The study of productivity in the Bohai Sea——Ⅱ. Primary productivity and estimation of potential fish catch

-On the basis of the data obtained from the surveys in the Bohai Sea during 1982-1983, this paper analysed and discussed the distribution and seasonal variation of primary productivity in the Bohai Sea, and the correlations between the primary productivity and environmental factors. The organic carbon production and prospect of fishery production in the waters of this sea are estimated. It is shown that, there exists production patential in the Bohai Sea, the primary production is 112 gC/ (m2 ?a)the production of organic carbon being 10 million ton per year, the fishery yields 1 million ton and the maximum catch of sea products 0. 5 million ton. The results of the investigation can serve as the basic data for the exploitation, utilization and management of the fishery resources in the Bohai Sea.     

藻酸双酯钠(PSS)遗传毒理学效应的初步研究

本研究是用紫露草微核技术检测新药藻酸双酯钠(PSS)的遗传毒理学效应。实验结果表明,PSS没有遗传毒性,却有保护染色体免受损伤的作用。其表现是使汞离子所产生的微核率明显下降。因而为扩大PSS的临床应用范围和使用安全提供了实验依据。     

Retrieval of Sea Surface Temperature from TRMM VIRS

The Visible and Infrared Scanner (VIRS) aboard the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) is a five-channel radiometer with wavelength from 0.6 to 12 μm. Daily 0.125° sea surface temperature (SST) data from VIRS were first produced at the National Space Development Agency (NASDA) for comparison with SST from TRMM Microwave Imager (TMI). In order to obtain accurate high spatial resolution SST for the merging of SST from infrared and microwave measurements, new SST retrieval coefficients of the Multichannel SST (MCSST) algorithm were generated using the global matchups from VIRS brightness temperature (BT) and Global Telecommunications System (GTS) SST. Cloud detection was improved and striping noise was eliminated. One-year global VIRS level-1B data were reprocessed using the MCSST algorithm and the advanced cloud/noise treatments. The bias and standard deviation between VIRS split-window SST and in situ SST are 0.10°C and 0.63°C, and for triple-window SST, are 0.06°C and 0.48°C. The results indicate that the reprocessing algorithm is capable of retrieving high quality SST from VIRS data. 多孔性止血海绵配方研究

采用特殊工艺,以褐藻酸钠为原料,制成多孔性可吸收止血海绵。用正交试验法对止血海绵的配方进行了综合研究,并选出了最佳配方为:褐藻酸钠的浓度3％,粘度18CPS(厘泊)成型剂0.6％,络合剂1％,柔软剂8％。实验研究止血海绵的纤维结构与配方的关系。所得产品质地柔软,密度均匀,有一定弹性,易溶于水。这种止血海绵的含水量是8—10％,pH值为6,5,吸水率为200％。试验指出止血海绵有一定的抑菌作用。     

扇贝边中酸性粘多糖的提取

通过蛋白酶水解和乙醇沉淀,从扇贝柱加工下脚料(扇贝边)中提取酸性粘多糖。用正交实验优选出酶解条件,当乙醇沉淀时,对乙醇浓度作了选择。用所选酶解条件水解扇贝边,水解液经脱色处理后,用60％(V/V)乙醇沉淀得粗制粘多糖,经精制后得到粘多糖3.2×10~(-4)(W/W)(相对于鲜冻原料)。     

扇贝糖胺聚糖提取和纯化方法研究──Ⅰ．提取方法研究

研究从海湾扇贝中提取扇贝糖胺聚糖的一种实用而有效的方法。提出用胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和枯草杆菌中性蛋白酶结合的水解方法，并给出糖胺聚糖提取过程的工艺流程。     

分析海浪方向谱的扩展本征矢方法 Ⅱ.方法的验证、比较和应用

采用Longuet－Higgins形式的方向分布函数作为已知谱，用模拟数据检验了作者所提出的估计方法EEV的合理性，并与扩展最大似然方法（EMLM）及Lygre等（1986）的最大熵方法（MEM）作了比较．在验证和比较中，使用纵摇-横摇浮标、星形阵列和CERC阵列作为复合阵列。计算表明，EEV优于EMLM和MEM。最后将EEV和EMLM两种方法应用于仪器阵列的外海观测数据，得到了比较合理的海浪方向谱。     

水产加工技术发展现状及展望

综述了水产品加工技术研究及其应用现状和展望，并对海洋水产资源的开发利用现状和前景作了论述，许多先进技术，如微波技术，辐照杀菌技术，超高压杀菌技术等，在水产品加工业中应用前景广阔，对海洋低值鱼类资源，水产加工废弃物，以及尚未利用的海洋生物资源的开发利用已引起重视，海洋生物技术在开发海洋食用生物资源方面具有重要意义，现代高新技术的应用将成为２１世纪水产加工业发展趋势。

气质联用技术分析鉴定海洋琼胶液化弧菌脂多糖的脂肪酸

利用气质联用技术 (GC- MS)对海洋琼胶液化弧菌脂多糖的脂肪酸组成和结构进行了分析鉴定。结果表明 ,该脂多糖的脂质 A部分含有 7种脂肪酸。其中饱和脂肪酸 3种 :正十二碳烷酸 ,正十四碳烷酸和正十六碳烷酸 ;不饱和脂肪酸 4种 ,分别为 9-十六碳烯酸 ,9-十七碳烯酸 ,11-十八碳烯酸和 9,12 -十八碳二烯酸
