本文从垂直、水平、制度、外部和权力因子分析了集群的生成、成长和再生现象。笔者认为,具备可持续发展能力的集群必须与外部的供应商、市场和技术建立系统的联系,多种文化的融合、合理的权力结构、有效的调控手段是集群环境建设的重要内容。同时,在制定区域政策时,不能简单地将一地的产业集群政策移植到另外一个区域。此外,不是世界上的所有地区都具备形成产业集群的前提条件;产业集群政策也不是提升区域经济竞争力的唯一途径。 相似文献

The Bøverbru and Lunner dyke ages are statistically concordant. However, the palaeomagnetic signature of the Bøverbru dyke is complex, and directions from the margins and the interior of the dyke differ in polarity. Therefore, the new Early Triassic palaeomagnetic pole for Baltica (Eurasia) is exclusively based on the less complex Lunner dykes and contacts (palaeomagnetic pole: latitude=52.9°N, longitude=164.4°E, dp / dm =4.5 ° /7.3°). The early Triassic palaeomagnetic pole [mean age: 243±5 Ma (2 σ )] is slightly different from the Upper Carboniferous–Permian (294–274 Ma) and Kiaman-aged poles from the Oslo Rift. 相似文献

Sediment cores from lakes Kormovoye and Oshkoty in the glaciated region of the Pechora Lowland, northern Russia, reveal sediment gravity flow deposits overlain by lacustrine mud and gyttja. The sediments were deposited mainly during melting of buried glacier ice beneath the lakes. In Lake Kormovoye, differential melting of dead ice caused the lake bottom to subside at different places at different times, resulting in sedimentation and erosion occurring only some few metres apart and at shifting locations, as further melting caused inversion of the lake bottom. Basal radiocarbon dates from the two lakes, ranging between 13 and 9 ka, match with basal dates from other lakes in the Pechora Lowland as well as melting of ice‐wedges. This indicates that buried glacier ice has survived for ca. 80 000 years from the last glaciation of this area at 90 ka until about 13 ka when a warmer climate caused melting of permafrost and buried glacier ice, forming numerous lakes and a fresh‐looking glacial landscape. During an early phase of the Last Ice Age (Weichselian, Valdaian), about 90 000 yr ago, an ice sheet formed over the shallow Barents and Kara seas. The ice front advanced on to mainland Russia and blocked the north‐flowing rivers (Yenissei, Ob, Pechora, Dvina and others) that supply most of the freshwater to the Arctic Ocean. The result was that large ice‐dammed lakes were formed between the ice sheet in the north and the continental water divides to the south. Here we present reconstructions and calculations of the areas and volumes of these lakes. The lake on the West Siberian Plain was nearly twice as large as the largest lake on Earth today. The well‐mapped Lake Komi in northeast Europe and a postulated lake in the White Sea Basin would also rank before the present‐day third largest lake. The lakes overflowed towards the south and thus the drainage of much of the Eurasian continent was reversed. The result was a major change in the water balance on the continent, decreased freshwater supply to the Arctic Ocean, and increased freshwater flow to the Aral, Caspian, Black and Baltic seas. Intensive recreational SCUBA diving threatens coral reef ecosystems. The reefs at Dahab, South Sinai, Egypt, are among the world’s most dived (>30,000 dives y−1). We compared frequently dived sites to sites with no or little diving. Benthic communities and condition of corals were examined by the point intercept sampling method in the reef crest zone (3 m) and reef slope zone (12 m). Additionally, the abundance of corallivorous and herbivorous fish was estimated based on the visual census method. Sediments traps recorded the sedimentation rates caused by SCUBA divers. Zones subject to intensive SCUBA diving showed a significantly higher number of broken and damaged corals and significantly lower coral cover. Reef crest coral communities were significantly more affected than those of the reef slope: 95% of the broken colonies were branching ones. No effect of diving on the abundance of corallivorous and herbivorous fish was evident. At heavily used dive sites, diver-related sedimentation rates significantly decreased with increasing distance from the entrance, indicating poor buoyancy regulation at the initial phase of the dive. The results show a high negative impact of current SCUBA diving intensities on coral communities and coral condition. Corallivorous and herbivorous fishes are apparently not yet affected, but are endangered if coral cover decline continues. Reducing the number of dives per year, ecologically sustainable dive plans for individual sites, and reinforcing the environmental education of both dive guides and recreational divers are essential to conserve the ecological and the aesthetic qualities of these dive sites. 相似文献

The reaction kinetics and fluid expulsion during the decarbonation reaction of calcite+quartz=wollastonite+CO2 in water-absent conditions were experimentally investigated using a Paterson-type gas apparatus. Starting materials consisted of synthetic calcite/quartz rock powders with variable fractions of quartz (10, 20, and 30 wt%) and grain sizes of 10 µm (calcite) and 10 and 30 µm (quartz). Prior to reaction, samples were HIPed at 700 °C and 300 MPa confining pressure and varying pore pressures. Initial porosity was low at 2.7–6.3%, depending on pore pressure during HIP and the amount and grain size of quartz particles. Samples were annealed at reaction temperatures of 900 and 950 °C at 150 and 300 MPa confining pressures, well within the wollastonite stability field. Run durations were between 10 min and 20 h. SEM micrographs of quenched samples show growth of wollastonite rims on quartz grains and CO2-filled pores between rims and calcite grains and along calcite grain boundaries. Measured widths of wollastonite rims vs. time indicate a parabolic growth law. The reaction is diffusion-controlled and reaction progress and CO2 production are continuous. Porosity increases rapidly at initial stages of the reaction and attains about 10–12% after a few hours. Permeability at high reaction temperatures is below the detection limit of 10–21 m2 and not affected by increased porosity. This makes persistent pore connectivity improbable, in agreement with observed fluid inclusion trails in form of unconnected pores in SEM micrographs. Release of CO2 from the sample was measured in a downstream reservoir. The most striking observation is that fluid release is not continuous but occurs episodic and in pulses. Ongoing continuous reaction produces increase in pore pressure, which is, once having attained a critical value (Pcrit), spontaneously released. Connectivity of the pore space is short-lived and transient. The resulting cycle includes pore pressure build-up, formation of a local crack network, pore pressure release and crack closure. Using existing models for plastic stretching and decrepitation of pores along with critical stress intensity factors for the calcite matrix and measured pore widths, it results that Pcrit is about 20 MPa. Patterns of fluid flow based on mineralogical and stable isotope evidence are commonly predicted using the simplifying assumption of a continuous and constant porosity and permeability during decarbonation of the rock. However, simple flow models, which assume constant pore pressure, constant fluid filled porosity, and constant permeability may not commonly apply. The equilibrium precipitate formed by exsolution in alkali feldspar containing calcium in solid solution is a two-phase intergrowth of plagioclase and quartz. It is the kinetics of the precipitation, however, which decides whether or not this reaction will take place. It is shown that lamellar growth of plagioclase and quartz is only accomplished by the advancement of an incoherent boundary originating at an alkali feldspar — alkali feldspar boundary or at an interface between alkali feldspar and plagioclase. 相似文献
