基于GIS的柘林湾生态信息系统

柘林湾生态信息系统以ArcGIS为开发平台，采用客户端／服务器的体系结构，基于ArcObjects的组件式二次开发而成，实现了柘林湾的三维实景模拟、生态数学模型与GIS的有效集成、分析评价结果与地理空间数据相结合等功能，具有可视化、智能化、易扩展、安全实用等特点．该系统的建成．极大地提高了柘林湾生态信息的现代化管理水平，并为制定柘林湾的污染防治与生态环境保护策略提供了强有力的支持．     

Studies on ultrastructure of oocyte in process of maturing in pen shell

The present paper deals with the ultrastructural changes of oocyte in the process of maturing in pen shell Atrinapectinata Linne. When it develops from the antecedent growth period to the accelerating growth period the annulate lamellae emerge, the RER better develop, the yolk granules with single and double layer membrane and are visible. In the well-developed mitochondria there is yolk stored. The Golgi vacuoles are brewing yolk granules. At the mature period the annulate lamellae and the Golgi bodies disappear, and there are only a few RER and mitochondria with poor cristae in the cytoplasm. All these might be well used for judging the maturity of the ootids in the process of the artificial propagation.     

冲绳海槽中段沉积岩芯碳酸盐和烧失量的古环境意义

对冲绳海槽中段 3个沉积岩芯碳酸盐和烧失量的系统分析得知 ,岩芯沉积物的CaCO3含量一般 >1 0 % ,最高含量接近 30 % ,烧失量大都在 1 0 %～ 30 %之间变化 ,反映了该海区处于溶跃面之上钙质生物极为发育的生物地球化学环境。结合δ1 8O曲线所反映的气候环境变化 ,探讨了 1 2 0kaB .P .以来碳酸盐旋回的“大西洋型”演变特点 ,同时对该区沉积地层中的火山热液活动印记作了一定的探讨。     

PROBABILITY CHARACTERISTICS OF WAVE AND WAVE PRESSURES IN FRONT OF VERTICAL BREAKWATER

The distribution of wave height in front of a vertical breakwater, the range of wave pressure fluctuation at different subsurface levels, and the wave periods have shown that they are practically invariable with depth and can be determined theoretically. The distribution of crest and trough of total pressures is the same as that of wave height. As far as different subsurface levels are concerned, the spectral constitution of wave pressure field and the regularity of attenuation of spectral components are analyzed at the vertical breakwater, and a new expression describing the equilibrium range of wave pressure spectrum obtained.     

One new species of free-living marine nematodes (Enoplida,Anticomidae, Cephalanticoma) from the Huanghai Sea

One new species of free-living marine nematodes Cephalanticoma filicaudata sp. nov. from the Huanghai Sea, China is described and illustrated. Cephalanticoma filicaudata sp. nov. is characterized by well developed cephalic capsule, three teeth at the anterior of oesophagus, excretory pore opens posterior to cervical setae, only two cervical setae per file, body length longer than 5 200 μm, tail long and no ventral-lateral seta between the supplement and the cloacal opening. Types are deposited in the College of Marine Life Sciences, Ocean University of China.     

STWAVE模型在多岛屿区域波浪要素计算中的应用

我国常用的风推浪计算方法在多岛屿区域波浪要素计算中具有一定局限性。论文通过不同方法计算的波浪要素计算结果的比较,认为STWAVE模型在满足计算精度的前提下,操作简单,方法简便,在多岛屿区域波浪要素计算中具有较大的应用、推广价值。     

96孔酶标板法测定中国对虾血淋巴上清液抗菌活力和酚氧化酶活性的初步研究

用96孔酶标板法测量单尾中国对虾血淋巴上清液抗菌（Uα）应力和过氧化酶活性。实验表明，该法具有以下优点：1）可测定大批单尾对虾血淋巴上清液的抗菌活力，酚氧化酶活性；2）所需对虾血淋巴上清液微量化；3）用酶标仪读取酶的活性，减少了不同试验者人为读数时的误差；4）重复性高。     

光诱鱿鱼浮拖网渔具渔法试验报告

1989－1999年开展光诱鱿鱼浮拖网渔具渔法研究的生产试验结果为：1998年生产试验86个夜（航次），总产量33．225t，其中鱿鱼产量为12．470t，占总产量的37．5％，总产值139000元，比同村光诱敷网的平均产量（31．62t）高5．1％左右。1999年生产试验80夜（航次），总产量54．66t，其中鱿鱼产量31．92t，占总产量的58．4％，总产值187000元。试验网产量比同村光诱敷网的平均产量（45．64t)增产19．76％，产值增加22．65％，鱿鱼产量占总渔获量的比例提高近10个百分点，投入产出比为1：1．684。取得了较好的试验结果，达到了预期试验目的。此外，文中还讨论了水上灯数量，网具规格和柔性网板等对生产效果和捕捞对象的影响及适应性情况，并建议开展光场强度及其分布的海上实测和光场强度对鱿鱼，趋光性鱼类的行为习性以及生长影响等试验研究，制定出光诱鱿鱼浮报网和敷网作业诱鱼灯数量和分布标准，以合理利用鱿鱼和中上层鱼类资源，实现可持续发展。     

MARINE BIOLOGICAL CHORUSES OBSERVED IN XIAMEN HARBOUR

Marine biological choruses observed in Xiamen harbour from August 1981 to October 1982 lasted for a few hours each time during the neap tide in spring, summer and autumn, in both the evening and the morning, with molt energy at frequencies between 700 Hz and 1.6 kHz and spectral peaks mainly at 800 Hz, 1 kHz and 1.25 kHz. During choruses, noise spectrum levels rose up to 46 dB higher than the background noise in the sea Mate 0. The statistics of occurrence of the evening choruses indicate that they might be fairly widespread in and near shallow waters of the region. Sources of such choruses are likely to be attributed to Johnnius belengerii and Collichthys lucidut of the family Sciaenidae.     

AN ECOLOGICAL STUDY OF FOULING ORGANISMS IN XISHA ISLANDS

Monthly and seasonal panel experiments were carried out in the Yongxing Island from September 1979 to August 1981. Altogether 119 species of fouling organisms are collected, of which, Hydroides elegans, Serpula vermicular is, Scrupocellaria longispinosa, Amathia distant, Enteromorpha spp. and Ostrea spp. are dominant species. Fouling of organisms may occur all the year round with evident seasonal variations, Species succession in the process of community formation is very evident and the climax has arrived after two years. Great variation exists between fouling organisms in different years and at different stations.
