大比例尺地形图数据建库格式的转换

介绍了将南方CASS软件编绘的1∶500数字化地形图(DWG格式)转换为符合测区数字测图DWG分层分色标准的数字化dwg格式图、转换为符合测区地形图要素分类编码规程和测区地形图数据结构规程的ESRI的SHP格式图、转换为符合测区地形图要素分类编码规程的Microsation V8的DGN格式图的三种格式转换的基本原理和技术路线.采用系统化编程方式批量进行转换,把大量的工作都凝聚在程序里,提高了效率,减免了数据转换过程中的信息损失,保证了质量,达到了入库要求.     

测绘工程专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

本文从学校定位及专业实际出发,探讨了测绘工程专业目前存在的问题,研究测绘工程专业人才培养模式和培养计划的基本思路及课程结构体系.从专业设置管理体制的建立、测绘工程专业专项建设经费的设立、实训基地的建设、现代化教学手段等方面对人才培养模式及培养计划实施的保障体系进行了探讨.     

GPS短弧定位法若干问题的研究

本文分析了在GPS定位中平差模、型法方程组系数矩阵状态的稳定性及对参数估计的影响,进一步探讨了适合于GPS短弧法平差的理论和方法。试验结果表明,本文研究的模型参数选择法和参数加权岭估计法对于解决法方程组的病态问题以及对于提高GPS双次差短弧法定位结果的精度和可靠性是很有意义的。     

GIS的决策支持作用及其在ITS中的应用

地理信息系统(GIS)在智能交通系统(ITS)服务的各个领域中的框架定位作用越来越重要。和定位作用一样，GIS的空间决策支持作用已逐步应用于ITS的各个服务领域。本文通过对普通GIS空间决策支持作用的分析，提出面向ITS的GIS不仅可以对交通信息起空间定位作用，而且可以运用其对空间数据的分析能力，通过与交通专业的结合，在ITS的各个服务领域起决策支持作用。同时，根据ITS对GIS决策支持的要求，提出了面向ITS的专题GIS应具有的特点。     

Integration and Sharing of Geo-spatial Data Based on Data Engine

Through analyzing the principle of data sharing in the database system, this paper discusses the principle and method for integrating and sharing GIS data by data engine, introduces a way to achieve the high integration and sharing of GIS data on the basis of VCT in VC , and provides the method for uniting VCT into RDBMS in order to implement a spatial database with object-oriented data model.

介绍了在沉管隧道施工中,实时监测沉管沉放的一种测量方法.它利用全站仪观测数据,通过坐标系之间的坐标转换,实时计算沉管管体特征点的坐标,从而对沉管的沉放过程进行实时监测.     

Multipath mitigation via component analysis methods for GPS dynamic deformation monitoring

Multipath is one of the main error sources in high-precision global positioning system (GPS) dynamic deformation monitoring, as it is difficult to be mitigated by differencing between observations. In addition, since a specific frequency threshold value between multipath and deformation signals may not exist, multipath is usually inseparable from the low-frequency vibration signal using conventional frequency-domain filter methods. However, the multipath repeats in two sidereal days when the surroundings of a GPS antenna remain unchanged. This characteristic can be exploited to model and thus mitigate multipath effectively in dynamic deformation monitoring. Unfortunately, a major issue is that the degree of repeatability decreases as the interval between first day and subsequent days increases. To overcome this problem, we develop a new sidereal filtering referred to as reference EMD-ICA (EMD-ICA-R), where empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and independent component analysis (ICA) are jointly used to model multipath and renew the reference multipath. For the successful implementation of the EMD-ICA-R, an a priori denoised multipath signal is needed as a reference. We further propose to use the principal component analysis (PCA) method to extract more accurate reference multipath signal and form a combined PCA-EMD-ICA-R approach. Simulation experiments with a motion simulation platform were conducted, and the testing results indicate that the proposed methods can mitigate the multipath by around 67 % when a reliable reference multipath signal is extracted from a static situation. Furthermore, simulation experiments with different deformation signals added into the coordinate time series of three consecutive days show that the two proposed methods are also effective in a dynamic situation. Since wavelet filtering is used to denoise the reference multipath signals in the new approaches, simulation experiments with several wavelet filters are tested, and the results indicate that the PCA-EMD-ICA-R approach can work well with various wavelet filters.     

Defending against wormhole attack in OLSR

OLSR (optimal link state routing) is one of the four basic routing protocols used in mobile ad hoc Networks by the MANET working group of IETF (Internet engineering task force). OLSR, a proactive routing protocol, is based on a multipoint relaying flooding technique to reduce the number of topology broadcast. OLSR uses periodic HELLO packets to neighbor detection. As introduced in Reference [1], the wormhole attack can form a serious threat in wireless Networks, especially against many ad hoc Network routing protocols and location-based wireless security systems. Here, a trust model to handle this attack in OLSR is provided and simulated in NS2.     

Point set generalization based on the Kohonen Net

Point set generalization is one of the essential problems in map generalization. On the demands analysis of point set generalization, this paper proposes a method to generalize point sets based on the Kohonen Net model; the standard SOM algorithm has been improved so as to preserve the spatial distribution properties of the original point set. Examples illustrate that this method suits the generalization of point sets.     

利用小波分解重构提取高频GPS数据静态永久性变形

研究了利用小波分解重构提取高频GPS数据静态永久性变形的方法。通过对El Mayor-Cucapah地震和东日本大地震两次地震高频GPS数据的处理和分析表明,PPP模式处理的高频GPS数据能够获取和强震仪相近的短周期强运动位移信息,并且保留了静态永久性变形信息;利用小波分解重构可以高精度地估计高频GPS动态位移中的静态永久性变形,有效区分主震和余震造成的静态永久性变形以及震后蠕滑位移。
