Investigation on the Deposition in an Excavated Trough at the East Shore of Jiaozhou Bay, China

- Based on field investigations, this paper analyzes three types of harbour basinns and navigation channel excavated on seabed in Jiaozhou Bay, get a general rule of deposition for excavated trough, it found that pollution is one of crucial factors resulting in the deposition of the excavated trough in the east shore of Jiaozhou Bay. With these results, it predicted the annual deposition thickness for the excavated trough and disclosed the fact that it can't be deposited deadly during one storm. At the same time, with two-dimensional numerical model, it studied the effects of the excavated trough and the reclamation near shore on tidal cureent and said that the excavated trough can decrease the current velocity passing through the trough about 10- 15%, but only limited inside and near the trough and there are no effect on other regions; reclamation can cut off the pollution sources and no obvious effect on the currents of the Jiaozhou Bay. 研究水的声吸收所引起的光声脉冲幅度的变化。脉冲声波由激光通过光击穿机制产生。文中给出了光声脉冲峰值声压与传播距离和声吸收系数之间的理论关系式。实验测量结果和理论曲线所描述的变化规律相符合。     

青岛文昌鱼的生活史──年龄、生长和死亡研究

于１９８９年８月－１９９０年７月对青岛文昌鱼的生活史进行研究。结果表明：（１）青岛文昌鱼种群由４个齿组组成，它至少生产４ａ以上，甚至可达６ａ左右。（２）在Ⅰ、Ⅱ齿时生长较快，平均年生长１３－１５ｍｍ，Ⅲ龄后生长速度减慢，即使同一年龄组的文晶鱼，在不同季节其生长速度也不同。（３）在冬春采集的文昌鱼中Ⅲ龄组的峰值较小。（４）繁殖季节过后，老龄文昌鱼因衰老而死亡。

南极海冰与西北太平洋台风

本文利用最大熵谱分别计算了南极４个区海冰和西北太平洋台风发生频数的变化周期，并对前３年的南极海冰强弱和当年的台风发生频率数进行了逐月时间序列相关分析。     

中国花鲈细胞色素b基因片段的序列研究(英文)

参考鳗鲡等鱼类线粒体 DNA序列进行了中国花鲈线粒体 DNA细胞色素 b基因片断的引物设计、PCR扩增及其序列测定。得到中国花鲈的碱基序列为 4 10 bp,其 A、T、G、C含量分别为 10 1bp(2 4 .6 3% )、112 bp(2 7.32 % )、72 bp(17.56 % )、12 5bp(30 .4 9% ) ,与鳗鲡等其他鱼类相同基因片断序列碱基含量相似。     

Semi-probabilistic method for evaluating system redundancy of existing offshore structures

Various forms of recently appeared concepts of structure system redundancy are studied. A new measure for existing structure redundancy is proposed. By introducing the concept of structure system failure at the mechanism level and the concept of equivalent reliability index, the evaluation of safety criteria for existing offshore structures is developed. By employing the method presented in this paper, system redundancy has been evaluated for some numerical examples and satisfactory results have been drawn.     

胶州湾中国对虾资源的生态特征

胶州湾是我囻黄海南部对虾的重要产卵场之一,每年4月中国对虾(Penaeus chinensis)亲体陆续进人胶州湾,进行产卵活动。繁殖的幼对虾生长迅速,至8月下旬虾群平均体长可达13cm左右,成为秋汛渔业的重要捕捞对象。近年由于捕捞力量加强等诸多因素,湾内对虾的年渔获量由70年代的2-5t,减至80年代的1-2t。虽然1984年以来有关部门实施对虾增殖放流,对虾资源量有所回升,但是因春季洄游的亲体(雌虾)数量锐减,7-8月间又使用各种网具违捕幼虾,因而极大地损害了幼虾资源。刘瑞玉等(1992)曾调查研究了胶州湾对虾生物资源。本文根据作者1991年以来5月和8月的对虾拖网调査资料,对胶州湾对虾资源的生态分布及其变动原因进行了分析研究,对加强管理和保护幼虾资源,以及提高对虾产量有极其重要的意义。     

海洋鱼类卵壳亚微结构的研究

在现代生物科学中,应用生物卵壳亚微结构的物种特异性进行分类研究已成为可行性现实。在海洋生物学研究中,曾发现海胆类未受精的卵壳层颗粒中即存在着眀显的物种特异性差别( L?nning,1967)。很多学者通过对鱼类卵细胞发生期间的亚微结构及卵壳形成的研究,证实在鱼类卵壳结构中亦存在特异性的种间差异,并认为这些差异与分类学、生物学及其区系分布有密切关系( Müller& Sterba,1963; Yamamoto,1963;G?tting,1966; Anderson,1967; Flügel,1967)。目前我国对鱼类卵壳( Egg chorin)结构的研究还鲜为人知,本文亦是首次通过对12种海洋经济鱼类受精卵的卵壳结构差别的探讨,为进行鱼类系统分类和系统发育研究提供科学依据。
