This study investigates the interdecadal variability of Quasi-biennial Oscillation (QBO) based on the sounding data in the stratosphere, ERA-40 and ERA-interim reanalysis data in the past 62 years. The QBO periodicity experiences a significant interdecadal variability; the longer (shorter) the mean period, the smaller (larger) the amplitude of variation is. The QBO amplitude varies in a cycle around 10 to 15 years and in an out-of-phase correlation with the period. In addition, there is an increasing trend of the QBO amplitude in 30 to 10 hPa, while a little declining trend in 70 to 40 hPa. The deviation of the QBO zonal wind extremum centers from the equator also shows interdecadal variability. The deviation location of the easterly core is generally in the reverse side to the westerly core, which means that when the easterly core is on one side of a hemisphere, the westerly core is on the other side. 相似文献

Integrated study of rock assemblage, tectonic setting, geochemical feature, fossil contained and isotopic geochronology on
the metamorphic mixed bodies, exposed in the Jinshajiang suture zone, suggests that one informal lithostratigraphic unit,
the Eaqing Complex, and three tectono-stratigraphic units, the Jinshajiang ophiolitic melange, the Gajinxueshan Group and
the Zhongxinrong Group, can be recognized there. It is first pointed out that the redefined Eaqing Complex might represent
the Meso- to Neo-Proterozoic remnant metamorphic basement or mi-crocontinental fragment in the Jinshajiang area. The original
rocks of it should be older than (1627 ±192) Ma based on the geochronological study. The zircon U-Pb age of plagiogranites
within the Jinshajiang ophiolitic assemblage is dated for the first time at (294 ± 3) Ma and (340 ± 3) Ma respectively. The
Jinshajiang ophiolite is approximately equivalent to the Ailaoshan ophiolite in the formation age, covering the interval from
the Late Devonian to the Carboniferous. Dating of U-Pb age from basalt interbeds indicates that the redefined Gajinxueshan
Group and Zhongxinrong Group may be considered Carboniferous to Permian and latest Permian to Middle Triassic in age. In geotectonic
terms the Jinshajiang suture zone is thought to be a back-arc basin in the eastern margin of the Paleo-Tethys. This back-arc
basin started in the Late Devonian, and formed in the Devonian-Carboniferous. The collision event around the Permian/Triassic
boundary to the Middle Triassic led to the closure of the back-arc basin and formation of suture. 相似文献

Laboratory‐scale batch experiments were conducted to investigate the adsorption behavior of eight fluoroquinolones (FQs) on aerobic, anoxic, and anaerobic sludge, under different adsorpiton time, pH, and temperature conditions. Results indicated that adsorption of FQs onto all sludge was a physical sorption process. The relationship of the partitioning coefficient (Kd) and the octanol/water partition coefficient (Kow) for each FQ was established. The adsorbed fraction of FQs on sludge could then be predicted with the Kd. It was calculated that about 50–72% of the FQs were adsorbed on the sludge. Therefore, the adsorption effect must be considered when studying the fate and occurrence of FQs in wastewater treatment systems. 相似文献

对乌东德水电站开建以来坝区暴雨及伴随的短时强降水时空分布进行统计研究,并划分出暴雨天气概念模型。结果表明:乌东德水电站开建以来坝区共出现18个暴雨日,平均3.0个/a,暴雨自6月上旬开始出现,到10月上旬结束,出现暴雨最多的季节是夏季,多为范围小的局地性暴雨出现。暴雨日数、年平均降水量、20~30mm h-1及≥20mm h-1的短时强降水的空间分布均呈现“西北多东南少”的特征。20~30mm h-1的短时强降水发生频次最多(占63.6%),其次为30~40mmh-1(占27.3%),40~50mm h-1最少(仅占9.1%)。短时强降水及不同等级短时强降水均表现为夜间高发、白天低发的日变化特征。总结归纳出切变冷锋型8次(占44.4%)、两高辐合型4次(占22.2%)、西南涡型2次(占11.1%)、孟加拉湾风暴型2次(占11.1%)、切变线型1次(占5.6%)和高空槽型1次(占5.6%)六类暴雨天气概念模型。 相似文献

溶藻弧菌引起海水养殖产业弧菌病的主要病原,附着定植因子基因acfA是溶藻弧菌重要毒力基因之一,其表达产物是溶藻弧菌有效定植在宿主肠道上所必需的蛋白。根据弧菌属细菌acfA基因基因保守区设计引物,采用Touchdown PCR扩增acfA基因部分序列,Inverse PCR和Nested PCR扩增已知序列侧翼序列,成功克隆了溶藻弧菌acfA基因全长。克隆的acfA基因序列全长为743 bp,开放阅读框长度为648 bp组成,共编码215个氨基酸,在5′端上游未发现-35区和-10区序列。演绎的ACFA蛋白N端有18个氨基酸信号肽序列,表明该蛋白是分泌型蛋白;蛋白结构分析表明主要由α螺旋和不规则卷曲构成。BLAST分析表明,该蛋白氨基酸序列与其他弧菌相应蛋白同源性较高,是较保守的外膜蛋白。 相似文献

Zircons from granodiorite and biotite granite in the Yeniutan granitic intrusion in the western North Qilian Mountains yielded a weighted mean 206Pb/238U apparent age of 460±3 Ma, suggesting that the intrusion originated during the late stage of plate subduction. Its related Ta'ergou and Xiaoliugou deposits are two of the few large tungsten deposits formed in the plate subduction environment in the world. The U-Pb dating of the zircons from the biotite granite gave a discordant lower intercept age of 183±4 Ma, which implies that the Yanshanian event was probably superimposed on the North Qilian region. 相似文献
