大黄鱼倍性检测研究

于2001—2004年对人工诱导大黄鱼的不同发育阶段和不同组织进行倍性检测，胚胎眼泡期采用染色体计数法测定，鱼苗和成鱼阶段用流式细胞法，结果表明，胚胎染色体数目2n=48条为二倍体，3n=72条为三倍体．采用流式细胞法测定鱼苗和成鱼个体时，若受测样品的DNA相对含量值与已知对照组二倍体的比值约为1．5：1，其个体为三倍体；比值约为1：1，则为二倍体，无论用肌肉或尾鳍组织，皆可检测出其个体的倍性。     

REPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR AND EARLY EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF Trachypleus tridentatus

This paper reports the season, environmental conditions and pattern of spawning, fecundity and hatching amount of king crab, Trachypleus tridentatus. The egg-diameter of this animal has seasonal variations, which is different from that reported in foreign countries. The egg cleavage of the animal is in the transitional pattern from holoblastic cleavage to surface division. Egg cleavage occurs firstly on one pole with false cleavage furrows, the number of division nucleus increases continuously which move outward from the yolks to form into a layer of blastomere on the surface of the blast together with some of egg plasma. The blastomere formed into the blastoderm and the polygonal cells encircled in this cell layer is equal to the "yolk cells" of insects during the period of egg cleavage. The formation of the periblas-tula is the result of egg cleavage. This paper makes application of the technique of vital staining in exploring the properties of the stained particles. 本文用耗散结构理论推导出南海热带气旋的移动公式,通过实际应用和实例检验,证明它对估计南海热带气旋路径演变有一定的实用价值。     

CHARACTERISTICS OF MAGNETIC LINEATIONS AND TECTONIC EVOLUTION OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA BASIN

Based on the analysis of new data of a total of 60 000 km, the authors propose a new spreading model of the tectonic evolution of the South China Sea Basin and suggest that magnetic anomalies in the Basin are the magnetic anomalies of a new type in marginal basins, that the tectonic development of the Basin can be divided into three seafloor spreading phases and that the southward migration of spreading ridge is related to the asymmetric spreading.     

胶州湾大沽河口洪水期三维水沙数值模拟研究

大沽河是胶州湾最大的入海河流,每年都会给胶州湾带来大量泥沙。本文利用三维的ECOMSED水动力-泥沙数值模型对洪水期的大沽河进行了数值模拟,得到了洪水存在期间以及洪水结束后胶州湾的余流分布、大沽河河道上中下游各层盐度、泥沙浓度随时间变化的趋势以及入海冲淡水和泥沙对胶州湾的影响。     

温度和盐度骤变条件下凡纳滨对虾的行为变化研究

以视频记录分析的方法,研究凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vannamei在温度和盐度骤变条件下的运动行为、摄食行为及相关生理活动的变化。结果表明,当温度由29℃骤降至18和23℃时,对虾的活动频率、游走速度和颚舟片的摆动频率明显下降,索饵时间显著增加(p<0.05);当温度由29℃骤升至36℃时,对虾的活动频率、游走速度和颚舟片的摆动频率显著升高(p<0.05),索饵时间没有显著差异(p>0.05)。当盐度由30骤降至5和10时,对虾表现出强烈的逃避行为,活动频率、游走速度和颚舟片的摆动频率均显著升高(p<0.05),并且在观察时间内没有发生摄食行为。     

大型海藻对富营养化海湾生物修复的研究进展

近年来,我国诸多海湾富营养化严重,海湾赤潮和大规模的养殖生物病害频繁发生,海湾生态系统严重失衡。海带、裙带菜、紫菜、龙须菜等大型经济海藻,生物量大、生产力高,在生长过程中能大量吸收C、N、P等营养物质,栽培大型海藻是吸收、利用营养物质,防治富营养化的有效措施之一。本文综述了规模化栽培大型海藻对富营养化海湾生物修复的研究进展。     

MARINE BIOLOGICAL CHORUSES OBSERVED IN XIAMEN HARBOUR

Marine biological choruses observed in Xiamen harbour from August 1981 to October 1982 lasted for a few hours each time during the neap tide in spring, summer and autumn, in both the evening and the morning, with molt energy at frequencies between 700 Hz and 1.6 kHz and spectral peaks mainly at 800 Hz, 1 kHz and 1.25 kHz. During choruses, noise spectrum levels rose up to 46 dB higher than the background noise in the sea Mate 0. The statistics of occurrence of the evening choruses indicate that they might be fairly widespread in and near shallow waters of the region. Sources of such choruses are likely to be attributed to Johnnius belengerii and Collichthys lucidut of the family Sciaenidae.     

高分辨率遥感技术在厦门海湾生态环境调查中的应用

对于局部区域研究，高分辨率卫星遥感及其影像的智能化处理技术是获取信息的新手段．本文以IKONOS遥感影像在厦门海湾的应用为例，探讨高分辨率遥感卫星影像应用于海湾生态环境调查与分析的应用技术．通过分析高分辨率影像地物特征，提出高分辨率遥感影像的重要处理技术：采用不同缩放尺度进行分类和利用空间特征及纹理结构进行专题信息提取。     

黄鳍鲷LDH同工酶的组织特异性研究

以黄鳍鲷为材料进行两方面研究:（1）用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法，对其肌肉，心脏，肝脏，血清，玻璃体，晶状体，脑等组织器官进行LDH同工酶分析比较，结果表明，不同组织中LDH的同工酶谱带不相同，存在着组织特异性：（2）用聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦电泳法对其肌肉，血清的LDH同工酶进行分离 ，结果得到12－15条电泳区带，等电点范围在pH为3．65－9．58之间。
