通过RT-PCR及Smart?TM Race技术,首次克隆了三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)CYP2基因cDNA全长序列。该基因cDNA全长1662bp,编码一个由492个氨基酸组成的多肽,预测理论等电点为6.348,分子量大小为56.68kD。氨基酸序列中含有CYP基因家族所特有的K螺旋保守序列(ExxR)和血红素结合区(FxxGxxxCxG)。经氨基酸序列比对及系统进化树分析发现,与岸蟹(Carcinus maenas)的同源性最高,达到75%。实时荧光定量PCR结果表明,CYP2基因在肝胰腺、鳃、肌肉、血淋巴、心脏和眼柄中均有分布,在肝胰腺中表达量最高。肌肉注射磺胺嘧啶后,三疣梭子蟹高、中、低三剂量组CYP2基因表达较对照组都有上调,并具有时间差异性,低剂量组表达量逐渐降低,趋于对照组,中剂量组和高剂量组表达量先升高后降低,6h后同一时间点,均是高剂量组表达最高,低剂量组最低。表明磺胺嘧啶可诱导三疣梭子蟹CYP2基因,CYP2基因可能参与三疣梭子蟹的药物代谢反应。  相似文献

On the basis of the regional ocean modeling system (ROMS), the seasonal variations of the thermocline in the South China Sea (SCS) were numerically investigated. The simulated hydrodynamics are in accordance with previous studies: the circulation pattern in the SCS is cyclonic in winter and anticyclonic in summer, and such a change is mostly driven by the monsoon winds. The errors between the modeled temperature profiles and the observations obtained by cruises are quite small in the upper layers of the ocean, indicating that the ocean status is reasonably simulated. On the basis of the shapes of the vertical temperature profiles, five thermocline types (shallow thermocline, deep thermocline, hybrid thermocline, double thermocline, and multiple thermocline) are defined herein. In winter, when the northeasterly monsoon prevails, most shallow shelf seas in the northwest of the SCS are well mixed, and there is no obvious thermocline. The deep region generally has a deep thermocline, and the hybrid or double thermocline often occurs in the areas near the cold eddy in the south of the SCS. In summer, when the southwesterly monsoon prevails, the shelf sea area with a shallow thermocline greatly expands. The distribution of different thermocline types shows a relationship with ocean bathymetry: from shallow to deep waters, the thermocline types generally change from shallow or hybrid to deep thermocline, and the double or multiple thermocline usually occurs in the steep regions. The seasonal variations of the three major thermocline characteristics (the upper bound depth, thickness, and intensity) are also discussed. Since the SCS is also an area where tropical cyclones frequently occur, the response of thermocline to a typhoon process in a short time scale is also analyzed.  相似文献

A 3×3 complete diallel cross comprising three families of the clam Meretrix meretrix(P1, P2 and P3) was used to determine the combining ability of parental families and heterosis of F1 under indoor and openair environments for growth traits. Analysis of variance for shell length and whole body weight indicated highly significant cross effects, environment effects and the interaction of cross by environment. General combining ability(GCA) and specific combing ability exhibited great variation among crosses and between two environments. Pooled over environments, P2 was the top combiner among the three parental families for both traits studied. The cross of P1 and P3 had the highest SCA. Additionally, significant reciprocal effects were observed. For individual environment, about half of the crossbred combinations showed favorable Mid-parent heterosis(MPH)(1%) for the shell length and whole body weight. Our data has shown that non-additive genetic and reciprocal effects constituted the major sources of genetic variation for both shell length and whole body weight, which indicates that crossbreeding among selective families could further explore the heterotic effects.  相似文献

The Sonneratia apetala artificial mangroves in the intertidal zone of Da Wei Bay at Qi’ao Island of Zhu-hai, South China were chosen as the macrofauna succession plots while bare tidal flats of the same size were established as control plots in surrounding interference-free areas. Conventional change indicators of community structure, such as biomass and biodiversity, and indicators, such as exergy and specific exergy, which reflect the information change of overall communities, were used to analyze the succession of macro-fauna communities inS. apetala artificial mangroves. The similarities and differences in variation tendency of the different ecological indicators and their reflected ecological principles were compared. The results showed that from D-1 to D-1275 after plantingS. apetala, the biomass of the macrofauna communities first increased, which was then followed by an increase in the network relationship between the macrofauna communities (analysis of the Pielou evenness index and Shannon-Wiener diversity index). The system in-formation (specific exergy) increased the slowest. Between D-1460 and D-2370 after plantingS. apetala, there was a decrease in biomass, network structure, and system information in the succession plots. After the decrease in the system information (the specific exergy), there was a decline in the network relationships (Pielou evenness index and Shannon-Wiener diversity index). Biomass was the last indicator to decrease. The similarities and differences among the different ecological indicators varied during the succession pro-cess, which reflected the relativity and differences among the indicators. This study suggested that, although the species diversity index can be an effective indicator of two types of changes (network structure and system information), it was quite clear that species diversity measurement was not suitable for expressing the changes in biomass during the succession process. 利用2007—2010年北京123个自动气象站逐时降水观测资料,采用聚类分析方法,对北京的主城区、西部和北部区、东北区、东南区共分为4个区域的逐时降水时空分布特征进行了分析。结果表明:通过与实际地形和下垫面类型比较,自动站分类较为合理,避免了在区域划分方面的主观因素影响。主城区降水集中时段最为突出,集中出现在7月逐日20—00时,且降水强度最强,降水量较大,降水小时数不多。西部和北部区降水集中出现在6月逐日18—20时、7月逐日23时至次日03时,降水小时数最多,降水强度不大,降水量不大。东北区降水主要集中出现在7月逐日00—08时和17—23时,降水小时数较多,降水强度不大,降水量最大;东南区降水主要集中出现在7月的逐日02—04时,降水小时数少,降水强度较大,降水量较大。  相似文献

随着数值预报模式不断发展,各类观测资料在数值模式中发挥着越来越重要的作用,船舶观测资料是海上3类观测系统 (卫星、飞机、船舶) 资料之一。为了保障船舶观测资料质量并有效地应用于数值模式,该文依据船舶观测资料的时空分布特征,以及2011年1月和7月T639分析场与观测资料对比分析结果,建立了一套船舶海平面气压资料质量控制方案,包括要素极值范围检查、缺测和冗余资料剔除、背景场一致性检查、测站黑名单建立等,并将该方案应用于2011年2月、6月、8月的观测资料。结果表明:船舶观测资料在时间上不连续且空间分布不均匀,会影响时间一致性检查和空间一致性检查质量控制效果;船舶海平面气压观测资料在所有观测要素中资料量最大,但其缺测和冗余资料量约占50%;黑名单资料的质量控制方案能够有效识别和剔除黑名单资料,且有利于对各测站的检查与维修工作;由于五大湖和大奴湖地区地形高度的影响,在背景场一致性检查过程中需对这些区域的背景场资料进行订正。  相似文献

The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) has been developing a suite of nowcasting systems to support op- erations of the forecasting center and to provide a variety of nowcasting services for the general public and specialized users. The core system is named the Short-range Warnings of Intense Rainstorm of Localized Systems (SWIRLS), which is a radar-based nowcasting system mainly for the automatic tracking of the movement of radar echoes and the short-range Quantitative Precipitation Forecast (QPF). The differential, integral (or variational), and object-oriented tracking algorithms were developed and integrated into the nowcasting suite. In order to predict severe weather associated with intense thunderstorms, such as high gust, hail, and lightning, SWIRLS was enhanced to SWIRLS-II by introduction of a number of physical models, especially the icing physics as well as the thermodynamics of the atmosphere. SWIRLS-Ⅱ was further enhanced with non-hydrostatic, high resolution numerical models for extending the forecast range up to 6h ahead. Meanwhile, SWIRLS was also modified for providing nowcasting services for aviation community and specialized users. To take into account the rapid development of lightning events, ensemble nowcasting techniques such as time-lagged and weighted average ensemble approaches were also adopted in the nowcasting system. Apart from operational uses in Hong Kong, SWIRLS/SWIRLS-Ⅱ was also exported to other places to participate in several international events such as the WMO/WWRP Forecast Demon- stration Project (FDP) during the Beijing 2008 Olympics Games and the Shanghai Expo 2010. Meanwhile, SWIRLS has also been transferred to various regional meteorological organizations for establishing their nowcasting infrastructure. This paper summarizes the history and the technologies of SWIRLS/SWIRLS-Ⅱ and its variants and the associated nowcasting applications and services provided by the HKO since the mid 1990s.  相似文献

Most coupled general circulation models suffer from a prominent warm sea surface temperature bias in the southeast tropical Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. The origin of the bias is not understood and remains highly controversial. Previous studies suggest that the origin of the bias stems from systematic errors of atmospheric models in simulating surface heat flux and coastal wind, or poorly simulated coastal upwelling. In this study, we show, using different reanalysis and observational data sets combined with a set of eddy-resolving regional ocean model simulations, that systematic errors in ocean models also make a significant contribution to the bias problem. In particular (1) the strong warm bias at the Angola-Benguela front that is maintained by the local wind and the convergence of Angola and Benguela Currents is caused by an overshooting of the Angola Current in ocean models and (2) the alongshore warm bias to the south of the front is caused by ocean model deficiencies in simulating the sharp thermocline along the Angola coast, which is linked to biases in the equatorial thermocline, and the complex circulation system within the Benguela upwelling zone.  相似文献

为提高网络在线教学效果,适应疫情期间线上教学需求,本文基于Moodle开源在线教育平台构建了广泛适应的变形监测网络在线课程资源库。简述了Moodle在线课程建设的过程、方法及应注意的问题,重点讨论了试题库、案例库及线上线下交流模块的开发步骤。根据双一流建设与工程认证的OBE教学理念,对变形监测技术网络课程教学建设应遵循的基本原则、问题及毕业要求达成值评价方法进行了探讨。研究表明,网络在线课程的应用,促进了教学资源的共享和师生交流,降低了教师上课的劳动强度,提高了学生学习的积极性。通过合理制定课程目标,有效评价毕业要求的达成情况和持续改进教学手段,对提高变形监测技术课程教学效果有积极意义。  相似文献

智能化无人矿山对作业现场环境的可视化要求较高,现有的可视化方法仍存在诸多问题:数据采集方式单一,存在监控盲区;数据传输线缆布设困难且易被损坏,传输延时较高;表现形式不够全面立体,并且不能用于VR/AR、SLAM、机器人定位避障等应用场景。为了满足智能矿山建设的可视化需求,本文结合当前传感技术、矿用机器人以及5G技术的发展,探讨了从数据采集、服务器部署到接收显示的详细步骤。针对全景及深度影像这类新型三维数据,提出一种基于GPU和UNITY的嵌入式视频实时传输方法,包括实时编码、异步传输、轻量级的嵌入式流媒体系统、利用UNITY实时处理以及元数据的同步传输。借助UNITY平台,将三维可视化任务从CPU转移至GPU,仿真实验表明,最高渲染帧率为60 fps时,GPU占用率在35%以下。最后,以全景和深度传感器为例进行了测试,对数据编码、位移贴图、纹理纠正进行有效性验证,并从延迟、帧率、CPU占用率3个方面评估性能。结果表明,所提关键技术均可有效提高运行效率、减少资源占用,相比FFplay延时更低。全景影像的可视化代替了视角固定的传统监控,深度数据为智能矿山巡检机器人定位及避障提供实时数据源,传输方法整体向下兼容。不仅解决传统方法视角单一、布线困难的问题,而且考虑到了智能矿山建设过程中的新需求。  相似文献
