岩体裂隙等效水力隙宽的统计确定方法

针对天然裂隙岩体等效水力隙宽确定的复杂性,利用平行板水流的立方定律及流量等效原理,推导出光滑平行板单裂隙的等效水力隙宽公式,同时对隙宽分布的频率特性进行了探讨,认为非均匀隙宽单裂隙的等效水力隙宽可近似取40%频率的隙宽,或取隙宽的几何平均值与调和平均值的算术平均值.

表征与非表征视角下民宿对乡村空间的叠写与地方再生产——以成都明月村为例

民宿实践与乡村发展有着显著的交互关系,已成为助力实施乡村振兴的重要渠道。以空间表征和非表征为视角,借助Rost CM6语义分析软件进行网络文本数据处理,深入探讨民宿对乡村空间的地方再生产问题。以成都市蒲江县甘溪镇的明月村为典型案例,基于民宿改造引发的新旧空间转变分析,研究地方空间的创新发展。结果发现：（1）民宿实践对地方具有重要的表征与非表征建构作用,且经由景观功能的差异化塑造和具身体验实践路径实现对地方空间的表征与非表征,塑造了新的地方空间形象;（2）民宿空间表征与非表征过程中实现了对地方空间意义的叠写与再生产,实现了地方空间的创新发展;（3）媒介宣传与地方的互动构建过程通过协商得以固化。     

压实粉土非线性应力-应变关系的试验研究

对京九线路基粉土用GDS三轴仪进行固结不排水剪试验,研究不同围压、含水量、压实度下压实粉土样的应力-应变关系。结果表明:压实粉土在低围压下为应变软化,高围压下为应变硬化,存在一个屈服应力;含水量和压实度对粉土强度和应力-应变关系影响显著,随着含水量的减小、压实度的增大,压实粉土样强度增大,应力-应变曲线上升。对围压小于屈服应力的应变软化曲线,用常规的土的软化关系式进行拟和;对围压大于屈服应力的应变硬化曲线,用邓肯-张模型进行拟和;这二者的结合能描述压实粉土的应力-应变关系曲线,效果良好。     

1961—2017年中国华东区域高空温度变化特征

利用中国华东六省一市13个探空站1961—2017年高空温度数据,对850 hPa、500 hPa、200 hPa高空温度的时间变化特征和空间变化特征进行分析,结果表明:1961—2017年中国华东区域对流层中下层增温趋势明显,向上增温趋势减弱,对流层顶增温趋势有所增强.850 hPa、500 hPa温度的年代际变化均...     

大口黑鲈抗菌肽hepcidin cDNA序列和结构分析

以大口黑鲈为材料,提取肝脏总RNA,经RT-PCR扩增出hepcidin cDNA的开放阅读框(ORF)及3′端非编码区序列,应用5′RACE方法得到大口黑鲈hepcidin cDNA5′末端。将所获得的两个片段分别克隆到T载体后进行测序,并拼接成大口黑鲈hepcidin全长cDNA。序列分析表明:大口黑鲈hepcidin全长cDNA为564bp,含有一个258bp的ORF,编码86个氨基酸残基,由信号肽(24个残基)、前肽(42个残基)和成熟肽(20个残基)3部分组成hepcidin前体。在前肽部分具有前肽转化酶典型的RX(K/R)R基元,成熟肽部分含有8个保守的半胱氨酸残基,可形成四个链内二硫桥,使β-折叠结构保持稳定。大口黑鲈Hepcidin与其他鱼类的同源性在29.7%~90.5%间,尤其是信号肽区域,与鳜、尼罗罗非鱼、真鲷、花鲈、黑鯛、金眼狼鲈仅有2~3个氨基酸的差别。     

Repacking practice for G-3 engineering driller power unit with drive shaft of dual channel reverse circulation

In order to satisfy operating requirements for constant core drilling technology in reverse circulation with hollow-through DTH,the power unit of G-3 engineering driller was ameliorated. The new one with dual channel drive shaft, achieved the perfect assemble with transmission structure of the original power unit. It could interconvert according to need by using two sets of drive shafts with direct and reverse circulation. The repacked G-3 engineering driller carried on experiment in the field test in Luanchuan molybdenum mine of Henan, whose effect was very good.

Hematological changes in white spot syndrome virus-infected shrimp, Fenneropenaeus chinensis (Osbeck)

The pathological changes of hemocytes in the haemolymph and hepatopancreas were examined in experimentally and naturally WSSV (white spot syndrome virus) infected Fenneropenaeus chinensis. The results showed that the pathological manifestations of hemocytes were similar among moribund shrimps infected via injection, feeding and by nature. Firstly, the total hemocyte counts (THCs) in WSSV-infected shrimp were significantly lower than those in healthy shrimp. Secondly, necrotic, broken and disintegrated cells were often observed, and a typical hematolysis was present in the haemolymph smear of WSSV-infected shrimp. Thirdly, necrosis and typical apoptosis of hemocytes were detected with TEM in the peripheral haemolymph of WSSV-infected shrimp. Hyalinocytes and semi-granulocytes with masses of WSSVs in their nuclei often appeared, whereas no granular hemocytes with WSSV were found in the hepatopancreas of moribund infected shrimps. All our results supported that hemocytes were the main target cells of WSSV, and hyalinocytes and semigranular hemocytes seemed to be more favorable for WSSV infection in F. chinensis.     

Composition of plagioclases in volcanic rocks of King George Island, Antarctica with reference to the petrogenetic significance

Plagioclases occur mainly as phenocrysts in volcanic rocks of King George Island, South Shetland Islands, West Antarctica. In basaltic andesites and andesites of Keller Peninsula and Ullman Spur (Admiralty Bay), they are high structure state labradorite-andesines; and in high-A1 basalts and basaltic andesites of Barton and Weaver peninsulas (Maxwell Bay), they are high structure state bytownite-anorthites.∑REE, La/Yb ratios and δEu values of plagioclases from Admiralty Bay are higher than those from Maxwell Bay. All plagioclases have rather identical chondritenormalized transitional element distribution patterns, probably reflecting that crystal structure rather than composition of plagioclase controls their diversity. Compositions of plagioclases depend chiefly on those of their host rocks, compositional differences of plagioclases reveal that basaltic magmas in the Admiralty Bay area are more evolved than in the Maxwell Bay area.
