A study on remote sensing models of sea ice thickness by microwave radiometry

Extrapolating from the propagation theories of electromagnetic waves in a layered medium, a three-layer medium model is deduced in this paper by using microwave radiometric remote sensing technology which is suitable to first-year sea ice condition of the northern part of China seas. Comparison with in situ data indicates that for microwave wavelength of 10 cm, the coherent model gives a quite good fit result for the thickness of sea ice less than 20 cm, and the incoherent model also works well for thickness within 20 to 40 cm. Based on three theoretical models, the inversion soft ware from microwave remote sensing data for calculating the thickness of sea ice can be set up. The relative complex dielectrical constants of different types of sea ice in the Liaodong Gulf calculated by using these theoretical models and measurement data are given in this paper. The extent of their values is (0. 5-4. 0)-j(0. 07~0. 19).     

Study on fishery biology features of spawning group of Pseudopleuronectes yokamae(Günther) in the Sheath Bay

Pseudopleuronectes yokamae (Günther) is one of the most important economic fish species in the genus living specially in the northwest Pacific, and is distributed in the southern area of the far east sea of Russia, Japan, Korea, the Huanghai Sea, the Bohai Sea and the northern area of the East China Sea. Usually they live in nearshore waters of these areas as geographic subpopulations. P. yokamae in the Sheath Bay belongs to a local group of the Huanghai-Bohai Sea subpopulation and is distributed in the mouth and adjacent waters of the bay all the year round, and the catch of its spawning group has important economic value in the area. In this paper the fishery biology features of spawning group of P. yokamae in the Sheath Bay is systematically studied to give biology evidence for proper utilization and the multiplification of its resources.     

回收法治理锯条厂氰化物污水

在采用回收法治理锯条厂氰化物污水中，通过改造生产工艺，减少污水量，提高氰化物浓度及污水经除油后减压蒸馏，可回收５０％～９０％的氰化铂，其他盐分也可全部回收，从污水中蒸出的蒸馏水能在系统内循环使用。     

病毒膜蛋白及其表达和纯化技术的研究进展

病毒囊膜是包膜病毒除核衣壳外的另一主要成分。它主要由多种蛋白质构成，称为膜蛋白，膜蛋白以单聚体，二聚体，三聚体，甚至更多的聚合体的形式存在，具有中和抗体，与靶细胞受体结合，凝集红细胞，诱导细胞融合等多种功能，膜蛋白可采用将其基因整合入载体，并在昆虫细胞，哺乳细胞或细菌中获得体外表达，膜蛋白可在去污剂的作用下形成蛋白质－脂－去污剂的复合物而被溶解，其中去污剂的临界微团浓度，亲水物－亲脂物平衡值，荷电、紫外穿透性等是选择合适去污剂的主要参考因子，溶解后的膜蛋白多利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、凝胶过滤层析，离子交换层析，亲和层析，高效液相层析等技术并结合梯度离心；分级沉淀等进行分离、纯化。

仿鱼尾潜器推进系统的水动力分析

以开发适用于小型潜器的仿生操纵与推进系统为研究背景 ,对金枪鱼的月牙形尾鳍进行水动力分析。文中将金枪鱼的尾鳍处理为在做横移和摇摆的耦合运动的同时 ,以某一匀速向前运动的月牙形刚性尾翼。计算中应用了双曲面元和压力库塔条件 ,利用面元法计算分析该三维尾翼的非定常水动力性能。探讨了前进速度、横荡和摇首的幅度、频率及其相位差对推进性能的影响     

海洋数字图书馆建设概论

本文在探讨数字图书馆建设关键技术的基础上，从图书馆门户网站、海洋特色数字化资源、海洋文献检索服务系统和图书馆自动化系统建设等方面，概述了海洋数字图书馆建设的实践，以推动海洋图书馆的进一步发展。     

GPS测高技术在无验潮水深测量中的应用

应用双频GPS动态后处理高精度定位技术，建立了一套完整的GPS无验潮海洋深度测量作业模式，通过海上试验与传统作业模式作了数值分析比较，结果表明，该作业模式不仅无需验潮，而且能够有效消除传统作业模式中船只动态吃水和涌浪等因素对测量成果的影响，显著提高水深测量成果的精度。     

普里兹湾陆缘水边界的变化

利用１９９８年１１月－１９９９年２月中国第１５次南极考察资料,讨论了普里兹湾附近陆缘水边界（ＣＷＢ）两侧的水团分布,以及ＣＷＢ的中心位置、锋面宽度、锋面强度、锋面的垂直深度和垂直厚度等物理特征的空间变化。并与１９９２年１２月－１９９３年２月中国第９次南极考察资料进行了比较,说明了ＣＷＢ的时间２变化。同时,还进一步分析了ＣＷＢ两侧海水运动的各向异性,以及动力高度场的形势,指出了动力高度槽,ＣＷＢ锋面     

北太平洋宽吻海豚正常生理指标数值的算法

连续5年对青岛海豚表演馆中北太平洋宽吻海豚(Tursiops gille Dall)进行现场实验和行为学研究，获取了大量的生理指标数据，运用不同的分析和计算方法对所得数据进行了筛选、剔除及处理，确立了海豚各生理指标的正常闽值和范围确定的方法，从而为准确了解海豚机体的生理状况、疾病诊断及治疗奠定了基础。
