氧化锰矿物的生物成因及其性质的研究进展 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
土壤中的氧化锰矿物是原生矿物风化和成土过程的产物,是最具反应活性的一类矿物,决定着环境中许多物质的形态、迁移和转化,在元素生物地球化学循环中起着重要的作用,其形成机制和环境效应备受关注。已有的研究表明,环境中氧化锰的形成与微生物作用紧密相关,微生物作用可使自然环境中的Mn(Ⅱ)氧化速率提高105倍。参与Mn(Ⅱ)氧化的微生物在环境中广泛存在,已知的典型锰氧化细菌分布在变形菌门、放线菌门或厚壁菌门,它们均通过胞外聚合物中的多铜氧化酶来催化氧化Mn(Ⅱ)。细菌氧化Mn(II)成Mn(Ⅳ)是酶催化的两个连续的快速单电子传递过程,Mn(Ⅲ)在溶液中以与酶结合的瞬时中间态出现。生物形成氧化锰的最初形态为层状锰矿物,与δ-MnO2或酸性水钠锰矿很类似,且结晶弱,粒径小,锰氧化度高,结构中的八面体空穴多,因而比化学形成的氧化锰具有更强的吸附、氧化等表面活性。环境中Mn(Ⅱ)微生物氧化及形成的Mn(Ⅲ)中间体与碳、氮、硫等生命元素的地球化学循环的关系令人关注。 相似文献

Artificial lighting regimes have been successfully used to inhibit sexual maturity of Atlantic salmon in confinement.However,when these operations are applied in commercial recirculating aquaculture systems(RAS) using standard lighting technology,sexual maturation is not suppressed.In this study,an L_9(3~3) orthogonal design was used to determine the effects of three factors(spectral composition,photoperiod,and light intensity) on the gonadal development of Atlantic salmon in RAS.We demonstrated that the photoperiod at the tested levels had a much greater effect on the gonadosomatic index and female Fulton condition factor than spectral composition and light intensity.The photoperiod had a significant effect on the secretion of sex steroids and melatonin(P0.05),and a short photoperiod delayed sex steroid and melatonin level increases.The three test factors had no significant effects on the survival rate,specific growth rate,relative weight gain,and male Fulton condition factor(P0.05).The optimum lighting levels in female and male Atlantic salmon were LD 8:16,455 nm(or 625 nm),8.60 W/m~2;and LD 8:16,8.60 W/m~2,455 nm respectively.These conditions not only delayed gonadal development,but also had no negative effects on Atlantic salmon growth in RAS.These results demonstrate that a combination of spectral composition,photoperiod and light intensity is effective at delaying the gonadal development of both male and female salmon in RAS. 相似文献

初步分析了乌鲁木齐9、10号泉地下流体中强震源兆、场兆及强震远兆特征。结果表明,中强震源兆具体表现为震前1~ 2年观测点的绝大多数主测项出现同步性高值异常,临震前可能出现转折或反向,震后恢复正常;绝大多数中强震场兆则表现为观测点仅有部分测项出现短期异常变化;而强震场兆则表现为观测点少数映震性能较好的几个测项出现同步性较好的中期前兆异常;强震(群)远兆则主要表现为个别映震较好的测项出现前兆异常。并对震兆形成的原因进行了初步探讨。 相似文献

福建永泰云山破火山石帽山群第三旋回顶部的霏细流纹岩含有霓石、钠铁闪石等碱性铁镁矿物。化学成化富硅、富碱,碱性指数(AKI值)大于0.90,Rb、Th、Zr、Ga等元素的含量高,Ga/Al值大;贫钙、镁、铝和过渡族元素,轻、重稀土比值较小,并具有显著的负铕异常。在K2O-Na2O及以Ga/Al值为基础的多种判别图上均投影在A型花岗岩区。上述特征与其邻近的魁歧典型碱性花岗岩相似,也可与国外有关典型碱性 相似文献

本文应用气相色谱对水产饲料的主要原料——— 4类进口鱼粉的脂肪酸组成进行分析 ,结果表明 :①鱼粉中主要脂肪酸含量SFA为C1 6∶0、C1 8∶0 ,MUFA为C1 8∶1、C1 6∶1 ,PUFA为EPA和DHA .② 4类鱼粉中 ,美国、新西兰、俄罗斯的鱼粉MUFA含量较为接近 ,都在 4 0 %左右 ,但新西兰鱼粉的C1 8∶1含量较美国鱼粉高 ,其平均值分别为 2 50 %和 1 9.53% ,而C 2 0∶1、C2 2∶1 ,则比美国低一些 ,俄罗斯鱼粉的含量居两者之间 .智利鱼粉的MUFA比前 3种鱼粉低 ,只有 30 %左右 .③ 4类鱼粉中新西兰鱼粉的PUFA最低 ,它们的EPA与DHA的比值为 :美国鱼粉接近 1∶1 ,新西兰鱼粉为1∶1 .5~ 1∶3.2 ,俄罗斯鱼粉为 1∶1 .2~ 1∶1 .4 ,智利鱼粉为 1∶2左右 ,④智利鱼粉的C2 2∶5n 3明显高于其它 3类鱼粉 ,而C2 0∶1、和C2 2∶1则明显低于其它 3类鱼粉 相似文献

The rock masses of hydro-fluctuation belt experience seepage pressure following impoundment in the Three Gorges Reservoir; its creep behaviors are significant for reservoir bank slopes. To study the creep behaviors under seepage pressure (0, 1.45, and 1.75 MPa), we performed creep tests using representative landslide sandstone in the Three Gorges Reservoir and investigated the sandstone creep behaviors under the coupling effects of seepage pressure and stress. Previous researches on rocks have usually regarded the creep constitutive parameter as a constant; however, in this study, a nonlinear, nonstationary, plastic-viscous (NNPV) creep model which can describe the curve of sandstone creep tests is proposed. The rock-creep parameters under three levels of seepage pressure were identified, and theoretical curves using the NNPV model agreed well with the experimental data, indicating that the new model cannot only describe the primary creep and secondary creep stages under varying seepage pressures but also, in particular, perfectly describes the tertiary creep stage. Finally, the sensitivity of the NNPV model parameters is analyzed, and the result shows that the nonstationary coefficient α and the nonlinear coefficient m are main parameters affecting the tertiary creep stage. 相似文献

We present a quantitative model of the magnetic energy stored and then released through magnetic reconnection for a flare on 26 February 2004. This flare, well observed by RHESSI and TRACE, shows evidence of non-thermal electrons for only a brief, early phase. Throughout the main period of energy release there is a super-hot (T?30 MK) plasma emitting thermal bremsstrahlung atop the flare loops. Our model describes the heating and compression of such a source by localized, transient magnetic reconnection. It is a three-dimensional generalization of the Petschek model, whereby Alfvén-speed retraction following reconnection drives supersonic inflows parallel to the field lines, which form shocks: heating, compressing, and confining a loop-top plasma plug. The confining inflows provide longer life than a freely expanding or conductively cooling plasma of similar size and temperature. Superposition of successive transient episodes of localized reconnection across a current sheet produces an apparently persistent, localized source of high-temperature emission. The temperature of the source decreases smoothly on a time scale consistent with observations, far longer than the cooling time of a single plug. Built from a disordered collection of small plugs, the source need not have the coherent jet-like structure predicted by steady-state reconnection models. This new model predicts temperatures and emission measure consistent with the observations of 26 February 2004. Furthermore, the total energy released by the flare is found to be roughly consistent with that predicted by the model. Only a small fraction of the energy released appears in the super-hot source at any one time, but roughly a quarter of the flare energy is thermalized by the reconnection shocks over the course of the flare. All energy is presumed to ultimately appear in the lower-temperature (T?20 MK) post-flare loops.
