The paper reports results of an experimental thermochemical study (in a heat-flux Tian-Calvet microcalorimeter) of montmorillonite from (I) the Taganskoe and (II) Askanskoe deposits and (III) from the caldera of Uzon volcano, Kamchatka. The enthalpy of formation Δ f H el 0 (298.15 K) of dehydrated hydroxyl-bearing montmorillonite was determined by melt solution calorimetry: ?5677.6 ± 7.6 kJ/mol for Na0.3Ca0.1(Mg0.4Al1.6)[Si3.9Al0.1O10](OH)2 (I), ?5614.3 ± 7.0 kJ/mol for Na0.4K0.1(Ca0.1Mg0.3Al1.5Fe 0.1 3+ )[Si3.9Al0.1O10](OH)2 (II), ?5719 ± 11 kJ/mol for K0.1Ca0.2Mg0.2(Mg0.6Al1.3Fe 0.1 3+ ) [Si3.7Al0.3O10](OH)2 (III), and ?6454 ± 11 kJ/mol for water-bearing montmorillonite (I) Na0.3Ca0.1(Mg0.4Al1.6)[Si3.9Al0.1O10](OH)2 · 2.6H2O. The paper reports estimated enthalpy of formation for the smectite end members of the theoretical composition of K-, Na-, Mg-, and Ca-montmorillonite and experimental data on the enthalpy of dehydration (14 ± 2 kJ per mole of H2O) and dehydroxylation (166 ± 10 kJ per mole of H2O) for Na-montmorillonite.  相似文献

The results of photographic observations of Jupiter’s Galilean satellites made with the 26-inch refractor at the Pulkovo Observatory from 1986 to 2005 are given. Satellite coordinates with respect to Jupiter and the mutual distances between the satellites have been determined. A scale-trale technique that does not require reference stars for the astrometric reduction of measurements has been used. The effect of the Jupiter phase has been taken into account in the jovicentric coordinates. The observation results have been compared with a modern theory of the Galilean satellites’ motions. Systematic observation errors depending on the observation technique have been studied. The intrinsic observation accuracy in the random quotient is characterized by the values 0.041″ over X and Y. The external accuracy of the relative Galilean satellite coordinates determined by comparing the observations with modern ephemerides turned out to be equal to 0.165″, 0.213″ for the Jovicentric coordinates and 0.134″, 0.170″ for the “satellite-satellite” coordinates. The highest accuracy of the relative satellite coordinates is reached at small distances between the satellites which are less than 100″: the corresponding mean-square errors of one observation are equal in to the external convergence to 0.050″, 0.070″. The results of photographic observations have been compared with the first CCD observations of the Jupiter satellites made in 2004 with the 26-inch refractor.  相似文献

The thermochemical study of two natural trioctahedral Mg–Fe chlorites—clinochlores was carried out using high-temperature melt solution calorimetry with a Tian–Calvet microcalorimeter. The enthalpies of formation of clinochlores of compositions (Mg4.9Fe 0.3 2+ Al0.8)[Si3.2Al0.8O10](OH)8 (–8811 ± 12 kJ/mol) and (Mg4.3Fe 0.7 2+ Al1.0)[Si3.0Al1.0O10](OH)8 (–8696 ± 13 kJ/mol) from elements were determined. The values of the standard entropies and the Gibbs energies of formation of the studied natural minerals as well as thermodynamic properties of Mg–Fe chlorites of theoretical composition were estimated.  相似文献

Based on the data of differential satellite interferometry, the field of displacements of the Earth’s surface in the line-of-sight direction is determined for the region of the Altai Earthquake that struck on September 27, 2003. The displacements are estimated for unforested areas of Chuia and the Kurai depressions, and for a part of their mountainous surroundings. In that part of the region where unwrapping of the data was possible, the amplitude of displacements amounts up to 150 cm for Chuia and 100 cm for the Kurai depressions. In order to locate the surface of the seismic rupture and to find the field of displacements on this surface, the method for the combined inversion of the displacements data, provided by satellite interferometry (the present work) and geodesy [Gol’din et al., 2005], is suggested and applied. The admissible range of the parameters of the rupture was specified from the seismology and seismotectonics data. The combined use of geodetic and satellite interferometry data makes the solution of the inverse problem more stable and yields a seismic momentum estimate, which is consistent with the seismological determinations. We discuss the possible contributions of various postseismic processes; in particular, based on analyzing the energy of the aftershocks, we assess the contribution of the postseismic creep to the displacements, determined from the interferometry and geodesy data, for different coseismic and postseismic time intervals.  相似文献
