We present analytic and numerical estimates for group velocity of wave motions in two models of cold interstellar medium presumably constituting the interior of cores of magnetically supported dark molecular clouds. Namely, in the model of gas-based ferrocolloidal soft matter and in the model of noncompensated electron magnetoplasma. The predictions of these models are given in juxtaposition with data on recent Zeeman measurements of the molecular linewidths detected from dark central regions of star-forming interstellar clouds.  相似文献

A scheme is proposed for explaining the origin of the observed temperature of the cosmic microwave background (relict) radiation in which this radiation is treated as a product of the decay of primordial vector bosons in the framework of the Hoyle-Narlikar conformal cosmology.  相似文献

We show that, starting from the qualitative analysis of the solutions of the vacuum equations, one can conclude that, in contrast to the general theory of relativity, in the Jordan-Brans-Dicke theory gravitational collapse does not lead to the formation of black holes, but that no reliable determination of the existence or nonexistence of black holes in the Jordan-Brans-Dicke theory will be possible until the time-dependent equations have been solved numerically. We propose a method of solving the problem of stability of equilibrium self-gravitating configurations with respect to radial pulsations and state a criterion for stability.Translated fromAstrofizika, Vol. 38, No. 3, 1995.  相似文献

A model of the early universe in the Einstein theory of gravitation, supplemented by a conformalty invariant version of the Weinberg—Salam model, is considered. The conformai symmetry principle leads to the need to eliminate the Higgs potential from the expression for gravitational action, using the Lagrangian density of the model of Weinberg—Salam electroweak interactions as the material source, and to incorporate the conformally invariant Penrose—Chernikov—Tagirov term. In the limit of flat space, we arrive at the a version of the Weinberg—Salam model without Higgs particle-like excitations. In the conformalty invariant model under consideration, Higgs fields are absorbed by the spatial metric, so one can assume that the masses of elementary particles originate at the time when the evolution of the universe begins. Various representations of the Jordan-Brans-Dicke (JBD) theory arising in conformal transformations of the metric are considered. Propositions are formulated that establish the mathematical equivalence of these representations, making it possible from known exact solutions in one representation to generate new ones in another. It is shown, in particular, how to obtain new solutions in the general theory of relativity from known solutions in the JBD theory and vice versa.  相似文献
