调查了投饵期(8月)和越冬期(11月)象山港大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)网箱养殖区及周围海域沉积物中有机物含量、异养细菌数量和群落结构。结果表明:养殖区沉积物(0—5cm层)中总磷、总有机氮含量在投饵期和越冬期均显著高于邻近对照海域(P0.05)。沉积物中异养细菌、弧菌数量分别在3.2×104—5.2×105 CFU/g和2.2×103—1.7×105 CFU/g之间,养殖区沉积物细菌数量大于周围邻近海域。16S r DNA法分析结果表明,研究区域投饵期的优势属均为弧菌属,越冬期为芽孢杆菌属。各采样区异养细菌的多样性表现为养殖区周围邻近区域、投饵期越冬期。异养细菌数与沉积物中TON、TP含量呈显著正相关,表明象山港大黄鱼养殖区沉积物中可培养异养细菌数可能受有机氮和磷酸盐含量的限制。研究表明,大黄鱼网箱养殖对象山港沉积物中的有机积累、异养细菌群落结构组成及多样性影响显著。  相似文献

根据黄海及周边地区的布格重力资料,通过解析延拓、目标场提取、任意水平方向导数计算、离散小波变换等处理,得到各种有关断裂的信息.经过与地质资料综合分析,选择123°E经线为典型剖面,以地震资料建立初始模型,对该剖面进行重力正反演迭代拟合,最终得到各模块的密度参数及分布,并在此基础上分析了研究区主要断裂的地质地球物理特征,给出了研究区的断裂带、块体结合带分布图.重点对朝鲜半岛西缘断裂带和五莲-青岛-荣城断裂带进行了讨论,提出五莲-青岛-荣城断裂带并未进入朝鲜半岛与临津江断裂带相连.认为朝鲜半岛西缘断裂带西侧属于扬子块体的部分曾受北向应力作用向北发生了平移.由五莲-青岛-荣城断裂带和南黄海北部断裂带、朝鲜半岛西缘断裂带及济州岛南缘断裂带共同组成的断裂带应该是中朝与扬子块体之间的结合带.  相似文献

Feasibility of storing LNG in a lined rock cavern was evaluated using a pilot cryogenic rock cavern constructed in Daejeon, Korea. The pilot program included hydrogeological and engineering characterization of the rock mass around the cavern, design and construction of a drainage system, and pilot operation of the cryogenic cavern. An appropriate drainage system is most important to protect the containment system of LNG from thermal shocks due to ice lenses and hydrostatic pressure of groundwater. As a part of the pilot program, this study focused on the evaluation of hydraulic and engineering properties of the rock mass around the cavern. For this purpose, engineering logging of the rock cores, single and cross-hole hydraulic tests, and recharge/drainage tests were performed using seven drilled holes with different trends and plunges. Three main joint sets were found from the logging of the rock cores, acoustic borehole televiewer, and window mapping. The orientations of the three major joint sets were 60/209, 40/171, and 29/331, which can provide the main groundwater flow paths. Mean RQD values ranged from 56 to 88, which were classified as fair and good, although varying with depth along single boreholes. Hydraulic conductivity from the single and cross-hole hydraulic tests estimated in the order of 10−6 or 107 m/s and corresponding transmissivity ranged between 105 and 106 m2/s. Permeable intervals identified from the hydraulic tests were mostly located above the cavern roof. Below the roof, the permeable zone was difficult to observe. According to the hydraulic communication tests performed for some designated intervals, hydraulic connection between boreholes was highly varied with depth or location, which indicated a very different distribution of water conducting joint sets along the boreholes. When water was injected at R1 with constant or varying flow rates, monotonous and stable seepage was observed at observation boreholes. From this, some stable drainage was expected even in relatively heavy rainfalls. When designing the drainage system of the cavern, the drainage holes should be orientated to maximize frequency of encountering the major joint sets and the permeable intervals identified from this study.  相似文献

The rockfill dam of this study has a clay core, filter zone, and sandy gravel shell, and it is located in the Nakdong River basin in Korea. Filling the reservoir began in August 1994 and it was full by April 1998. When the reservoir level was approximately 150 m, three settlement holes were found in the dam crest. To determine possible seepage paths and potential damaged areas within the rockfill dam, 15 tracer tests were performed during two periods. During the two test periods, six and nine tracer tests were conducted when the average water levels of the reservoir were 145 m and 142 m, respectively. Rhodamine WT (RWT) and bromide ion were used as tracers. For each test, 1800 to 4000 L of tracer solution were injected into the riprap for about 5 h. The 15 injection points were uniformly distributed from the right to left sides of the embankment and the two tracers were injected alternately. Tracer concentrations were monitored at 26 observation wells, which were divided into four groups by their geographical positions: right side of the crest, left side of the crest, right side of the dam toe, and left side of the dam toe. For each tracer test, more than 30 water samples were taken during a period of 96 h at each observation well. Based the breakthrough curves obtained from the sequential tracer tests, it was inferred that the most probable seepage paths and potential damaged area were in the left side of the crest (tongue wing zone) and, to a lesser extent, in the right side of the dam abutment.  相似文献

Conventionally, flexible barriers are rated based on their ability to resist a free-falling boulder with a particular input energy. However, there is still no well-accepted approach for evaluating performance of flexible barrier under debris flow impact. In this study, a large-nonlinear finite-element model was used to back-analyze centrifuge tests to discern the effects of impact material type, barrier stiffness, and flow aspect ratio(flow height to flow length) on the reaction force between the impacting medium and flexible barrier. Results show that, in contrast to flexible barriers for resisting rockfall, the normal impact force induced by the highly frictional and viscous debris is insensitive to barrier stiffness. This is because the elongated distributions of kinetic energy are mainly dissipated by the internal and boundary shearing, and only a small portion is forwarded to the barrier. Furthermore, a new stiffness number is proposed to characterize the equivalent stiffness between a debris flow or a boulder, and a flexible barrier. Under the circumstance of an extremely elongated debris flow event, i.e., low aspect ratio, the load on a barrier is dominated by the static component and thus not sensitive to the barrier stiffness.  相似文献

The high nutrient concentration associated with the mixing dynamics of two warm and cold water masses supports high primary production in the Yellow Sea. Although various environmental changes have been reported, no recent information on small phytoplankton contribution to the total primary production as an important indicator for marine ecosystem changes is currently available in the Yellow Sea. The major objective of this study is to determine the small (< 2 μm) phytoplankton contribution to the total primary production in the Yellow Sea during August, 2016. In this study, we found relatively lower chlorophyll a concentrations in the water column than those previously reported in the central waters of the Yellow Sea. Moreover, the overall contribution of small phytoplankton (53.1%) to the total chlorophyll a concentration was considerably higher in this study than that (10.7%) observed previously. Based on the N/P ratio (67.6 ± 36.6) observed in this study, which is significantly higher than the Redfield ratio (16), we believe that phytoplankton experienced P-limiting conditions during the study period. The average daily carbon uptake rate of total phytoplankton in this study was 291.1 mg C m-2 d-1 (± 165.0 mg C m-2 d-1) and the rate of small phytoplankton was 205.7 mg C m-2 d-1 (± 116.0 mg C m-2 d-1) which is 71.9% (± 8.8%) of the total daily carbon uptake rate. This contribution of small phytoplankton observed in this study appears to be higher than that reported previously. Our recent measured primary production is approximately 50% lower than the previous values decades ago. The higher contributions of small phytoplankton to the total chlorophyll a concentration and primary production might be caused by P-limited conditions and this resulted in lower chlorophyll a concentration and total primary production in this study compared to previous studies.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to examine the eff ects of temperature and light intensity on growth of female gametophytes of Eisenia bicyclis and Ecklonia cava and responses of these female gametophytes to Fe addition and daylength. Female gametophytes of each species were cultured at four temperatures (10, 15, 20, and 25°C) and under a combination of four light intensities (10, 20, 40, and 80 μmol photons/(m^2 ·s)) with two temperatures (15 and 20°C for E i . bicyclis;20 and 25°C for E c . cava ) to clarify their optimal growth conditions. Growth and maturation of female gametophytes of these two species under a combination of five Fe-EDTA concentrations (0, 1, 2, 4, and 8 μmol/L) and three daylengths (10, 12, and 14 h) were also examined. The growth of E i . bicyclis gametophyte was maximal at approximately 15–20°C, 20 μmol photons/(m^2 ·s), Fe-EDTA concentration of 8 μmol/L and daylengths of 12–14 h. While E c . c ava gametophytes showed optimal growth at approximately 20–25°C, 20 μmol photons/(m^2 ·s), Fe- EDTA concentration of 8 μmol/L and daylength of 14 h. Maturation of gametophytes was enhanced at Fe-EDTA concentration of 4 μmol/L for E i . bicyclis and at 2 μmol/L for E c . c ava . In conclusion, optimal growth temperatures and Fe-EDTA concentrations for maturation of E i . bicyclis and E c . c ava gametophytes were diff erent. Higher optimal growth temperature for E c . c ava gametophytes may contribute to its wider geographical distribution compared to E i . bicyclis which has restricted habitats in Korea. This suggests that addition of Fe ion could be used to recover beds of these two species in barren grounds of Korea.  相似文献

A study of tsunami events in the East (Japan) Sea using continuous Galerkin finite element model, aiming at reproducing tsunami waves generated by underwater earthquakes in 1983 and 1993 respectively has been performed focusing on the geographic extent of a topographic feature in the East (Japan) Sea. Numerical models can be the proper tools to study the combined effects of realistic topography. Subsequently, using the FEM based two-dimensional model we have simulated the smoothed and flattened topographic effects by removal of Yamato Rise and seamounts for the cases of tthe 1983 Central region earthquake tsunami and the 1993 southwestern Hokkaido earthquake tsunami. The results have shown that there will be higher tsunamis along the eastern coasts of Korea in general except some areas, like Sokcho with removal of topographic highs, thus providing complicated bottom topography of the East (Japan) Sea as effective tsunami energy scattering.  相似文献
