A component (s-factor) with obvious promoting effect on hydrogen evolution of hydrogenase has been isolated and extracted
from a cell-free preparation ofSpirulina platensis. The effect of the s-factor in the reaction system is similar to that of Na2S2O4, but is coupled with light. The s-factor has the maximum absorption peak at 620 nm in the oxidized state, at 590 nm in the
reduced state. The partially purified s-factor showed two bands by SDS-PAGE and is distinctly different from phycocyanin,
which has no change of oxidized state and reduced state absorption spectra, and also has no promoting effect on hydrogenase
ofSpirulina platensis under the light.

This study was conducted to identify the availability of coastal groundwater discharge (CGD), subsurface fluids flowing from inland through the coastal area to sea, as an alternative water resource for a large-scale reclaimed land. The behaviors of stable isotopes indicated that groundwater originated from inland precipitation and traveled as CGD along the coast line. Most of the groundwater samples collected from domestic wells installed along the old coast line were considered to be relatively fresh from the correlation analysis among chemical constituents. The average electrical conductivity (EC) values of the samples were identified as averaging 1,125–1,297 μS cm?1, corresponding to appropriate crop growth. A weathered-rock layer in a small catchment within the reclaimed land was proved to be a main CGD pathway, with electrical resistivity anomalies ranging from 7 to 14 Ω m. Five monitoring wells were placed in this catchment to delineate the occurrence of CGD. Long-term vertical EC profiling results for the monitoring wells indicated that CGD occurs within a depth of 30 m below the ground surface. Annual monitoring data for groundwater level and EC demonstrated that the water quality of CGD was improved by introducing fresh terrestrial groundwater. A remarkable improvement in water quality (EC decrease of 900–1,600 μS cm?1) of CGD was observed during the saline water pumping test that explains how CGD could be an alternative water resource for the reclaimed land. 相似文献

Twenty-nine water samples were collected from different river channels of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, China. An inductively
coupled plasma-mass spectromonitor (ICP-MS) was used to measure concentrations of the trace elements in these samples. The
results suggest that the average concentrations of rare earth elements in river water show an increasing trend from the West
River, the North River, the rivers of the Pearl River Delta, and the Shenzhen River to the East River. Relatively high concentrations
of heavy metals appear in the East River, the rivers of the Pearl River Delta and the Shenzhen River, while the West River
and the North River have relatively low heavy metal concentrations. Trace element concentrations in samples collected near
urban or industrial areas are much higher than those of samples collected from distant areas, away from urban and industrial
areas. After natural conditions, human activities have significant influence on the trace element concentrations in river
water. This trace element concentration’s spatial distribution in the river water from the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone

新疆东部黄山-镜儿泉一带产有大-中型铜镍矿床的镁铁-超镁铁岩体是中石炭统弧后盆地引张环境下的热侵位产物,主要岩石类型有橄榄岩、辉橄岩、橄辉岩、二辉岩、辉长苏长岩、苏长辉长岩、辉长岩、橄长岩、辉长岩和闪长岩等;其超镁铁岩相对富铁.不具变质组构,并具橄榄石+斜方辉石+单斜辉石+角闪石±斜长石矿物组合;岩石化学以富硅、贫碱、贫铝、贫钙为特征,并具拉斑玄武岩系演化趋势。这些岩体是造山带杂岩体的一种新类型,可称为东疆型。 相似文献

The Baishitouquan amazonite and topaz-bearing granite is one of the typical high-rubidium and high-fluorine granites in the
eastern part of the Mid-Tianshan belt. This intrusion is in sharp contact with Mid-Proterozoic schists, gneisses and marbles,
and is composed of four zones transitional from the bottom upwards: leucogranite, amazonite granite, topaz-bearing amazonite
granite and topaz quartz albitite.
The Baishitouquan granite contains highly ordered K-feldspar, Li-rich mica, Mn-rich garnet, α-quartz and low temperature zircon
and is chemically high in Si, K, Na, Al, Li, Rb, Cs and F, and low in Ti, Fe, Ca, Mg, P, Co, Ni, Cr, V, Sr and Ba, with Na2O<K2O. Amazonite from the amazonite granite zone contains 1867 ppm Rb. The F contents of bulk rocks are 3040 and 4597 for the
amazonite granite and topaz-bearing amazonite granite zones, respectively. These two zones have δ18O values of 8.97–9.85‰ (SMOW) and show flat REE distribution patterns with strong Eu depletion. K-Ar and Rb-Sr ages of this
intrusion are 226. 6 Ma and 209. 6 Ma respectively, with an initial87Sr/86Sr ratio of 0.987±0.213.
The Baishitouquan granite is the product of crystallization of a low temperature, and water, rubidium and fluorine-rich magma,
which may have been derived from partial melting of muscovite-rich crustal rocks. Consolidation of this granite involved two
contrasting and successive stages: melt crystallization and hydrothermal metasomatism and precipitation. Various geological
features of this granite were formed during the transition from the magmatic to the hydrothermal stage. 相似文献

The sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process has shown great success in the treatment of industrial wastewater from intermittent discharge factories and for the treatment of domestic wastewater from medium or small towns. As automation technology has developed, many studies have been conducted to determine the optimal conditions for the SBR process. This review outlines the progress and application of control strategies that have been developed for the SBR process and provides a summary and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various control strategies, especially fixed‐time control strategies and various real‐time control strategies. Moreover, an analysis and discussion of novel optimal control methods for biologic nutrient removal are provided. Although previous studies in this field have greatly enriched our understanding of SBR systems, it is clear that many unsolved problems remain. Therefore, a summary of unanswered questions regarding control strategies for the SBR process is provided and future research directions are suggested. 相似文献

2010年以来,南海争端呈现扩大化和复杂化的态势,形成环南海周边国家侵占岛礁、域外国家广泛介入的局面,进而推动南海问题日益走向“国际化”。分析南海问题中的国家(地区)间合作与冲突关系,挖掘南海问题“复杂化”的深层原因,这是理解当前南海局势、避免战略误判的重要支撑。文章借助GDELT新闻媒体数据库,提取2013—2021年有关南海问题的事件数据,利用年代约束聚类方法将南海问题划分为矛盾上升期(2013—2018年)和域外介入期(2019年以后),并利用社会网络分析方法探讨南海问题中的国家(地区)间合作与冲突关系以及背后的信息生产网络。研究发现:1)矛盾上升期,围绕南海问题的合作与冲突主体主要为环南海国家;2)域外介入期,美国、英国、澳大利亚等域外国家结盟合作并围堵中国,中国在与域内国家紧密合作的同时,却成为冲突关系网络的核心,冲突关系复杂、合作关系萎缩与当前人们对南海问题有所缓和的认知形成矛盾,反映信息权力的作用愈发深远;3)信息生产网络中,美、英、澳等国家主导信息制造和加工过程,表明南海问题成为各信息行为体博弈的角力场。 相似文献
