The volume of fluid(VOF)method is used to set up a wave flume with an absorbing wavemaker of cnoidal waves.Based on the transfer function between wave surface and paddle velocity obtained bythe shallow water wave theory,the velocity boundary condition of an absorbing wave maker is introduced toabsorb reflected waves that reach the numerical wave maker.For H/d ranging from 0.1 to 0.59 and T(g/d)~(1/2)from 7.9 to 18.3,the parametric studies have been carried out and compared with experiments.  相似文献

A three-dimensional,first order turbulence closure,thermal diffusion model is described inthis paper.The governing equations consist of an equation of continuity,three components of momentum,conservation equations for salt,temperature and subgridscale energy,and an equation of state.In the mod-el,according to the hypothesis of Kolmogorov and Prandtl,the viscosity coefficient of turbulent flow ofhomogeneous fluid is related to the local turbulent energy,and the horizontal and vertical exchangecoefficients of mass,heat and momentum are computed with the introduction of subgridscale turbulenceenergy.The governing equations are solved by finite difference techniques.This model is applied to theJiaozhou bay to predict thermal pollution by the Huangdao power plant.An instantaneous tidal currentfield is computed,then the distribution of temperature increment is predicted,and finally the effect of windstress on thermal discharge is discussed.  相似文献

Offshore structures will encounter serious environmental load,so it is important to study thestructural system reliability and to evaluate the structural component safety rank.In this paper,thebracnch-and-bound method is adopted to search the main failure path,and the Ditlevsen bound method isused to calculate the system failure probability.The structure is then assessed by the fuzzy comprehensiveassessment method,which evaluates the structural component safety rank.The ultimate equation of the tu-bular cross-section is analyzed on the basis of ultimate stregnth analysis.The influence of effectcoefficients on the structural system failure probability is investigated,and basic results are obtained.Ageneral program for spatial frame structures by means of the above method is developed,and verified bythe numerical examples.  相似文献

In the present study,a semi-implicit finite difference model for non-bydrostatic,free-surface flows is analyzed and discussed.The governing equations are the three-dimensional free-surface Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations defined on a general,irregular domain of arbitrary scale.At outflow,a combination of a sponge layer technique and a radiation boundary condition is applied to minimize wave reflection.The equations are solved with the fractional step method where the hydrostatic pressure component is determined first,while the non-hydrostatic component of the pressure is computed from the pressure Poisson equation in which the coefficient matrix is positive definite and symmetric.The advectiou and horizontal viscosity terms are discretized by use of a semi-Lagrangian approach.The resulting model is computationally efficient and unrestricted to the CFL condition.The developed model is verified against analytical solutions and experimental data,with excellent agreement.  相似文献

For the study of the non-linear response of inclined tethers subjected to parametric excitation in submerged floating tunnels,a theoretical model for coupled tube-tether vibration is developed.Upon the assumption that the static equilibrium position of the tether is a quadratic parabola,the governing differential equations of the tether motion are derived by use of the Hamilton principle.An approximate numerical solution is obtained by use of Galerkin method and Runge-kutta method.The results show that,when the static equilibrimn position of the tether is assumed to be a quadratic parabola,the tether sag effect on its vibration may be reflected;the tether sag results in the asymmetry of tether vibration amplitude;for the reduction of the tether amplitude,the buoyant unit weight of the tether should approach to zero as far as possible during the design.  相似文献

根据渤海海冰物理和力学参数分布建立渤海海冰工程分区.其特点是将作用到相同直径或宽度的直立结构物上冰的作用力范围相同的区域划分为同一分区内,因此不同重现期设计冰厚度和峰值压缩强度之积作为区划指标.为了获得不同重现期渤海海冰物理和力学性质参数,利用渤海历史资料建立用气温、水温、冰期和冰厚表达非变形平整冰层和冰样温度、盐度、密度的关系,进而获得冰的孔隙率;利用渤海海冰单轴压缩强度同孔隙率的试验关系计算相应峰值压缩强度;然后发展渤海不同重现期平整冰层物理和力学参数的平面分布.在此基础上以新区划指标做不同重现期的海冰工程分区.作为新区划的实例,给出25、50、100年重现期的渤海海冰工程分区.  相似文献

本文对辽东半岛南部及东侧海域的地震活动背景及特征作了分析。研究结果表明未来该区周围有发生中强地震的危险性。该区位于华北强震二维破裂网格分布的结构点附近、中强地震带空段的交汇部位;发生在1988年辽宁及其邻区有两条4级地震条带在其附近交汇;本区还存在着地震活动空区、空带和低b值异常;全国地震综合预报专家系统和综合模式识别两种方法确定该区为全国Ⅱ类地震危险区;极值分析结果也表明该区周围处于缺震状态,5—6级地震具有较高的发震概率。  相似文献

The experimental studies of the wave breaking effects on freak wave generation are presented within a finite-depth random wave train in a laboratory wave tank. The main attention is paid to the abnormal index,AI=Hmax/Hs,being used to characterize the freak waves,and the changes of the coefficient due to wave breaking. Numerical simulations of freak wave generation are studied in random oceanic sea states described by JONSWAP spectrum.The evolution of initial random wave trains is numerically carried out within the framework of the modified fourorder nonlinear Schruedinger equation (mNLSE),and some involved influence factors are also discussed.Results show that if the sideband instability is satisfied,a random wave train may evolve into a freak wave train,and simultaneously the setting of the Phillips parameter and enhancement coefficient of JONSWAP spectrum and initial random phases is very important for the formation of freak waves.The way to increase the generation efficiency of freak waves thsough changing the involved parameters is also presented.  相似文献
