合浦珠母贝26S蛋白酶体S4,S7亚基基因片段的分离与分析

26S蛋白酶体是真核生物中一种具有ATP依赖性的蛋白酶复合体,主要通过泛肽途径选择性降解细胞内与代谢调控、细胞周期有关的功能蛋白及异常蛋白,参与多种细胞活动的调控过程。26S蛋白酶体由具有催化活性的20S亚复合体和一个具有调节作用的19S亚复合体组成,其中19S亚复合体中的ATP酶亚基是调节26S蛋白酶体活性的重要组件。本通过简并引物PCR手段,从软体动物合浦珠母贝(Pinctada fucata)中扩增到参与构成19S亚复合体的S4和S7(MSS1)两个亚基的基因片段。这两个基因片段所编码的ATP酶组件包含有Gx4GKT,DEID,SAT和H／QRxGRxxR等26S蛋白酶体ATP酶亚基的共同功能基序。这是首次在软体动物中报道26S蛋白酶体的ATP酶亚基基因序列,为研究软体动物中26S蛋白酶体的结构与功能奠定了分子基础。     

基于非期望产出的中国滨海旅游生态效率评价——以我国沿海城市为例

旅游生态效率是反映旅游经济与旅游环境双向效应(bi-effect)的重要判断指标。本文基于非期望产出视角,采用超效率SBM模型,评价了我国东部沿海18个主要滨海旅游城市的旅游生态效率,并分析了其时空演变特征。研究结果表明:(1)中国东部沿海18市滨海旅游生态效率整体呈中等水平,平均值处于0.727～0.894,阶段特征明显,呈现前期平稳发展,中期下降,后期回升的发展趋势;(2)各城市滨海旅游生态效率水平差异显著,分为下行风险型,持续成长型,稳定型和波动型4种发展类型。平均效率值最高为天津,最低为三亚;(3)分解效率均值中纯技术效率较高,规模效率次之,技术进步是影响综合效率的主要因素;(4)投入冗余和非期望产出冗余已经成为阻碍滨海旅游生态效率进步的关键因素。     

Some stability properties of large-scale baroclinic flows with nonlinear zonal current profile

The stability properties of a baroclinic zonal current with nonlinear velocity profile are investigated. The integral method is applied to the governing eigenvalue equation having the vertical velocity as the dependent variable. Expressed in terms of the Rossby number and the Richardson number, stability criteria, unstable regions in the complexc plane, and the upper bound of the unstable wave growth rate are found. Some differences in the results are noted between the present model and the quasi-geostrophic streamfunction model, particularly in connection with the effect of the velocity profile curvature termU _zz . It is conjectured in the present model that, depending on extreme behaviors ofU _zz , the propagation speed of unstable waves can be greater thanU _max or smaller thanU _min .     

辐射沙洲南翼“水道-沙洲”系统与西太阳沙的稳定

通过对江苏岸外辐射沙洲动态和西太阳沙海域动力泥沙环境的分析,论述了西太阳沙演变的宏观背景;由实测固定断面资料、地形资料的对比得出近40年来西太阳沙表面形态和水下地形的变化;结合西太阳沙表面泥沙在波浪和波流共同作用下运动特性的水槽试验研究,分析了西太阳沙冲淤变化的动力机制。从“烂沙洋水道-西太阳沙-西太阳沙南水道”系统的角度研究了西太阳沙演变的控制因素和演变规律。     

Remote Sensing Analysis of the Suspended Sediment Transport in Lingdingyang

- The data of landsat TM of multi-temporal for Lingdingyang Estuary, Pearl River in China is firstly used with suspended sediment concentration of field measurement to establish a correlative model equation. After the ratio processing of TM data and atmospheric correction, the images of suspended sediment concentration of different temporals are exported from the image processing systems AREIS II and III. These images express the characteristics of suspended sediment distribution, the mode of sediment transport and the extent of dispersion under the actions of tidal current and wind condition of different seasons.     

规则波和不规则波作用下消波建筑物前的波高分析

消波建筑物在国内外已得到广泛应用。本文采用近似方法分析了明基床上直立式消波建筑物前的波高及消波室内的波高，从而确定建筑物的消波效果。并在规则波的基础上将成果推广至不规则波作用下的情况。     

Suspended sediment transport of the Hangzhou Bay and its related hydrodynamic analyses

The 25-h measurements of current speed, flow direction, water depth, suspended sediment concentration and salinity were carried out at six anchored stations in the study area during spring and neap tides in winter of 1987 and summer of 1989. Caculations and analyses of the data obtained show that large amounts of suspended sediments are moved back and forth under the action of tidal current, and the net transport of sediment is small, with its predominance upstream in winter and downstream in summer. These calculations and analyses also suggest that the advective transport of sediment is dominant, while the vertical gravitational circulation of the suspended sediment comes next. Meantime, it is indicated that tidal currents play a major role in the suspended sediment transport, and residual flows have effect on the net transport of the suspended sediment, which is more remarkable during neap tide than during spring tide.     

钛型吸附剂的表面特性

用自装的BET容量法装置测定了几种粒状钛型吸附剂的比表面及其孔径分布。测定是在常温减压下进行的。结果表明:钛型吸附剂在加铀海水中的吸铀量与样品的比表面及孔径分布有一定的内在联系。这种表面性质的研究对吸附剂的筛选有重要的指导意义。
