The Permian White Rim Sandstone of the Canyonlands National Park, Utah, contains a wide variety of sedimentary structures and features that largely result from stages in erg migration and marine influence on an erg margin. Three spatially distinct lithological and depositional facies are recognized and can be distinguished as informal units within the formation. The aeolian dune facies is composed predominantly of fine-grained cross-stratified sandstone of the White Rim erg. This facies is the most widespread and comprises the bulk of the formation. Within the aeolian dune facies are small subfacies that represent interdune deposits. A sheet sand facies, composed of parallel-bedded sandstone, makes up a significant part of the lowest part of the White Rim Formation. This facies appears to have been the precursor or leading (progradational) edge to the main erg system. The final facies is a reworked or veneer facies of rippled to disturbed sandstone that is localized in its extent. It is restricted to the upper few metres of the formation and is transitional in some places to the Triassic Moenkopi Formation. This veneer facies contains many structures which indicate marine reworking as well as periods of desiccation or subaerial exposure. Some previous interpretations of the White Rim Sandstone have tended to classify the whole formation as one depositional setting. It is clear that at the margin of a sand sea, as shown in the White Rim Sandstone, there are transitional facies due to the interactions with other environments. Additionally, variation in the stratigraphic relationships of facies can be related to stages of erg migration. Erg margin deposits preceded central erg development. Erg initiation occurred during a probable relative sea level low. Sea level influence is recorded at the top of the formation because erg termination accompanied a relative sea level high with cut-off of sand supply. Transgression of the Permian Kaibab Sea over the White Rim erg was probably the main process in preservation of original dune topographic relief. Sea level fluctuations also may have affected distribution of facies and the complexities of structures at the erg margin. Subsequent fluvial reworking of the veneer facies may have obliterated Late Permian features during lowest Triassic Moenkopi deposition.  相似文献

位于松辽盆地南部某油气田边缘一个油气显示井的磁性测量结果表明,岩石具有明显的磁性变异结构特征.以磁化率(κ)为例,在低缓的背景磁性上主要呈现高强度与中等强度的2类异常:大于400×10-5为强磁性,100×10-5~150×10-5为中等强度磁性.结合录井资料与地球化学分析解释可知,强磁性异常主要位于取样间隔的底部干层区,少数样品位于浅部油气显示层;中等强度异常主要位于2 700 m附近的油气显示层.岩石磁性与地球化学成分对应分析表明,油气显示层岩石的C1和C2成分与磁化率 (κ)、饱和磁化强度 (Js) 和饱和等温剩余磁化强度(SIRM)之间呈明显的正相关,与内禀矫顽力(Hc)为逆相关,而干层岩石相关性不明显.矿物成分分析显示,岩石中主要含铁矿物为磁铁矿、磁赤铁矿、赤铁矿、黄铁矿和菱铁矿.其中磁赤铁矿主要分布在具有中等磁性强度的油气显示层,而高含量(最高含量达12.5%)的磁铁矿主要位于底部干层.磁赤铁矿与赤铁矿、黄铁矿及菱铁矿含量之间相关特征初步表明,自生磁赤铁矿可能主要来源于原地赤铁矿与黄铁矿.推测油气显示层岩石中磁性偏软的磁赤铁矿属于烃蚀变的产物,为烃微渗漏效应(或烟筒效应)的全空间形成机理提供了新证据.  相似文献

An atmosphere-only model system for making seasonal prediction and projecting future intensities of landfalling tropical cyclones (TCs) along the South China coast is upgraded by including ocean and wave models. A total of 642 TCs have been re-simulated using the new system to produce a climatology of TC intensity in the South China Sea. Detailed comparisons of the simulations from the atmosphere-only and the fully coupled systems reveal that the inclusion of the additional ocean and wave models enable differential sea surface temperature responses to various TC characteristics such as translational speed and size. In particular, interaction with the ocean does not necessarily imply a weakening of the TC, with the coastal bathymetry possibly playing a role in causing a near-shore intensification of the TC. These results suggest that to simulate the evolution of TC structure more accurately, it is essential to use an air-sea coupled model instead of an atmosphere-only model.  相似文献

The development of a narrow channel or slit due to piping just underneath the base of levees channel has been reported to be useful to withstand the increase in the head beyond critical head conditions. Also, the maximum slit length has been emphasized to be up to half of the base width. By developing a model of critical head considering slit, it is found that the critical head can increase with the development of slit length only under certain conditions. Analysis of piping failure data indicates that the critical head expressions considering slit length constitute a potentially useful model for critical head.  相似文献

为了探明南海北部海陆过渡带的深部地壳结构,我们在香港外海域进行了一次海陆地震联洲的实验,利用固定地震台网远距离接收海上气枪信号,接收距离远达200多km,并利用此次实验的测线1剖面模拟得到了海陆过渡带的深部地壳速度结构.速度结构模型表明:研究区海陆过渡带的地壳结构非均匀性较明显,由陆至海沉积层有一个突然增厚的特点;莫霍面深度约为26~29 km,上地壳P波速度约为5.5~6.4 km/s,下地壳P波速度为6.5~6.9 km/s.在担杆列岛往海方向有一个低速破碎带,其上地壳P波速度为5.2~6.1 km/s,下地壳P波速度为6.2~6.4 km/s,结合野外地质调查的结果,推测它可能为滨海断裂带.在担杆列岛往陆方向香港和深圳之间的研究区域,莫霍面有较大起伏,可能与此处发育的海丰断裂有关.  相似文献

Seafloor irregularities influence rupture behavior along the subducting slab and in the overriding plate, thus affecting earthquake cycles. Whether seafloor irregularities increase the likelihood of large earthquakes in a subduction zone remains contested, partially due to focus put either on fault development or on rupture pattern. Here, we simulate a subducting slab with a seafloor irregularity and the resulting deformation pattern of the overriding plate using the discrete element method. Our simulations illustrate the rupture along three major fault systems: megathrust, splay and backthrust faults. Our results show different rupture dimensions of earthquake events varying from tens to ca. 140 km. Our results suggest that the recurrence interval of megathrust events with rupture length of ca. 100 km is ca. 140 years, which is overall comparable to the paleoseismic records at the Mentawai area of the Sumatran zone. We further propose the coseismic slip amounts decrease and interseismic slip amounts increase from the surface downwards gradually.  相似文献

安徽濉溪杨桥孜铜金矿是皖北地区中型规模的矽卡岩型金矿床,矿体产于燕山期石英二长闪长玢岩与中寒武统徐庄组、毛庄组接触带上。矿床自西向东分为刘楼村、小任家、栆孤堆和杨桥孜4个矿段,其中杨桥孜矿段为主要矿段,该矿段金矿体多与铜矿体共生,极少数为独立金矿体。该矿段共圈定矿体39个,其中Ⅱ4、Ⅲ1、Ⅳ5和Ⅳ6为主要矿体。以分析测试为基础,结合野外工作,系统总结杨桥孜金的矿石类型、矿石矿物成分、金的分布、赋存状态等特征,并对金的富集规律进行了初步研究。  相似文献

淮北地区是皖北重要的铁铜成矿区,为系统总结该区矽卡岩型矿床成矿系列及成矿规律,基于近年来在该地区取得的找矿成果,通过系统研究已知矿床地质特征和成矿地质条件,结合成岩、成矿年代学特征,认为该区有3个成矿系列: 与高钾钙碱性侵入岩有关的矽卡岩型铁铜金成矿系列、与高钾钙碱性侵入岩有关的矽卡岩型铁-石膏成矿系列和与二长花岗岩有关的矽卡岩型铁-轻稀土成矿系列。分别论述了该区4个典型矿床的地质特征及成矿规律,认为该区为两阶段成矿,成矿空间受深断裂、弧形构造和岩浆岩带的共同控制。最终建立了该区早白垩世早期“前常式”、“杨桥孜式”和“王场式”铁多金属矿床和早白垩世晚期“旗杆楼式”铁-轻稀土矿床的区域成矿模式。  相似文献

琼胶酶是作用于琼胶的水解酶,在食品、化妆品和制药工业中有广泛的应用。本文建立了一种基于诱导模式和甘油补料优化的高细胞密度和高产β-琼胶酶策略,同时可以较好的控制乙酸盐产量。首先,在诱导前期采用不同的比生长速率(μ)的甘油指数补料策略。结果表明,低的比生长速率(μ=0.2)是细胞生长和β-琼胶酶产生的最佳条件。其次,研究了诱导阶段诱导温度和诱导物浓度对细胞生长和β-琼胶酶产生的影响。当异丙基-β-d-硫代半乳糖苷(IPTG)诱导时,在20℃下0.8mmol/L的IPTG诱导策略对β-琼胶酶的产生效果最佳。采用1.0g/(L·h)的乳糖连续补料策略诱导培养,β-琼胶酶活性达到112.5U/mL,是目前报道的产量最高的β-琼胶酶。此外,β-琼胶酶能直接酶解龙须菜粉,产生新琼寡糖,水解产物为新琼胶四糖(NA4)和新琼胶六糖(NA6)。本文的研究为β-琼胶酶的工业化生产和应用提供了较好的理论依据。  相似文献

采用心血管导管术,研究了石房蛤毒素对外周血压的降低作用是否与心脏有关。结果表明,0.4MU/kg STX即对鳗鱼外周血压具有明显的降低作用,这种降低的作用与心脏收缩力下降呈平行关系。STX对心脏的作用在于阻滞其传导系统,阻滞部位最易发生在房室结,其次为心室和心房肌细胞间,对心肌本身并无明显的影响。  相似文献
