fifty-nine out of eighty stations surveyed (74%) were classified as being in “excellent” or “good” condition according to the SQI, and no stations were in a “poor” condition. The mean sediment quality guideline quotient (mSGQq) ranged from 0.06 to 0.31 (from nontoxic to marginally toxic). Acute sediment toxicity leading to amphipod mortality was recorded at 17 stations (21%) of the 80 surveyed, where the mortality rate was slightly over 20%. No significant relationship was observed between sediment toxicity and the concentration of each toxicant or mSQGq.  相似文献

Low cost lime‐based waste materials have recently been used to immobilize metals in contaminated soils. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of oyster shells and eggshells as lime‐based waste materials on immobilization of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in contaminated soil, as well as their effects on metal availability to maize plants (Zea mays L.). Oyster shells and eggshells were applied to soils at 1 and 5% w/w, after which they were subject to 420 days of incubation. The toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) test was employed to determine the mobility of Cd and Pb in soils. The results showed that the addition of waste materials effectively reduced the metal mobility as indicated by the decrease in the concentration of TCLP‐extractable Cd and Pb, and this was mainly due to significant increases in soil pH (from 6.74 in untreated soil to 7.85–8.13 in treated soil). A sequential extraction indicated that the addition of such alkaline wastes induced a significant decline in the concentration of Cd in the exchangeable fraction (from 23.64% in untreated soil to 1.90–3.81% in treated soil), but it increased the concentration of Cd in the carbonate fraction (from 19.59% in untreated soil to 36.66–46.36% in treated soil). In the case of Pb, the exchangeable fraction was also reduced (from 0.67% in untreated soil to 0.00–0.01% in treated soil), and the fraction of Pb bound to carbonate was slightly increased (from 16.61% in untreated soil to 16.41–18.25% in treated soil). Phytoavailability tests indicated that the metal concentrations in the shoots of maize plant were reduced by 63.39–77.29% for Cd and by 47.34–75.95% for Pb in the amended soils, with no significant differences being observed for the amendment types and the application rates. Overall, these results indicate that oyster shells and eggshells can be used as low cost lime‐based amendments for immobilizing Cd and Pb in contaminated soils.  相似文献

The spatiotemporal distributions of dissolved and/or dispersed oil in seawater and pore water were monitored on site by fluorometric detection method after the Hebei Spirit oil spill. The oil concentrations in intertidal seawater, 15 days after the spill, were as high as 16,600 μg/L and appeared to decrease below the Korean marine water quality standard of 10 μg/L at most sites 10 months after the spill. Fluorometric detection of oil in pore water was introduced to eliminate the effects of grain size for the quantification of oil in sediments and to better explain spatial and temporal distribution of oil pollution at sandy beaches. The fluorescence detection method was compared with the conventional laboratory technique of total petroleum hydrocarbon analysis using gas chromatography. The method of fluorescence detection of oil was capable of generating results much faster and more cost-effectively than the traditional GC technique.  相似文献

Currently, an operational strategy for the maintenance of reservoirs is an important issue because of the reduction of reservoir storage from sedimentation. However, relatively few studies have addressed the reliability analysis including uncertainty on the decrease of the reservoir storage by the sedimentation. Therefore, it is necessary that the reduction of the reservoir storage by the sedimentation should be assessed by a probabilistic viewpoint because the natural uncertainty is embedded in the process of the sedimentation. The objective of this study is to advance the maintenance procedures, especially the assessment of future reservoir storage, using the time-dependent reliability analysis with the Bayesian approach. The stochastic gamma process is applied to estimate the reduction of the Soyang dam reservoir storage in South Korea. In estimating the parameters of the stochastic gamma process, the Bayesian Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) scheme using the informative prior distribution through the empirical Bayes method is applied. The Metropolis–Hastings algorithm is constructed and its convergence is checked by the various diagnostics. The range of the expected life time of the Soyang dam reservoir by the Bayesian MCMC is estimated from 111 to 172 years at a 5 % significance level. Finally, it is suggested that improving the assessment strategy in this study can provide valuable information to the decision makers who are in charge of the maintenance of a reservoir or a dam.  相似文献

Under influence of external gravity generated by Galactic all components excluding ISM, a magnetized gas disk may experience both Parker and convective instabilities. Growth rate of the convective instability increases with decreasing perturbation wavelength, and the convective motion makes sheet-like structures all over before the Parker instability forms structures of any meaningful size in the disk. Yet the Parker instability is thought to be an ideal route to form large-scale condensations in the Galaxy. In search of a means to curb convective activities in the Galactic ISM disk, the external gravity is replaced by self-gravity as a driving force of the Parker instability and the gravitational instability is invoked to reinforce the Parker instability. Perturbation of interchange mode is known to trigger convective instability in such disk and the one of undular mode to activate the Parker instability, while the gravitational instability can be triggered by both modes. Therefore, the resulting Jeans instability would help the Parker instability to overcome disrupting behavior of the convection. Dynamical properties of the disk can be characterized by ratio α of magnetic to gas pressure, adiabatic exponent γ, scale height H of the ISM, and disk thickness za. A linear stability analysis has been done to the disk, and the maximum growth rate of the Parker–Jeans instability is compared with that of the convective instability. The latter may or may not be higher than the former, depending on the disk parameters. The Parker–Jeans instability has chances to override the convective instability, when the disk is thicker than a certain value. In the disk thinner than the critical one, the Jeans instability can always suppress the convection. Since the growth rate of the convective instability is proportional to local gravitational acceleration, thereby in the general Galactic gravity, the convective instability works actively only in upper regions, we expect chaotic features to appear in regions of low density far from Galactic mid-plane.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Although there is a noticeable difference between two-dimensional and three-dimensional earth pressures, most researchers have suggested various earth pressure theories under the two-dimensional condition. Only a few studies have been conducted on the three-dimensional load transfer to the adjacent ground, whereas most studies in literature on the three-dimensional active earth pressure have been conducted by focusing on the stability of active wall. For accurate prediction of the three-dimensional active earth pressure, it is required to study not only the three-dimensional earth pressure distribution but also the three-dimensional load transfer to the adjacent ground. In this paper, size and distribution of the three-dimensional active earth pressure as well as the load transfer according to aspect ratio of retaining wall are investigated through a series of model tests. As a results, the three-dimensional active earth pressure distribution showed the highest value at the wall height of 0.5–0.55h when the aspect ratio of equal to 1.2 or higher. The load transfer showed higher values in vertical direction than horizontal direction. The load transfer distribution can be evaluated by applying the size and effect range of the loads transferred to the adjacent soil of the retaining wall.  相似文献
