大连湾牡蛎人工育苗技术参数的研究

本文提示了大连率湾牡蛎人工育苗中的几个重要技术参数的最适水平。其适宜孵化温度为２０－２３℃，孵化密度为５０－７５ｅｇｇｓ／ｍｌ，幼虫培育密度为４－８ｉｎｄ／ｍｌ，幼虫以小球藻和湛江叉鞭金藻混合喂养的生长情况最佳。     

A method for aligning the plastic scintillator detector on DAMPE

The Plastic Scintillator Detector(PSD) onboard the DArk Matter Particle Explorer(DAMPE)is designed to measure cosmic ray charge(Z) and to act as a veto detector for gamma ray identification.To fully exploit the charge identification potential of PSD and to enhance its capability to identify gamma ray events, we develop an alignment method for the PSD. The path length of a given track in the volume of a PSD bar is derived taking into account the shift and rotation alignment corrections. By examining energy spectra of corner-passing events and fully contained events, position shifts and rotations of all PSD bars are obtained, and are found to be on average about 1 mm and 0.0015 radian respectively. To validate the alignment method, we introduce artificial shifts and rotations of PSD bars into the detector simulation.These shift and rotation parameters can be recovered successfully by the alignment procedure. As a result of the PSD alignment procedure, the charge resolution of the PSD is improved from 4% to 8%, depending on the nuclei.     

热带气旋在东海的活动及其灾害分析

本文根据1949～1989年热带气旋历史资料,对影响东海的热带气旋进行了统计分析,结果表明,热带气旋在东海的活动相当频繁,特别是7、8、9三个月;热带气旋逐年出现个数有明显的年际波动和季节性变化;进入东海的热带气旋大致分为七类路径,不同路径的热带气旋对东海沿岸地区造成不同程度的危害,其灾情以具体实例作了阐述。     

Iron and phosphorus effects on the growth of Cryptomonas sp. (Cryptophyceae) and their availability in sediments from the Pearl River Estuary, China

Based on lab-culture experiments analyzing limitation and combination of iron and phosphorus on the growth of Cryptomonas sp. (Cryptophyceae), and the study of accumulation and release of Fe-bound P in sediment cores collected from the marine region of the Pearl River Estuary, China, reasons for the high frequency of phytoplankton bloom therein are discussed. Results show that the combined effect of Fe and P can obviously accelerate algal development, and the optimum culture conditions maintaining maximum growth rate are 0.05 μM Fe and 50 μM P. Cellular contents of Fe and P is consistent and the P:Fe molar ratio is 159:1. The optimum range of the P:Fe molar ratio in culture experiments for cell incubation is 500–1400. The vertical trends of total Fe and total P variations in sediments are parallel. Fe-bound P is the main species of inorganic sedimentary P. Through continuous leaching with agitation, 34–80% of exchangeable P and 4–23% of exchangeable Fe are concurrently released from the surficial sediments. This is a possible way by which nutrients are made available to phytoplankton. These factors might be responsible for a high frequency of harmful algal blooms in the Pearl River Estuary.     

牙鲆肠淋巴样组织免疫细胞研究Ⅱ.无颗粒白细胞的超微结构

运用电镜技术,在牙鲆肠淋巴样组织鉴定出４种无颗粒白细胞,即淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、单核细胞和浆细胞样细胞。它们的形态均比在造血器官中多样化。巨噬细胞形态极其有规则;单核细胞的细胞质中有较多空泡;淋巴细胞具多且细长的伪足,而浆细胞样细胞是以内含大量的粗面内质网为其主要特征。同时,作者对无颗粒白细胞的形态与功能之间的关系进行了探讨。     

利用伴随法优化非线性潮汐模型的开边界条件Ⅰ．伴随方程的建立及“孪生"数值试验

本研究采用基于最优控制理论的伴随法,把观测资料同化到陆架海域潮汐数值模型中去,优化开边界条件,提高数值预报的精度．潮汐模型的控制方程为考虑平流项、非线性底摩擦和侧向涡动粘性项的非线性浅水方程组;采用Lagrange乘子法建立了伴随模型．研究分两部分：第一部分即本文,建立非线性浅水方程模型的伴随方程、给出目标函数的梯度,并实现“孪生”数值试验;第二部分另文给出．     

去冬渤海及黄海北部海域冰情严重

去年入冬以来,我国大部分地区连续受冷空气的影响,气温比常年有显著的下降趋势,从而也导致了渤海及黄海北部海域冰情较为严重.根据海洋观测站、遥感中心、航空监测的实测资料以及NOAA卫星图像分析:辽东湾、渤海湾、莱州湾及黄海北部流冰范围分别在90海里、20海里、5海里、25海里内;最大冰厚分别是50厘米、25厘米、15厘米、30厘米;结冰类型大部分是灰冰、莲叶冰、冰皮和少量的灰白冰.今年该海域的结冰现象是近十几年来最为严重的一年.     

黑方台台塬斜坡变形破坏的结构面效应研究

结构面对于黑方台台塬斜坡变形破坏的影响研究成果较多,但以单方面研究为主,较少进行系统研究,因此通过对黑方台台塬结构面类型及其组合特征以及斜坡变形破坏类型和特征的分析可知:研究区结构面类型主要包括节理裂隙、层面、接触面、断层和临空面,结构面组合类型分2大类8小类,各类型具有自身的结构特征和分布特征;结构面及其组合对黑方台台塬斜坡变形破坏类型选择和空间分布选择控制效应明显,特别是对滑坡类型选择和空间分布的影响。     

结构双层多重调谐质量阻尼器(DMTMD)控制策略的鲁棒性评价

基于定义的二类优化目标函数,评价双层多重调谐质量阻尼器(DMTMD)控制策略对漂移频率系数(DFR)摄动的鲁棒性。数值研究表明,使用第二类优化准则设计的DMTMD、双重调谐质量阻尼器(DTMD)和多重调谐质量阻尼器(MTMD)比使用第一类优化准则设计的DMTMD、DTMD和MTMD具有更高的对DFR摄动的鲁棒性。而且,使用第二类优化准则设计的总数为4的DMTMD、DTMD和总数为11的MTMD具有近似相同的对DFR摄动的鲁棒性。
