石盐的36Cl断代法

讨论了~936)Cl的成因、~(36)Cl断代法的原理及测试方法。自1987年以来,应用该方法测得柴达木盆地尕斯库勒湖和大浪滩湖石盐的沉积年龄,并与~(14)C,~(230)Th和古地磁测年法所测得的年龄数据进行对比,结果均在误差(1δ)范围内相吻合,表明石盐的~(36)Cl断代法是可行的,获得的年龄数据是可靠的。     

An ocean bottom,microprocessor based seismometer

We describe the design and construction of an ocean bottom seismometer configured as a computer, based on an Intersil IM6100 microprocessor plus appropriate peripheral devices. The sensors consist of triaxial 1 Hz seismometers and a hydrophone, each sensor channel being filtered prior to digitizing so that typical noise spectra are whitened. Digital data are recorded serially on magnetic tape. The instrument is placed on the ocean bottom by allowing it to fall freely from just below the surface. An acoustic system allows precise determination of instrument position, acoustic recall, and transmission of operational information to the surface. Release from an expendable anchor is accomplished by redundant pyrotechnic bolts which can be fired by acoustic command or by precision timers.The operational flexibility provided by the micro-computer, which executes the DEC PDP8/E instruction set, enables optimum use of the 6-hr recording capacity (at 128 samples/second/channel) in the context of the particular experiment being performed.

鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)在微冻保鲜过程中的质量变化

该文研究鲫鱼 ( Carassius auratus)在微冻 ( - 3℃ )保鲜过程中的质量变化规律。以感官评价、细菌总数、T- VBN值、p H值、ATPase活性、K值等作为质量指标。实验结果表明 ,微冻可以明显抑制细菌总数的增长 ,维持较低的 T- VBN和 K值。但是 ,微冻条件下鲫鱼的 ATPase活性下降速度较快     

基于DSP的水下图像传输系统研究

本文研究了基于高性能的DSP芯片TMS320C549的水下图像传输系统，并采用Goertzel算法进行信源编码和MFSK调制方式、运用Turbo码进行信道的编、解码，来实现水下视频图像高速数据传输的目的。     

南沙群岛海区冬夏季中、深层海流的计算

根据１９８８年夏季和１９８９年冬季南沙群岛海区两个航次的温、盐度调查资料，运用β螺旋方法对调查海区的海流进行了计算。计算结果表明，该海区表、中层环流相对比较一致，深层流动状态与表、中层的差异较大，其中的局地环流的季节变化不明显。此外，在北康暗沙与南薇滩之间，夏季中、深层和冬季深层都明显反映出存在着一个迄今未见报道的局地反气旋式环流。文章对上述结果与该海区已有的一些海流分析结果作了比较。     

Examination of empirical formulas for wave shoaling and breaking on steep slopes

Estimation of the wave height transformation of shoaling and breaking is essential for the nearshore hydrodynamics and the design of coastal structures. Many empirical formulas have been well recognized to the wave height transformation, but most of them were only applicable for gentle slopes. This paper reports the experimental results of wave shoaling and breaking over the steep slopes to examine the applicability of the previous empirical formulas. Two steep bottom slopes of 1/3 and 1/5, and one gentle slope of 1/10 were conducted in the present experiments. Experimental results show that the shoaling distance of steep slopes become short and the surface waves may be partially reflected from the steep bottom, thus the estimation of wave shoaling using the well-known previous formula did not conform completely to the experimental results. The previous empirical formulas for the wave breaking criteria were also examined, and the modified equations to the steep beaches were proposed in this work. A numerical model was finally adopted to calculate the wave height transformation in the surf zone by introducing the modified breaking index.     

副渔获物对渔业资源的影响及其减少方法的探讨

由于渔具不同的选择性和多鱼种鱼类共栖 ,人们在对目标种类进行捕捞时 ,不可避免地产生副渔获物及其抛弃。由于渔业资源的下降和人们对海洋环境保护意识的加强 ,副渔获物及其抛弃问题日益成为人们关注的焦点。本文对世界范围内的渔业活动所产生的副渔获物进行分析 ,根据副渔获物的种类、被抛弃情况和原因以及对渔业资源的影响 ,提出了减少副渔获物和抛弃的方法。     

虾池的溶解氧含量及其补充量和消耗量

对对虾养殖池塘溶解氧含量及其收支情况的研究结果表明，虾池DO值具有明显的季节和昼夜变化。浮游植物光合作用是虾池溶解氧补充的主要来源，夏季最高可超过5mg／（dm3·d）。养殖后期对虾的耗氧量占总耗氧量的34％，底质和池水耗氧量分别占30％和35％。根据虾池氧的收支情况讨论了池养对虾的生产容量。     

闽江口段溶解态镉,铅和铜的收支平衡

利用潮输沙量的计算方法,估算了闽江口入海口内3个断面所包围区域溶解态镉、铅和铜的收支平衡,从而研究了这些重金属的河口行为。     

二色桌片参的化学成分研究：Ⅲ、二色桌片参多糖—1——岩藻聚糖的免疫调节

研究了二色桌片参多糖－1（PMI－1）在体内、体外的免疫调节作用。结果表明。二色桌片参多糖－1体外能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖，促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌IL－2；体内能显著促进迟发型敏反应，增加脾指数，胸腺指数：具有显著的免疫增强作用。
