基于非期望产出的中国滨海旅游生态效率评价——以我国沿海城市为例

旅游生态效率是反映旅游经济与旅游环境双向效应(bi-effect)的重要判断指标。本文基于非期望产出视角,采用超效率SBM模型,评价了我国东部沿海18个主要滨海旅游城市的旅游生态效率,并分析了其时空演变特征。研究结果表明:(1)中国东部沿海18市滨海旅游生态效率整体呈中等水平,平均值处于0.727～0.894,阶段特征明显,呈现前期平稳发展,中期下降,后期回升的发展趋势;(2)各城市滨海旅游生态效率水平差异显著,分为下行风险型,持续成长型,稳定型和波动型4种发展类型。平均效率值最高为天津,最低为三亚;(3)分解效率均值中纯技术效率较高,规模效率次之,技术进步是影响综合效率的主要因素;(4)投入冗余和非期望产出冗余已经成为阻碍滨海旅游生态效率进步的关键因素。

厦门市海域功能区划实践中若干问题的探讨

1997年，厦门市制定了中国第一部市级海洋功能区划，率先实行了海洋功能区划制度，几年来在科学指导海洋开发活动、建立良好的海洋开发和管理秩序、合理地利用海洋资源和调整海洋产业布局、实施海洋经济的可持续发展等方面取得了良好的效果。但是，海洋功能区划实施后，厦门市的海域使用仍然存在一些问题。中国范围内的市、县级海洋功能区划刚刚完成，都还处于起步实施阶段，对于功能区划的管理和实践中出现的问题进行总结，分析探讨其原因，     

东海区近海强风预报模式

本文探讨东海区近海强风预报模式，首先介绍建立预报模式的思路和步骤，及使用说明，为了验证强风预报模式和判别条件，用１９８６、１９８７上日本传真天气图进行试报，准确和基本准确度为９１．１％，并给出了１９８９、１９９５年随船试验预报结果，准确和基本准确率为９０％以上。     

A STUDY OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF RECENT OSTRACOD FAUNAS FROM COASTAL AREAS OF THE EAST CHINA AND YELLOW SEAS

A total of 91 species belonging to 57 genera were recovered from the coastal areas of the north East China Sea ana the south Yellow Sea, of which, 42 species of 30 genera were collected alive. The biocoenoses of estuaries, supralittoral and eulittoral zones are dominated by orackish and euryhaline species, of which Albileberis sheyangensis, A. sinensis, Leptocythere ventriclivosa, Loxoconcha ocellata, Sinocytheridea latiotata and S. longa are ubiquitous; Propontocypris euryhalina, Spinileberis furuyaensis and S. pulchra are restricted to the supralittoral zone; Neomonoceratina crispata and Pontocythere lit-toralis are only present in the eulittoral zone. The community structure of these biocoenoses is generally marked by low snecies diversity (H(S) and 5) and high incidence and dominance. 安徽宣城地区中晚更新世风成堆积与环境变迁

通过对宣城向阳中晚更新世沉积剖面的综合研究,认为该剖面与中国北方同时代的黄土—古土壤剖面相比较,虽然长江下游以南地区中晚更新世多个冰期中风成堆积的单层厚度与累积厚度,亦即风成物质的沉积通量与沉积速率均比北方黄土区要小,但它们所反映的气候与环境的变化具有明显的可比性。
