钝段螺旋藻(Spirulina platensisGeitler)培养在低浓度NaHCO3(2~5g/dm^3)和适量生长素QS(0.5~5mg/dm^3)中,研究了生长素QS对钝顶螺旋藻生长、生物量和生化组成的影响,结果表明,在生长素QS为1mg/dm^3,NaHCO3浓度为5g/dm^3时,钝顶螺旋藻的生长最好,生物量、蛋白质及总碳水化合物的含量也与主浓度NaHCO3(8g/dm^3)培养条件下的基本相同,说明生物素QS的加入在一定程度上可降低NaHCO3的使用量,而不影响钝顶螺旋藻生长、生物量和生化组成。因而生长素QS在钝顶螺旋灌的养殖中可作为NaHCO3部分替代剂,从而达到降低养殖成本的目的。 相似文献

A general-purpose parallel raster processing programming library (pRPL) was developed and applied to speed up a commonly used cellular automaton model with known tractability limitations. The library is suitable for use by geographic information scientists with basic programming skills, but who lack knowledge and experience of parallel computing and programming. pRPL is a general-purpose programming library that provides generic support for raster processing, including local-scope, neighborhood-scope, regional-scope, and global-scope algorithms as long as they are parallelizable. The library also supports multilayer algorithms. Besides the standard data domain decomposition methods, pRPL provides a spatially adaptive quad-tree-based decomposition to produce more evenly distributed workloads among processors. Data parallelism and task parallelism are supported, with both static and dynamic load-balancing. By grouping processors, pRPL also supports data–task hybrid parallelism, i.e., data parallelism within a processor group and task parallelism among processor groups. pSLEUTH, a parallel version of a well-known cellular automata model for simulating urban land-use change (SLEUTH), was developed to demonstrate full utilization of the advanced features of pRPL. Experiments with real-world data sets were conducted and the performance of pSLEUTH measured. We conclude not only that pRPL greatly reduces the development complexity of implementing a parallel raster-processing algorithm, it also greatly reduces the computing time of computationally intensive raster-processing algorithms, as demonstrated with pSLEUTH. 相似文献

地震资料室内处理过程要求野外采集的地震资料越多越好,而地震数据远距离快速传输又要求野外地震数据量越少越好.为解决这一矛盾,将基于曲波变换与压缩感知的数据重建技术引入到地震资料处理中,对实际的野外不完整数据进行压缩重建.结果表明,曲波变换相对于傅里叶变换在数据压缩采样方法中占有一定的优势.但是,在对实际资料进行处理时,首先要对资料中的面波进行处理,同时还要在一定曲波基元尺寸的情况下,考虑缺失道数量的影响.最终,得到的重建数据图像纹理清晰、连接自然,从而验证了该方法的实用性和有效性. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Accurate runoff forecasting plays a key role in catchment water management and water resources system planning. To improve the prediction accuracy, one needs to strive to develop a reliable and accurate forecasting model for streamflow. In this study, the novel combination of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) model with the shuffled frog-leaping algorithm (SFLA) is proposed. Historical streamflow data of two different rivers were collected to examine the performance of the proposed model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed ANFIS-SFLA model, six different scenarios for the model input–output architecture were investigated. The results show that the proposed ANFIS-SFLA model (R2 = 0.88; NS = 0.88; RMSE = 142.30 (m3/s); MAE = 88.94 (m3/s); MAPE = 35.19%) significantly improved the forecasting accuracy and outperformed the classic ANFIS model (R2 = 0.83; NS = 0.83; RMSE = 167.81; MAE = 115.83 (m3/s); MAPE = 45.97%). In this paper, I examine the role of cultural policy in a newly industrialised economy, which is at the same time a state with a short history and only nascent beginnings in nation-building and efforts to construct a distinctive cultural identity. Using Singapore as the site of analyses, develop an understanding of the intersection between the economic and socio-cultural agendas behind cultural development policies. I illustrate the hegemony of the economic, supported by the ideology and language of pragmatism and globalisation. At the same time, I explore the reception of and attempts to negotiate (and at times, contest) state policies by “cultural practitioners” – artists, dancers, playwrights, actors, directors and so forth, illustrating the disjuncture between state policies and practitioners' ideals. This may be cast as a conflict between social and cultural development priorities as envisaged by the practitioners as opposed to economic development priorities as embodied in the state’s cultural economic policies. 相似文献

利用玉树震后地质调查获取的地表破裂位移,参考余震精定位结论以及地震波和InSAR反演结果,构建了玉树Ms7.1地震发震断层模型.基于弹性-粘弹分层介质模型中平面矩形位错理论,考虑介质自重的影响,模拟了玉树地震同震形变和重力变化.图像显示,玉树绝对重力点刚好位于同震重力变化极值附近,变化量达到25.02 ×10-8 m·s-2.通过对震前重力变化以及对两台FG-5绝对重力仪的一致性进行讨论,认为实测玉树台27.2 ×10-8 m·s-2为同震重力变化,这与基于位错理论的同震模拟结果一致,是对位错理论近场变化的1次很好的验证. 相似文献
