Distribution and number change of the Littorinidae (Gastropoda) on intertidal hard bed in the Jiulong River Estuary

There are 4 species of Littorinidae on the intertidal hard bed in the Jiulong River Estu-ary. They are Littorina scabra, L. brevicula, Nodilittorina pyramidalis pyramidalis and N.millegrana. Of these species, L. scabra is a dominant species. Biochemical mechanism of forming the red tide is discussed in this paper.The existence of a large number of nitrates and phosphates in the eutrophic water is the prerequisite of explosive increase of algae and the forming of red tide.Reduction of eutrophication is an important approach to preventing the red tide.The method of deep treatment of the waste water and its denitrification and dephosphorization are introduced,and a new opinion on the red tide formation and fundamental prevention is put forward.

本文在超微结构水平上,研究波纹巴非蛤精子发生过程中细胞形态结构的变化和细胞器的演变规律,以及成熟精子的形态结构。观察到精细胞核形态变化的特点和线粒体演变过程。尤其是精细胞变态过程中顶体的形成和中心体的移动。精子为典型的初生型。本文还讨论了双壳类成熟精子核型变化的种属间的差异。     

南海东北部台风潮的数值后报及极值增水估计

本研究对近40年来影响南海东北部陆架海区的28次台风引起的风暴潮进行了数值后报,其中8个过程的沿岸后报增水值与实测值进行了比较,表明后报值与实测值符合良好,90%以上的最大增水值偏差在30厘米以下。为了得出本海区多年一遇的台风增水极值,在后报台风路径密集处选择了9个不同水深点,对每点取出各次台风下的最大增水值,然后用Weibull分布进行拟合,得出了各点的极值分布。     

海洋作业渔船管理系统的设计与运行试验

对渔政管理指挥系统建设项日中的业务软件部分渔船管理系统的设计方案进行了介绍。根据我国渔洋作业渔船的实际管理模式，提出了渔船管理系统设计方案。系统通过网络化的业务处理和管理流程，规范渔船建造、审批、登记以及捕捞许可证发放等管理业务，实现渔船控制指标的统一分配，以控制捕捞业发展规模和保护我国的渔业资源。系统以Microsoft VB6．0，Delphi6．0开发，在Window98／2000／XP环境下运行。通过运行试验，对系统运行环境进行了评估，为渔政管理信息化的建设、系统升级提供了经验和技术依据。     

低凝固温度琼脂糖的制备方法研究

以石花菜分级得到的琼脂糖为原料，采用甲基化方法制备低凝固温度琼脂糖。所得到的低凝固温度琼脂糖产品的凝固温度为30．1℃(1.5％浓度)，融化温度为64．8℃(1．5％浓度)，凝胶强度为264g／cm^2(1.0％浓度)，主要质量标准与Sigma公司的低凝固温度琼脂糖产品接近，符合低凝固温度琼脂糖产品的质量要求。
