Genetic study of Kelp “901” strain

Based on DNA extraction and optimization of random amplified reaction (RAPD) to the gametophytes and sporophytes of Kelp “901” strain, genetic study on variation was conducted to its parents and offsprings of F6, F7,Fs, and F9 generation. RAPD results have shown that among 30 selected primers for gametophytes, 297 loci ranging from 200 to 3 000 bp were obtained in the average of 9,9 loci for each primer, This indicated a high polymorphic rate with RAPD detection. UPGMA (unweighted pair-group method arithmetic average) analysis showed that each male and female gametophyte of a generation could be clustered into one pair separately. The genetic distances of the Kelp 901 generation were 0.321 2-0.476 7, and the maximum was between F7 and Fs (0.476 7). Identity analysis showed that F6 generation was more close to the female parent (0.659 3), and F7 generation was more close to the male parent (0.5788). To the sporophytes study in 24 selected primers for RAPD amplification, 191 loci ranging from 230-2 800 bp were obtained, in the average to each primer of 8.0 loci. The heterozygosity to six populations were male parent (0.223 9),female parent (0.107 2), F6 (0.216 4), F7 (0.228 6), F8 (0.229 6) and F9 (0.317 2). The nearest genetic distance was 0.083 5 (Fs, F9). Total heterozygosity (HT) ofF6, F7, F8 and F9 generations was 0.318 6, the average heterozygosity (Hs) for F6,F7, F8 and F9 generations was 0.248 0, and deduced coefficient of population differentiation (Gst) was 22.2%. Six sequence characterized amplified regions (SCAR) were preliminary screened through RAPD analysis. It needed to be verified in detail as they are significant for molecular marker assistance in breeding and selecting Laminaria.

于５５℃水浴加热条件下，在阳离子表面活性剂ＣＴＭＡＢ存在的ＨＡｃＮａＡｃ（ｐＨ６２）缓冲介质中，Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）和Ａｌ（Ⅲ）均能与６溴苯并噻唑偶氮变色酸（６ＢｒＢＴＣＡ）形成有色配合物，其最大吸收波长分别为６６４ｎｍ和６４２ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数分别为１１４×１０５和１０８×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，配合物吸光度至少稳定２４ｈ，组成比均为ｎＭ∶ｎＲ＝１∶２。用双波长标准加入法同时测定铁和铝，方法灵敏度高且消除了吸收光谱严重重叠的影响，用于硅砖、石灰石中铁和铝的同时测定，结果满意     

Analysis of ERS-2 scatterometer winds and wind-wave calculation for eastern China seas

The wind system over the China seas plays an important role in climate variation there. In this paper, ERS-2 scatterometer winds covering the period of 1998 and the area of 25-41°N, 117-130°E were analyzed and compared to NCEP winds and buoy winds in the same period and location, to assess how well the ERS-2 data reflect the real wind regime, at least for this area. The results indicated that ERS-2 scatterometer winds are closer to buoy observations than NCEP winds. In addition, a new wind-wave growth relation was applied to calculate wave parameters.     

不同谱线的太阳单色光观测

本文利用紫金山天文台光谱仪加配太阳像和底片同时移动的同步装置,在底片盒前加可以调节的狭缝,旋转光栅,扫描太阳单色像,得到氢 H_α(λ6563)、氢 H_σ(λ4202)、钠 D_2(λ5896)、氦 H_el(λ5876)(即D_线)、铁 FeⅠ(λ6302A)、钙 C_aⅡK(λ3934)等谱线以及连续光潜区的太阳单色像。从单色像照片上可以看出不同谱线单色像有明显的不同。     

刺参海底爆破筑礁增殖研究

在二度地形体上点源和线源的实验对比

在地形起伏情况下进行电阻率法工作时,必须压抑地形干扰影响,突出地质体异常,达到较好的地质找矿效果.消除地形干扰的途径在于光要获得纯地形的视电阻率曲线,然后再对迭加有地形影响的实测异常进行改正.二度角域点源电位的解释解已经导出,可通过电子计算机计算出任意二度复杂地形近似的点源视电阻率畸变曲线.实际上很多地形都可近似看成二度体地形,譬如一般的三度体山谷;山脊的山顶走向长度大于1.5AO,测线在山顶任一部位正交通过;任意三度体山脊,测线在半坡山腰通过;以及山     

双频相位求差法探测与修复周跳特性分析

周跳的探测与修复是GPS载波相位数据处理中一项重要的任务。首先介绍了双频相位求差法探测与修复周跳的原理;其次,利用Fortran语言编制了相应的程序,并通过实例分析了在不同采样率下探测周跳与修复的效果;最后讨论了该方法探测周跳的不足。     

模拟氮沉降对三江平原湿地小叶章生物量及分配的影响

在非淹水、淹水两种水分条件下模拟氮沉降变化(分别相当于氮沉降0g/(m2.a)、1g/(m2.a)、3g/(m2.a)、5g/(m2.a))对三江平原典型湿地植物小叶章生物量及其分配的影响。结果表明,不同水分状况下氮沉降均促进小叶章生物量的积累,且以N5水平下生物量增加最多(p<0.05)。小叶章各器官生物量增长程度对氮沉降的响应并不一致:非淹水条件下根生物量平均增长最大(54.5%),其次是叶(31%)、茎(19.2%);淹水条件下小叶章各部位的生物量增长更为显著,其中根生物量平均增长124.7%,叶、茎生物量分别增长62%和61.1%。氮沉降明显促进了根生物量的积累,提高根生物量的分配比例。生长季的氮沉降对于改变湿地的营养状况、刺激植物生长具有直接的生态意义。
