以新加坡、香港、厦门、舟山为例,根据国民经济和社会发展指标、用水总量及用水量构成、产业用水量、人口经济规模与水资源承载力等相关数据和指标,对水资源利用管理进行分析和对比,对远期水资源利用及其对经济发展的承载力进行预测;分析了海岛型城市与内陆型城市水资源利用的差异,对舟山群岛新区的水资源利用及承栽力所面临的挑战提出了相应的对策和建议。  相似文献

将287个地级以上城市(不包括港澳台地区)作为研究对象,以中国知网发布的168个学科领域期刊论文数量为数据来源,对中国地级以上城市知识专业化水平、影响因素及其与经济发展的关系进行了研究。研究发现: 中国地级以上城市的专业化水平总体偏低,多样化水平较为明显;知识专业化水平西部地区>中部地区>东部地区;地区相对专业化指数随城市行政等级依次升高,即直辖市<副省级城市<省会城市<普通地级市。具有资源优势的城市,其知识专业化领域高度集中在以资源为基础的领域;中小城市的知识专业化领域相对较少,专业化程度高;大中城市知识专业化领域多,多样化趋势明显,但各领域的知识专业化程度相对较低。从城市等级上来看,知识专业化程度表现为五线城市>四线城市>三线城市>二线城市>一线城市。 知识专业化水平主要受科教经济因素、人才潜力和服务业因素、工业基础因素、人口规模因素四大因素影响。 知识专业化与经济发展关系密切,整体呈现倒U形关系;但各区域随发展阶段不同,表现出不同的形式可以分为U形、倒U形、M形和W形4种大类型。  相似文献

In the time span from January 1995 to December 1999 the Czech National Seismological Network (CNSN), consisting of ten permanent digital broadband stations, several local networks and two data centers, detected and recorded 9530 regional natural seismic events, 27 greater than magnitude 2. Most of these events were located by the Czech Seismological Service (CSS), and the most prominent of them were analyzed in detail. A large number of quarry blasts were recorded as well but were not included in the analysis. We provide basic information on the configuration of the CNSN and on the way of routine data processing employed by the CSS in this paper. The over-all regional seismicity monitored by the CNSN in 1995–1999 is briefly reviewed. The main results of observations and evaluation of the local (NW-Bohemia/Vogtland, South Bohemia, Sudeten) and induced (Kladno, Píbram, Upper Silesia, Lubin/Poland) seismic activity within this period are presented in a condensed form. Finally, a summary on macroseismic observations on the territory of the Czech Republic in 1995–1999 is also presented.  相似文献

A simple sticky-particle numerical model has been developed in order to check whether extended structures of gas created due to the dynamical evolution of the Galaxy and the Magellanic Clouds system can be explained as remnants of a tidal interaction. Influence of dissipative nature of gaseous medium has been taken into account. The most remarkable features are: the Magellanic Stream, the common HI envelope surrounding both the LMC and SMC and the bridge extended between the Clouds. In contrast to previous works of Murai and Fujimoto (1980), Gardiner et al. (1994) and H and Rohlfs (1994) no presumptions were done on the actual galactocentric velocities of the Magellanic Clouds. The mean values of the LMC and SMC velocity vectors obtained from the Hipparcos proper motion measurements (Kroupa and Bastian, 1997) were used in order to verify whether they allow to reproduce the observed HI distribution. Numerical simulations showed that tidal forces are really significant for the evolution of extended structures such as the Magellanic Stream but this approach becomes unsufficient for the internal regions of galaxies where self-gravity and dissipative properties of the gas cannot be neglected. More precise proper motion measurements are urgently needed. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

陕西岐山二郎沟蓟县系剖面位于华北克拉通南缘,发育一套浅海相碳酸盐岩,自下而上出露龙家园组和巡检司组。两个岩组共采集、测试了碳、氧同位素样品184件,结果显示δ13 C值落在-1.747‰~1.144‰之间,总体上较稳定,平均值为-0.523‰;δ~(18)O值整体在-8.662‰~-2.540‰之间,大部分落在-5.5‰至-3‰,平均值为-4.469‰,低幅高频振荡。碳同位素旋回性较明显,可以进一步划分出4个旋回。碳、氧同位素曲线与燕山地区蓟县系已有研究结果相似性较高,其中,巡检司组近顶部出现的约为2‰的负偏事件,可大致对应于蓟县剖面雾迷山组顶部至洪水庄组的负偏事件。碳同位素的升降趋势及藻类数量(叠层石)丰度变化表明当时海平面在不断变化。此外,二郎沟剖面研究结果还与俄罗斯南乌拉尔阿孜瓦尔组以及加拿大霍恩比湾群的碳、氧同位素曲线也颇为相近,符合全球中元古代碳同位素组成特别稳定的特征,是对全球统一的古海洋背景的响应。  相似文献

Local breeding of growing modes(LBGM) is a method used to generate initial condition perturbation(ICP) for convection-permitting ensemble forecasts. Equal weights(EWs) are usually presumed in LBGM during the localization of ICP, without considering different contributions of the grid points within the local radius. To address this problem, Gaussian weights(GWs) are proposed in this study, which can accommodate the varied influences of the grids inside the local radius on the central grid through a Gaussian function. Specifically, two convection-permitting ensemble forecast experiments based on LBGM with GWs and EWs are compared and analyzed respectively for two squall line cases. The results showed that the use of the GWs intensified the local characteristics of the ICP and made the distribution of the ICP fields more flow-dependent. Kinetic energy spectrum of the ICP indicated that there could be more large-scale information in the ICP by using the GWs. In addition, mesoscale information also improved slightly. For forecast of nonprecipitation variables, GWs improved the relationship between the root-mean-square error and the spread and contributed to the forecasting accuracy of wind, temperature, geopotential height, and humidity. For the precipitation forecast, GWs simulated the precipitation structure successfully and provided better probability forecasting during the evolution of the two squall line processes than the EWs.  相似文献

塔里木盆地塔中-巴楚地区奥陶系内部存在一期重要的不整合。通过对数十口钻井的地层、古生物研究及与露头剖面的对比,发现该不整合的顶、底层位变化较大,地层缺失量在不同地区有所差异,可大致分为两种情况:其一是塔中地区,上奥陶统良里塔格组覆于鹰山组第三段(下奥陶统上部)之上,且有部分钻井良里塔格组下部也发育不全,缺失了至少11个牙形石带,相当于有17~20Ma的地层缺失;其二是巴楚地区,良里塔格组覆于鹰山组第二段或鹰山组第一段(中奥陶统下部)之上,缺失了至少8个牙形石带,相当于有约14Ma的地层缺失。上述地层缺失主要是由于中奥陶世以后塔里-巴楚地区出水成陆,碳酸盐岩地层受大气淡水溶蚀的结果。在不整合之下碳酸盐岩地层中形成的岩溶是十分重要的油气储层。因此,对该不整合的研究对于塔中、巴楚地区奥陶系,特别是鹰山组的油气勘探具有重要的意义。  相似文献

Daily full-disk solar maps obtained at 37 GHz in the years 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1991 are analysed and compared with full-disk solar maps in H. A search for a difference in the measured angular rotation velocity for two classes of microwave low-brightness-temperature regions (LTRs), associated and not associated with H filaments, is performed. Procedures with and without statistical weights, assigned to angular rotation velocities according to the tracing time, are applied and the statistical significance of the results is discussed. A higher angular rotation velocity is measured for LTRs associated with H filaments than for the not-associated ones. This angular velocity difference is interpreted as a consequence of a height difference between these two types of LTR tracers. Changes of the solar differential rotation velocity during the activity cycle measured using LTRs as tracers are explained by the measured cycle-dependence of the association rate between LTRs and H filaments. Similarly, the north–south asymmetry in the solar rotation velocity measured tracing LTRs is explained by the measured north–south asymmetry in the association rate between LTRs and H filaments. The rotation velocity of LTRs and H filaments is on the average more rigid in comparison with sunspots.  相似文献
