印支运动的沉积学响应——以湖北秭归盆地中、上三叠统为例

通过对秭归盆地南缘中、上三叠统巴东组和沙镇溪组地层剖面的实测及1∶10万秭归幅地质填图发现,中三叠统巴东组在秭归盆地东南缘存在不同程度的缺失,秭归郭家坝一带,只沉积巴东组一段、二段地层。秭归楠家湾一带,整个巴东组全部缺失,上三叠统沙镇溪组直接覆盖于早三叠世嘉陵江组之上。而秭归盆地西缘沙镇溪、巴东麂子岩一带,巴东组发育齐全。上述现象表明,在早三叠世末期,由于印支运动的影响,巴东组地层出现了较大差异。沙镇溪组在沉积上继承了巴东组高低不平的古地貌特征,沉积厚度变化较大。上三叠统沙镇溪组与中统巴东组之间,在盆地不同的部位可呈现出整合或平行不整合的接触关系,而不存在断层接触关系。     

大黄鱼皮肤溃烂病病原的研究

从福建省厦门西海域某渔排养殖大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena cyogga)患皮肤溃烂病的肝脏、肌肉分离到2株优势菌。人工感染试验证实其中1株为致病菌。该菌的主要生理生化特性为革兰氏阴性，短杆状，极生单鞭毛，发酵葡萄糖，氧化酶阳性，赖氨酸脱羧酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶阳性，精氨酸脱羧酶、水杨素、枸橼酸盐阴性，不产生H2S，利用葡萄糖、甘露醇产酸，对O／129(10μg)不敏感。在含0％，10％NaCl的普通培养基上不生长；在含2％，4％，6％，8％NaCl的普通培养基中生长；在温度30，35，40℃下生长良好，但4℃不生长。初步鉴定该病原菌为副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)。药敏试验表明，该菌对卡那霉素、复方新诺明、链霉素等10种药物敏感，对青霉素G、氨苄青霉素、利福平等6种药物不敏感。     

ECOLOGICAL DISTRIBUTION OF HYDROCARBON-DEGRADATION BACTERIA IN XIAMEN HARBOR

The ecology of hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria were investigated during five cruises in Xiamen Harbor. The results demonstrated that number of hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria were 2.1×102-7.5×106 cell/1 and 1.7×102-1.5×106 ceil/g dry and hetcrotrophic bacteria were 3.0× 104-5.9× 109 cell/1 and 2.53× 103-5.0× 103 cell/g dry in seawater and sediment respectively. The isolated strains which can degrade the petroleum belong to fifteen genera. Most, strains can only degsade one kind of hydro- carbon or petroleum. The results showed that the population and the species-composition of hydro carbon-degrading microorganisms were positively correlated with existing level of oil pollution and with water temperature, but independent of total microbtat count.     

Characteristics of Scour and Deposition in Front of Breakwaters Under Irregular Broken Clapotis

First the scour and deposition patterns of the sandy seabed in front of a vertical breakwater under the action of irregular broken clapotis are investigated experimentally and classified into five types: scour type Ⅰ , scour type Ⅱ, scour type Ⅲ, deposition type Ⅰ, and deposition type Ⅱ . Secondly, the processes of formation of scour and deposition patterns are probed in comparison with those induced by regular broken clapotis and standing waves. Thirdly, the criteria for distinguishing scour and deposition patterns under irregular broken clapotis are presented.

太阳反射光对海洋水色卫星遥感的影响研究

海洋水色卫星遥感的关键是水色图像资料的利用率。受到太阳反射光的影响使图像饱和是水色卫星图像的主要噪声之一。笔者首先论述了卫星海洋水色遥感中到达水色扫描仪的太阳反射光（即太阳耀光）的辐射量计算模式；然后介绍了产生太阳耀光模拟图像的全过程，并对我国FY－1B、美国的SeaSTAR和台湾省的ROCSAT－1号卫星作了全轨道下的太阳耀光模拟图像；最后，讨论了影响太阳耀光的主要因素，同时提出了减小太阳耀光提高海洋水色卫星遥感图像利用率的建议。     

STUDY ON METABOLISM OF MERCURY IN Tilapia Mossambica

Using 203HgCl2 as a tracer, uptake and combination of inorganic mercury in Tilapia mossambica (petres) and its transfer between different tissues of the fish were studied. The results demonstrate that gill is the main tissue uptaking mercury directly from seawater and that the mercury in gill, skin, digestive tube and fin would be transferred to the other tissues. The result of gel chromatography with Sephadex G-75 shows that most of mercury in gill filaments, liver, and digestive tube are bound in high molecules (MW-70000) and not in metallothionein, but in kidney and bile mercury binding proteins are similar to metallothionein and are accounted for up to 60% and 46% respectively.     

AN ECOSYSTEM MODEL ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF MINE TAILINGS ON THE EUPHOTIC ZONE OF A PELAGIC ECOSYSTEM

A computer analysis was performed on experimental results obtained when mine tailings were added to seawater. The Mixed Upper-Layer Ecotrophie Simulation (MULES) model was tested by changing the extinction coefficient and the abundance of heterotrophic zooflagellates. Increasing the extinction coefficient resulted in a delay of phytoplankton growth, an increase in zooplankton standing stock and better growth of autotrophic flagellates compared with diatoms. Zooflagellates in the ecosystem influence the growth of zooplankton; secondary production by zooplankton was markedly depressed at low levels of zooflagellates. These results are believed to be of general significance for the diagnosis of suspended sediment effects on planktonic ecosystems.     

海洋专用CTD单芯电缆传输技术研究

对单芯电缆传输这种通讯技术的原理进行了阐述;分析提出了部分电路、部件的技术指标;作为一种数据传输的手段,对单芯电缆传输技术在海洋专用CTD中的应用进行了相关论述.     

Sea ice characteristics between the middle Weddell Sea and the Prydz Bay, Antarctica during the austral summer of 2003

The antarctic sea ice was investigated upon five occasions between January 4 and February 15, 2003. The investigations included: (1) estimation of sea ice distribution by ship-based observations between the middle Weddell Sea and the Prydz Bay; (2) estimation of sea ice distribution by aerial photography in the Prydz Bay; (3) direct measurements of fast ice thickness and snow cover, as well as ice core sampling in Nella Fjord; (4) estimation of melting sea ice distribution near the Zhongshan Station; and (5) observation of sea ice early freeze near the Zhongshan Station. On average, sea ice covered 14.4% of the study area. The highest sea ice concentration (80%) was observed in the Weddell Sea. First-year ice was dominant (99.7%-99.8%). Sea ice distributions in the Prydz Bay were more variable due to complex inshore topography, proximity of the Larsemann Hills, and/or grounded icebergs. The average thickness of landfast ice in NeUa Fjord was 169.5 cm. Wind-blown snow redistribution plays an important role in affecting the ice thickness in Nella Fjord. Preliminary freezing of sea ice near the Zhongshan Station follows the first two phases of the pancake cycle.
