NOTE ON A MAMMALIAN MICROFAUNA FROM YENCHINGKOU NEAR WANHSlEN,SZECHUAN

While on a trip to Szechuan in the spring of 1934,I spent a few days,together with Dr.G.B.Barbour and P.Teilhard de Chardin,at Wanhsien,inorder to visit the famous fossiliferous site of Yenchingkou.The latter site hadalready been visited and excavated in 1921-23 and 1925-26 by Dr.WalterGranger of the Third Asiatic Expedition of the American Museum of NaturalHistory~1.

四川巴縣新開市和尚坡洞穴地層之發現及其意義

路南新生代地質

雲南各地,間山盆地甚多,路南即爲其一。路南盆地中主要地層爲紅色岩系。此等紅色岩系,以前地質學者,多視爲二疊紀上部(戴普拉)(安寧系朱庭祜)。二十六年卞美年於赴邱北途中,在路南城北約五里之山坡,獲得雷(?)及古豬與龜鳘類化石若干,首次證明路南有第三紀初期地層之存在。因時局關係,此項地層與化石之研究,均未能即時問世。邇來地質調查     

既有砌体结构基于性能的抗震加固研究

对结构1和结构2分别进行人工波、天津波和迁安波作用下的多遇烈度、设防烈度和罕遇烈度时程分析,对不满足性能目标要求者进行抗震加固分析。加固结果表明：①加固后最大位移角所在楼层位置出现下移现象;②上层加固效果比下层加固效果明显;③结构有无圈梁和构造柱对抗震性能的影响较大,圈梁和构造柱的截面尺寸变化对抗震性能的影响较小;④加固效果随地震波不同而不同,采用相同的加固方案加固效果不同;⑤必须根据具体的鉴定结果选用合理的加固方案,否则适得其反。
