Study of Ecological Compensation for Paddy Fields: Oriented towards Eco-environmental Restoration

Agricultural land provides not only food and fiber (an important element of food security), but also serves as a non-market commodity with characteristic externalities and public services. However, there are also many negative impacts on environment of the paddy production. Thus, Payments for paddy ecosystem services encourage farmers to engage in ecological or organic agricultural practices and agro-ecological/environmental supply. However, compared with forest, wetland, and pasture, the eco-function and ecosystem services of paddy fields have gotten insufficient attention. It is necessary to establish an eco-compensation mechanism for paddy fields that boosts behavior that protects farms to benefit the ecosystem. Based on a review of eco-compensation for paddy fields, this paper proposes the policy game framework of eco-compensation for paddy fields, which is oriented to ecological restoration. Secondly, this paper introduces methods for determination of compensation standards, including the cost the farmers’ willingness to accept, and the ecological benefits of adopting environmental friendly farming practices. And finally, this paper puts forward policy recommendations for eco-compensation for paddy ecosystems.     

世界遗产地旅游解说系统规划与构建研究——基于安阳殷墟的调查数据

遗产地旅游解说系统规划是一项综合而又技术性很强的工程。随着河南世界文化遗产数目的增多,遗产地的旅游解说系统的构建就显得尤为重要,它为游客进行深度的文化解读提供了帮助。采用实地访谈和问卷调查的研究方法,系统全面地介绍了安阳殷墟文化遗产景区解说系统现状,并结合旅游解说系统规划的基本模型所关注的六大要素,提出未来安阳殷墟景区应进行科学系统的理念规划和形象设计、解说系统空间布局规划和分级解说服务系统规划,并注重对游客心理和行为的研究。     

基于复杂性测度的中国洪灾受灾面积变化研究

采用复杂性测度方法来进行中国洪涝灾害受灾面积变化的研究。结果表明:(1) 20世纪80、90年代中国洪灾受灾面积及其复杂度均持续上升,说明洪灾剧烈,而且复杂多变、不确定性增加;进入21世纪,两者趋缓或下降,即中国洪涝灾害有所缓解;(2) 从分省区的结果来看,洪灾受灾面积的未来趋势具有区域特征,主要可划分为两个加剧的区域和两个减缓的区域;全国各省市区依据受灾面积趋势可划分为4个等级,在此基础上给出中国的未来洪灾受灾面积趋势图。

华南冬春季连续性降水异常的成因分析

根据1959 ～2010年华南逐月降水资料、全球月平均高度场、风场和海表温度等资料,采用合成分析的方法,对华南冬春季连续性降水异常的可能原因进行了初步分析.结果表明:华南冬、春降水的影响系统各不相同,冬季偏旱(涝)年东亚大槽较常年偏强(弱),冬季风偏强(弱),西北太平洋海温偏暖(冷);春季偏旱(涝)年孟加拉湾以北的南支槽偏弱(强),东太平洋海温异常偏冷(暖).影响冬、春季降水的系统之间又不是绝对独立的,在一定程度上存在着相互联系,乌拉尔山阻塞高压偏强,哈德莱环流偏强会导致冬春季持续性降水偏少.西北太平洋海温持续偏暖易导致冬春连旱,热带东太平洋海温持续偏暖易导致冬春连涝.     

植被生物量高光谱遥感监测研究进展

植被生物量的评估对于研究全球碳循环具有重大意义,而高光谱遥感技术为精确反演地表属性提供了重要的数据支持。针对如何更好地应用高光谱遥感技术进行植被生物量精确反演的问题,该文详细阐述了国内外应用高光谱技术估测植被生物量的研究进展。对反演植被生物量所涉及的数据源、反演模型的构建方法及其模型特点、反演模型应用对象等内容进行了综合评述,并通过分析认为,高光谱遥感技术较传统的多光谱遥感技术在生物量反演精度上有了显著的提高。同时,对建模方法、多源遥感数据融合以及模型通用性等方面的研究进行了展望,以达到在大尺度范围内对植被生物量进行准确反演的目的。     

面向野外地质调查工作的道路提取方法研究

为弥补传统的依靠管理组织、法律、经济、教育等进行对野外地质工作安全管理工作的不足,通过百度SDK采集GPS步行轨迹数据,基于单向GPS轨迹数据的特点,进行轨迹的分割分段处理.最后利用BP神经网络算法拟合道路,通过反复实验确定BP网络的参数配置信息.并以中国地质大学西区为研究区域,提取路网信息,验证算法的有效性和实用性....

Study of Influence of Regional Geodynamic Background on Strata Behaviors in China's Tongxin Mine

Strata behaviors are mainly affected by regional geodynamic background. The influence of rock mass stress and energy distribution on strata behaviors in the Tongxin mine is studied in terms of regional tectonic movement, seismic activity and tectonic stress field. The results show that the extrusion lifting movement of Kouquan fault adjacent to the Tongxin mine results in the stress concentration in the rock of the Carboniferous coal bed and accumulation of a large amount of elastic energy and forms structural background of Tongxin mine. Due to various seismic activities in the mine area, the strain energy is known to reach much higher levels, up to 0.5×10⁸ J^1/2. Since the stratigraphic structure is sensitive to the mining operation, the strain energy could cause strong strata behaviors. A special geological structure model of the Tongxin mine is established based on the geodynamic division method. The distribution of regional structure stress field is determined by the rock mass stress analysis system. Based on this model, Tongxin mine is divided into five areas with high stress, eight areas with low stress and eight areas with gradient stress. The strong strata behaviors mostly occur in high stress areas. These results could provide guidance to predict the strength of regional or mine pressure and control strata behavior in different areas.
