iTRAQ-based proteomic profiling of the marine medaka (Oryzias melastigma) gonad exposed to BDE-47

A recent study demonstrated that 2,2′,4,4′-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) may have an adverse effect on the reproduction in marine medaka (Oryzias melastigma), but the molecular mechanisms remain largely unknown. In this study, we investigated the protein expression profiles of male and female gonads of O. melastigma exposed to dietary BDE-47 at two dosages (0.65 and 1.30 μg/g/day, respectively) for 21 days. Extracted proteins were labeled with iTRAQ and analyzed on a MALDI TOF/TOF analyzer, as results, 133 and 144 unique proteins were identified in testis and ovary, respective, and they exerted dose- and sex-dependent expression patterns. In testis, among the 42 differentially expressed proteins; down-regulation of histone variants and parvalbumins implicated BDE-47 may disrupt the spermatogenesis and induce sterility in fishes. In ovary, 38 proteins were differentially expressed; the elevation of vitellogenins and apolipoprotein A–I expression indicated BDE-47 acts as an estrogen-mimicking compound and led to reproductive impairment in O. melastigma.     

地震地质灾害空间预警评估定量化方法研究初探

建立“发育度”、“潜势度”、“危险度”、“危害度”等概念来描述地震地质灾害各影响因子、要素及可能的灾害危害程度,进而建立构成地震地质灾害层次分析的概念体系及地震地质灾害空间预警评估模型,将定性评估转化为定量评估进行初步研究。     

西海固地区近期垂直形变场分析

本文采用分段线性速率整体动态平差法处理了西海固地区七十年代以来的多期水准资料,并用形变场图象及数字特征量等分析了该区垂直形变场变化特征及其与地震活动的关系。认为该区自1981年以后区域应力逐渐增强,再经1990年前后应力场调整,目前已恢复到正常的继承性运动状态。     

Interannual and Decadal Variations of Surface Solar Radiation over East China in the First Half of the 20th Century

Variability and long-term trends of sunshine duration(SSD) and total cloud cover(TCC) were studied based on surface observations from 10 meteorological stations over East China in the first half of the 20 th century. The correlation coefficients between SSD and diurnal temperature range(DTR), as well as TCC, were analyzed. SSD experienced a significant increasing trend(0.16 h d-1 per decade) from 1908 to 1936, and the maximum brightening was in autumn(0.33 h d-1 per decade). The good agreement between the variability of SSD and DTR, supported by the correlation coefficient between them of 0.72, implies that the SSD measurements were reliable. TCC showed a decreasing trend(-0.93% per decade) and was significantly inversely related to SSD(-0.74), indicating the variation of SSD was attributable to changes in cloud cover. The result was obviously different to that since the 1960 s, when clouds could not account for the decadal trend of surface solar radiation in China.     

多硅白云母b0值对澜沧群中压和高压变质的反映

多硅白云母b₀值作为相对地质压力计的理论和方法,已受到各国地质学家的普遍重视。本文以澜沧群多硅白云母作为研究对象,提出运用多硅白云母b₀值区分不同压力变质的方法。研究结果表明澜沧群经历了中压和高压变质作用,两期变质的多硅白云母b₀值分别为9.027Å和9.047Å。     

考虑楼板作用的SRC柱-钢梁混合框架动力时程分析

为了解楼板空间作用对型钢混凝土（SRC）柱-钢梁混合框架抗震性能的影响,利用有限元软件ABAQUS分别建立带有楼板和不带楼板的两跨三层SRC柱-钢梁框架,选取2组天然波和1组人工波对其进行弹塑性分析,对比2种框架结构的型钢应力分布、混凝土板损伤、层间相对位移角以及框架基底剪力,分析楼板在结构抗震中的影响规律。结果表明：增加楼板可以有效增加框架抗侧刚度,最大可使层间位移角降低38.7%;同时可以减小核心区梁端塑性区域的面积,减缓型钢上翼缘应力发展速度;而且楼板的存在可使最大基底剪力提升60.7%,有利于减小结构损伤和提高抗震性能。

     

河北宣龙地区微生物铁岩有机地球化学特征及成因意义

通过对宣龙铁矿生物结构类型铁质叠层石、核形石和微生物鲕石所作的有机碳、正烷烃、生物标志物及干酪根红外扫描、元素组成和碳同位素分析,结合地质背景资料、微生物化石等地质标志探讨有机质在铁矿形成中的作用。研究表明,从有机地球化学的角度也可提供生物参与铁质沉淀的证据。     

中酸性火成岩岩石化学计算若干问题的讨论及解决方案

对于中酸性火成岩,CIPW标准矿物与岩石实际矿物成分之间的差别是明显的。为了缩小这一差別,作者讨论了和岩石化学计算有关的若干问题,在此基研上提出了适用于中酸性火成岩的岩石化学计算方案。计算实例表明,本文方案能够弥补CIPW标准矿物分子法的某些不足。
