利用Adobe Photoshop对悬沙颗粒图像预处理

利用光学悬浮沙粒径谱仪现场拍摄的悬沙颗粒图像具有两个特点:1、边缘亮度不均匀:2、边缘不清晰。为了测量颗粒粒径,需要做边缘提取。由于悬沙颗粒的上述两个特点,二值化后的颗粒图像容易产生边缘失真和边缘不闭合现象,为了解决这个问题,文中介绍利用Adobe Photoshop对悬沙颗粒的预处理。     

关于深化济南市矿产资源整合工作的思考

Detection of the end point temperature of thermal denatured protein in fish and chicken meat through SDS-PAGE electrophoresis

Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was applied in the detection of the end point temperature (EPT) of thermal denatured protein in fish and meat in this study. It was also used in studying the thermal denatured temperature range of proteins in salmon and chicken meat. The results show that the temperature ranges of denatured proteins were from 65 ℃ to 75 ℃ , and these temperature ranges were influenced by the processing methods. Cloning and phylogenetic analysis of a fatty acid elongase gene from Nannochloropsis oculata CS179

Nannochloropsis oculata CS179, a unicellular marine microalga, is rich in long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFAs). Elongase and desaturase play a key role in the biosynthesis of PUFAs. A new elongase gene, which encodes 322 amino acids, was identified via RT-PCR and 5′ and 3′ RACE. The sequence of the elongase gene was blast-searched in the NCBI GenBank and showed a similarity to those of the cryptosporidium. But the NJ-tree revealed that the N. oculata CS179 elongase clustered with those of the microalgae Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Ostreococcus tauri and Thalassiosira pseudonana.     

Immunotoxicity effect of benzo[α]pyrene on scallop Chlamys farreri

The toxic effects of benzo[α]pyrene (B[α]P) at different concentrations (0.1, 0.5, 1, 2.5 and 7.5 μgL⁻¹) on scallop (Chlamy farreri) immune system were studied. The results showed that B[α]P had significant toxic effects on the haemocyte counts, neutral red uptake, phagocytosis, bacteriolytic and antibacterial activity (P<0.05), while the seawater control and acetone control had no significant differences. The haemocyte counts, neutral red uptake, phagocytosis and bacteriolytic activity in all B[α]P treatment groups as well as antibacterial activity in groups of 0.5, 1, 2.5 and 7.5 μgL⁻¹ B[α]P decreased significantly (P<0.05). Some of these indices tended to be stable on the sixth day and others on the ninth day, and the indices showed clear time- and concentration-response to B[α]P. Bacteriolytic activity in 0.1μgL⁻¹ B[α]P treatment group and antibacterial activity in 0.1 μgL⁻¹ and 0.5 μgL- B[α]P treatment groups increased at the beginning of exposure and reached their peaks on day 1 and day 6, respectively. Following that, both activities decreased gradually and became stable after day 9. When all the indices reached stability, they were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), except for antibacterial activity in 0.1 μgL⁻¹ B[α]P treatment group (P>0.05). Thus, B[α] has evident toxic effects on scallop immune system, which supports the view that a relationship exists between pollution and immunomodulation in aquatic organisms.     

泥蚶锰超氧化物歧化酶基因的研究

Special primers were designed based on the sequence information of superoxide dismutase genes reported in the Iiterature and were used for RT-PCR and rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RACE) to clone Tegillarca granosaMn-superoxide dismutase gene successfully.The length cDNA of Tegillarca granosaMn-superoxide dismutase gene was of 635bp by including a 3^'untranslated region(UTR)of 230bp and an open reading frame(ORF) of 4.5bp encoding a polypeptide of 135 amino acids. TheTegillarca granosaMn-superoxide dismutase gene shares 66%~73% homology with Mizuhopecteb yessoensis^'s,Danio rerio^'s,Xenopus Laevis^'s,Human^'s,Callinectes sapidus^'sSOD CDS, while the corresponding amino acids shares 68%-78% homology and 80%~89% comparability. These indicate the SOD gene is high evolutional conservation in animals.

利用GPU实现基于物理模型的流体运动仿真

纳维-斯托克斯方程是描述流体运动的基础物理模型。首先简要介绍了在计算机上实现该模型的数值解算方法。在流体运动的计算机视觉仿真中,密度渲染才是最终结果,因此,又阐述了流体的密度场与速度场的关系,并且给出了流体仿真的基本流程。由于可编程图形处理器(GPU)具有并行性和速度快等特点,流体模拟的解算和渲染在图形处理器上运行更加高效,但是利用GPU编程实现流体仿真必须要实现3个核心转换,最后以支持3维纹理的Direct3D10为例,给出了利用GPU实现流体运动仿真两个简单实例。
