目的:探讨黄精复方治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者64 例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32 例。所有患者均采取饮食、运动等生活方式干预,对照组口服二甲双胍片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用黄精复方治疗,疗程均为12周。观察2组综合疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化,记录2组不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.50%(28/32),高于对照组的59.37%(19/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组中医证候积分、BMI、FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:黄精复方治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病可以缓解患者的中医证候,降低血糖、血脂,改善胰岛功能,从而提高临床疗效。 相似文献

A theoretical framework to include the influences of nonbreaking surface waves in ocean general circulation models is established
based on Reynolds stresses and fluxes terms derived from surface wave-induced fluctuation. An expression for the wave-induced
viscosity and diffusivity as a function of the wave number spectrum is derived for infinite and finite water depths; this
derivation allows the coupling of ocean circulation models with a wave number spectrum numerical model. In the case of monochromatic
surface wave, the wave-induced viscosity and diffusivity are functions of the Stokes drift. The influence of the wave-induced
mixing scheme on global ocean circulation models was tested with the Princeton Ocean Model, indicating significant improvement
in upper ocean thermal structure and mixed layer depth compared with mixing obtained by the Mellor–Yamada scheme without the
wave influence. For example, the model–observation correlation coefficient of the upper 100-m temperature along 35° N increases
from 0.68 without wave influence to 0.93 with wave influence. The wave-induced Reynolds stress can reach up to about 5% of
the wind stress in high latitudes, and drive 2–3 Sv transport in the global ocean in the form of mesoscale eddies with diameter
of 500–1,000 km. The surface wave-induced mixing is more pronounced in middle and high latitudes during the summer in the
Northern Hemisphere and in middle latitudes in the Southern Hemisphere. 相似文献

松辽盆地三肇凹陷扶余油层(下白垩统泉 4段)储集层的渗透率平均值为1.53 × 10-3 μ m2,属于典
型的低渗透储集层。文中通过岩石铸体薄片、扫描电镜及 X衍射等技术,对三肇凹陷扶余油层储集层的岩石组
分、孔隙类型、成岩作用特征进行了识别鉴定。分析认为:储集层主要岩石类型为长石岩屑细砂岩和岩屑细砂
岩,成熟度较低;次生溶蚀孔隙提供了大量有效储集空间,所占比例甚至可达25%;储集层经历了压实、胶结、
交代、溶解、破裂等成岩作用,主要处于晚成岩阶段 A1期和A2期。压实、胶结作用等破坏性成岩作用使原生
孔隙遭到破坏,形成致密储集层;交代作用对储集层物性影响不大;溶解、破裂作用等建设性成岩作用使储集
层物性得到改善,形成次生孔隙发育带。孔隙度随深度增加呈逐渐增大趋势,与由有机质分解形成的酸性流体
使储集层中不稳定矿物发生溶蚀密切相关。这一研究对三肇凹陷低渗透储集层的开发具有指导作用。 相似文献

A three‐dimensional beam–truss model (BTM) for reinforced concrete (RC) walls that explicitly models flexure–shear interaction and accurately captures diagonal shear failures was presented in the first part of this two‐paper series. This paper extends the BTM to simulate RC slabs and coupled RC walls through slabs and beams. The inclination angle of the diagonal elements for coupled RC walls is determined, accounting for the geometry of the walls and the level of coupling. Two case studies validate the model: (1) a two‐bay slab–column specimen experimentally tested using cyclic static loading and (2) a five‐story coupled T‐wall–beam–slab specimen subjected to biaxial shake table excitation. The numerically computed lateral force–lateral displacement and strain contours are compared with the experimentally measured response and observed damage. The five‐story specimen is characterized by diagonal shear failure at the bottom story of the walls, which is captured by the BTM. The BTM of the five‐story specimen is used to study the effects of coupling on shear demand for lightly reinforced RC coupled walls. The MW6.6 Arketao earthquake,which occurred at 14:24:30 UTC 25 November 2016 was the largest earthquake to strike the sparsely inhabited Muji Basin of the Kongur extension system in the eastern Pamir since the M 7 1895 Tashkurgan earthquake.The preliminary field work,sentinel-1A radar interferometry,and relocated hypocenters of earthquake sequences show that the earthquake consists of at least two sub-events and ruptured at least 77km long of the active Muji dextral-slip fault,and the rupture from this right-lateral earthquake propagated mostly unilaterally to the east and up-dip.Tectonic surface rupture with dextral slip of up to 20cm was observed on two tens-meter long segments near the CENC epicenter and 32.6km to the east along the Muji Fault,the later was along a previously existing strand of the Holocene Muji fault scarps.Focal mechanisms are consistent with right-lateral motion along a plane striking 107°,dipping 76° to the south,with a rake of 174°.This plane is compatible with the observed tectonic surface rupture.More than 388 aftershocks were detected and located using a double-difference technique.The mainshock is relocated at the Muji Fault with a depth of 9.3km.The relocated hypocenters of the 2016 Arketao earthquake sequence showed a more than 85km long,less than 8km wide,and 5~13km deep,NWW trending streak of seismicity to the south of the Muji Fault.The focal mechanism and mapping of the surface rupture helped to document the south-dipping fault plane of the mainshock.The listric Muji Fault is outlined by the well-resolved south-dipping streak of seismicity.The 2016 Arketao MW6.6 and 2015 Murghob MW7.2 earthquakes highlight the importance role of strike-slip faulting in accommodating both east-west extensional and north-south compressional forces in the Pamir interior,and demonstrate that the present-day stress and deformation patterns in the northern Pamir plateau are dominant by east-west extension in the shallow upper crust. 相似文献

2014年5月24、30日,云南盈江分别发生了MS5.6和MS6.1地震。本文利用2014年5月24日盈江MS5.6地震后在震源区附近架设的流动地震台卡场台(KAC)记录到的波形资料,使用SAM 分析方法对盈江MS6.1地震序列进行剪切波分裂参数变化特征的研究。初步结果表明,MS6.1地震震前序列快剪切波优势偏振方向与区域主压应力方向一致,震前的快剪切波偏振方向与震后相比具有更好的一致性及更小的离散度,且盈江MS6.1地震余震序列的快剪切波偏振方向较前震序列可能有一个偏转。对比MS6.1地震的震前、震后发现,震前6天的数据显示出剪切波分裂时间延迟总体上呈现较低的水平,而震后的时间延迟值相对较高。 相似文献

The uplift and exhumation process in the Tianshan orogen since the late Paleozoic were likely related to the preservation of ore deposits. This study involved reconstructing the whole tectonic thermal history of the Ouxidaban pluton in central South Tianshan Mountains based on hornblende/plagioclase Ar-Ar and zircon/apatite(U-Th)/He methods. The thermal history and uplift process of central South Tianshan Mountains since the late Paleozoic were analyzed according to the results of previous works and cooling/exhumation rate features. The hornblende yields a plateau age of 382.6±3.6 Ma, and the plagioclase yields a weighted mean age of 265.8±4.9 Ma. The Ouxidaban pluton yields weighted mean zircon(U-Th)/He age of 185.8±4.3 Ma and apatite(U-Th)/He age of 31.1±2.9 Ma, respectively. Five stages of tectonic thermal history of South Tianshan Mountains since the late Paleozoic could be discriminated by the cooling curve and modeling simulation:(1) from the latest Silurian to Late Devonian, the average cooling rate of the Ouxidaban pluton was 7.84°C/Ma;(2) from the Late Devonian to the latest Middle Permian, the average cooling rate was about 2.07°C/Ma;(3) from the latest Middle Permian to the middle Eocene, the cooling rate decreased to about 0.68°C/Ma, suggesting that the tectonic activity was gentle at this time;(4) a sudden increase of the cooling rate(5.00°C/Ma) and the exhumation rate(0.17 mm/a), and crustal exhumation of ~1.83 km indicated that the Ouxidaban pluton would suffer a rapid uplift event during the Eocene(~46?35 Ma);(5) since the middle Eocene, the rapid uplift was sustained, and the average cooling rate since then has been 1.14°C/Ma with an exhumation rate of about 0.04 mm/a and an exhumation thickness of 1.33 km. The strong uplift since the Cenozoic would be related to a far-field effect from the Indian and Eurasian plates' collision. However, it was hysteretic that the remote effect was observed in the Tianshan orogenic belt. 相似文献
