The Sulawesi Sea and Sulawesi Island are located in the western Pacific area where volcanic activity,plate subduction,and seismic activity are very active.The Sulawesi basin formed during the Middle Eocene-Late Eocene and nearly half of the Eocene oceanic crust has subducted below the North Sulawesi Trench.The Sulawesi Island was spliced and finalized in the Early Pliocene-Pleistocene during volcanic activity and is recently very active.This area is an optimal location to study volcanic geothermal conditions and subduction initiation mechanisms in the southern part of the western Pacific plate margin,which are important in geothermal and geodynamic research.In this study,we combined 133 heat flow data with gravity and magnetic data to calculate the Moho structure and Curie point depth of the Sulawesi Sea and periphery of the Sulawesi Island,and analyze the distribution characteristics of the geothermal gradient and thermal conductivity.The results show that the average depths of the Moho and Curie surfaces in this area are 18.4 and 14.3 km,respectively,which is consistent with the crustal velocity layer structure in the Sulawesi Basin previously determined by seismic refraction.The average geothermal gradient is 4.96°C(100 m)-1.The oceanic area shows a high geothermal gradient and low thermal conductivity,whereas the land area shows a low geothermal gradient and high thermal conductivity,both of which are consistent with statistical results of the geothermal gradient at the measured heat flow points.The highest geothermal gradient zone occurs in the transition zone from the Sulawesi Sea to Sulawesi Island,corresponding to the spreading ridge of the southward-moving Sulawesi Basin.Comprehensive gravity,magnetic,and geothermal studies have shown a high crustal geothermal gradient in the study area,which is conducive to the subduction initiation.The northern part of the Palu-koro fault on the western side of Sulawesi is likely the location where subduction initiation is occurring.During the process of moving northwest,the northern and eastern branches of Sulawesi Island have different speeds;the former is slow and the latter is fast.These branches also show different deep tectonic dynamic directions;the northern branch tilts north-up and the eastern branch tilts north-down. 相似文献

以遥感手段为主,提取近20年来多个时期三江平原湿地变化动态数据。将湿地动态数据与历年气象数据相对变化比较处理后,再作灰色关联分析,可以发现它们之间的相互关系。研究表明三江平原湿地面积减小迅速,三江平原区域气候环境变化剧烈,超过全球气候变化速度。通过灰色关联分析可以发现,湿地在维持区域"冷湿"效应中作用突出,三江平原湿地的变化与气温变化成负相关,与降水、湿度变化成正相关。湿地消长与气候要素中的降水因子的相关关系最大,与日照因子相关关系较低,与降雪因子几乎无关。 相似文献

祁连山林区大气降水特征与森林对降水的截留作用 总被引:30,自引:3,他引:30
通过对连山寺大隆林区定位站1975-2000年的降水特征与森林对降水的再分配分析,建立了祁连山大隆林区降水与温度,降水与湿度,林冠截留的关系式。该区多年平均降水量为433.5mm,年变幅在326.4-539.7mm;降水量最大出现在夏季,占全年降水量的65.70%;海拔高度每升高100m,年了量平均递增4.55%,林区温度和湿度均与降水有较好的拟合关系。青海云杉林与祁连圆柏林林冠对大气降水的平均截留率分别为37.5%,31.7%,灌木林的截留率平均高达66.5%。青海云杉林林冠层平均截留率随着降雨量的增大逐渐减小,当降雨量为18.67mm时,林冠截留量达到最大,为14.72mm;青海云杉树干径流量占降水量的0.51%,当降雨量超过12.0mm时,才开始产生树干径流。青海云杉林枯枝落叶层对降雨的截留量随降雨量级增加而增大,截留率则随降雨量减小而增大,枯枝落叶层所具有的截留降雨和调蓄降雨作用使祁连山林区基本不发生地表径流。分析结果表明,祁连山林区对水源涵养和水流出山的时间调控有重要意义。 相似文献

In this paper, a coupling approach is presented to study the static responses of vertically loaded pile group embedded in multilayered transversely isotropic soils. The individual pile in pile group is modeled by the finite element method, while the analytical layer-element method is applied to represent the soil's behavior. Then, the interaction equation of piles and soils is obtained by considering the force equilibrium and displacement compatibility conditions and solved by a FORTRAN program. The results computed by the proposed approach compare favorably with those from some existing solutions and field test. Some typical parametric analysis cases are investigated to study the effect of soil anisotropy, pile stiffness ratio, and pile spacing on the behavior of vertically loaded pile group. 相似文献

The Red Basin is a tectonic structure. Master stream is the Jialing Jiang, the most important tributary of the Chang Jiang in this area. The landforms are a cuesta landscape, climate is subtropic. Under irrigation 3 harvests of grain are possible. Small farms dominate. The region is overpopulated. Industrialization is in its infancy. Intense deforestation, extension of arable land and increasing grazing of animals on slopes and scarps of field-terraces have caused a change in precipitation, water regime and discharge of stream-borne material in the catchment area of the Rating Jiang. This differs distinctly from the neighbouring rivers and can be compared with the rivers of the loess areas of N China. Severe soil erosion destroys arable land at a growing rate. Unlike the loess area in the Red Basin, there is only a thin layer of soil which can be regenerated only over a long period of time. Afforestation and hydraulic engineering are intended to retard soil erosion. More effective would be diminished intensity of land use and the supply of organic material from plant decay — hitherto used as fuel - for soil. formation. But lack of employment outside agriculture prevents more extensive land use. Cellular automata (CA) have been efficiently used to express the complexity and dynamics of cities at different scales. However, those large-scale simulation models typically use only binary values to represent urbanization states without considering mixed types within a cell. They also ignore differences among the cells in terms of their temporal evolution characteristics at different urbanization stages. This study establishes a gradient CA for solving such problems while considering development differences among the cells. The impervious surface area data was used to detect the urbanization states and temporal evolution trends of the grid cells. Transition rules were determined with the incorporation of urban development theory expressed as an S-shaped curve. China was selected as the case study area to validate the performance of the gradient CA for a national simulation. A comparison was also made to a traditional binary logistic-CA. The results demonstrated that the gradient CA achieved higher accuracies in terms of both spatial patterns and quantitative assessment indices. The simulation pattern derived from the gradient CA can better reflect the local disparity and temporal characteristics of urban dynamics. A national urban expansion for 2050 was also simulated, and is expected to provide important data for ecological assessments. 相似文献
