Phillips模式的斜压不稳定的非线性饱和问题:能量情形

A conservation law for the Phillips model is derived. Using this law, the nonlinear saturation of purely baroclinic instability caused by the vertical velocity shear of the basic flow in the Phillips model-the case of energy-is studied within the context of Arnold's second stability theorem. Analytic upper bounds on the energy of wavy disturbances are obtained. For one unstable region in the parameter plane, the result here is a second-order correction in ε to Shepherd's; For another unstable region, the analytic upper bound on the energy of wavy disturbances offers an effective constraint on wavy (nonzonal) disturbances φ'i at any time.     

标准太阳紫外光谱辐射计

在中国气象局新技术推广项目"紫外观测技术标准"的支持下,经与中国计量科学研究院光学处的科技人员合作,开发研制了标准太阳紫外光谱辐射计,现已完成整机加工、调试和测试工作.该仪器由辐射接收器(采用积分球和余弦修正石英半球配合的接收方式)、光栅单色仪和探测器(包括波长扫描驱动机构、探测器和放大器等)、计算机及其控制软件以及校准系统等部分组成(图1).     

新疆矿山地区环境地质问题探讨

新疆矿产资源极为丰富，矿业开发带动了地区经济的发展，但由于人为不合理开发，加上地区脆弱的生态环境，导致了资源破坏、地质灾害和环境污染等一系列的环境地质问题。引起矿山地区环境恶化的主要原因有历史因素、政策、经济技术、地方保护主义及环保意识差等。随着西部大开发，我国将进一步加大矿业开发力度，走出“先开发、后治理”的误区，使矿业开发和环境保护健康协调发展。     

A recursive decomposition algorithm for network seismic reliability evaluation

A new probabilistic analytical approach to evaluate seismic system reliability of large lifeline systems is presented in this paper. The algorithm takes the shortest path from the source to the terminal of a node weight or edge weight network as decomposition policy, using the Boolean laws of set operation and probabilistic operation principal, a recursive decomposition process then could be constructed. For a general weight network, the modified Torrieri method (NTR/T method) is introduced to combine with the suggested algorithm. Therefore, the recursive decomposition algorithm may be applied to evaluate the seismic reliability of general lifeline systems. A series of case studies, including a practical district electric power network system and a large urban water supply system, show that the suggested algorithm supplies a useful probabilistic analysis means for the seismic reliability evaluation of large lifeline systems. 四平地区生态地质环境的研究

通过对四平地区生态地质环境的调查，对该区水、土壤、大气、区域稳定性、生态资源、地层条件、放射性、矿藏、地方病、旅游地质及垃圾等进行环境现状综合评价。利用ISODATA模糊聚类分析法对该区的生态地质环境质量进行了分区。并利用面积加权法计算出该区的生态地质环境质量评价结果为中上等水平。     

水晶包裹体的类型及成因综述

水晶中的包裹体是在水晶生长过程中被包裹在晶体内的由一相或多相物质组成的封闭系统。水晶中包裹体的形成与生长时的物化条件密切相关 ,而生长过程中的物化环境又直接影响了水晶的结晶习性。     

新疆伽师及邻近地区现今地壳形变的GPS监测与研究

利用高精度数据软件对伽师及邻近地区的GPS监测网观测数据进行计算分析(基线精度达到了 10 - 8～ 10 - 9) ,获得了该地区的现今地壳形变速率图 .结果表明 ,伽师及邻近地区在印度板块的推挤作用下 ,地壳正快速缩短变形 ,主压应力为近南北方向 .各地块运动速率不同 ,平均应变率为 0 .0 4× 10 - 6 /a .     

用应变积累释放模型研究中国大陆地块分区地震活动

依据活动地块假说及活动边界的划分，对中国大陆地震活动进行分区．在此基础上，应用应变积累释放模型，通过地震应变积累释放的计算，研究了中国大陆各活动地块分区的地震活动性，初步探讨了各地块的地震活动阶段划分．此外，还对应变积累释放模型的应用前提条件进行了必要的讨论，并对模型结果中可能出现的问题给予一定分析．      

地下水潮汐现象的物理机制和统一数学方程

用新的分层承压含水层模式 ,不但考虑含水层的力学压缩性质 ,而且考虑含水层的渗流特性 ,并结合扰动信息源的频率特性 ,分别研究扰动源地球固体潮、大气潮和地表负荷潮对承压井水位和流量的影响机理 ,给出相应的偏微分方程。从方程的解释或数值解讨论扰动源与承压井含水层的力学压缩参数、渗流特性参数及与频率特性频数的关系 ,进而给出承压井水位和流量对地球固体潮、大气潮和地表负荷潮汐响应的统一数学方程及其潮汐响应函数 ,并揭示了上述几类潮汐扰动信息源对承压井水位和流量影响的物理机理
