构建“学习共同体”--《静悄悄的革命》评介

《静悄悄的革命》一书作者为佐藤学,他是日本东京大学教授、教育学博士。作为"行动的研究者",他遍访日本全国各地学校,深入课堂,与一线教师共同研究教学,构建起日本全国性的"学习共同体"。作者在本书中欲传递的信息有很多,但作者认为支撑教师的创意和创造性的关键在于给每个孩子学习的尊严、专注教材(学问)的发展性和教师自己的教育哲学这三点。     

利用GPS拖体在万山区域测量平均海面技术研究

Wanshan area has been chosen to be the specified field to calibrate and validate(Cal/Val) the HY-2 altimeter and its follow-on satellites. In March 2018, an experiment has been conducted to determine the sea surface height(SSH) under the HY-2 A ground track(Pass No. 203). A GPS towing-body(GPS-TB) was designed to measure the SSH covering an area of about 6 km×28 km wide centered on the HY-2 A altimeter satellite ground track. Three GPS reference stations, one tide gauge and a GPS buoy were placed in the research area, in order to process and resolve the kinematic solution and check the precision of the GPS-TB respectively. All the GPS data were calculated by the GAMIT/GLOBK software and TRACK module. The sea surface was determined by the GPS-TB solution and the tide gauge placed on Zhiwan Island. Then the sea surface of this area was interpolated by Arc GIS10.2 with ordinary Kriging method. The results showed that the precision of the GPS-TB is about 1.10 cm compared with the tide gauge placed nearby, which has an equivalent precision with the GPS buoy. The interpolated sea surface has a bias of –1.5–4.0 cm with standard deviation of 0.2–2.4 cm compared with the checking line. The gradient of the measured sea surface is about 1.62 cm/km along the HY-2 orbit which shows a good agreement compared with the CLS11 mean sea surface(MSS). In the Cal/Val of satellites, the sea surface between the tide gauge/GPS buoy and the footprint of altimeter can be improved by this work.     

马氏珠母贝TRACP基因的克隆及组织表达

【目的】克隆马氏珠母贝(Pinctada martensii)抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(Tartrate resistant acid phosphatase,TRACP)基因,分析该基因在不同组织中的表达模式。【方法】用RACE技术克隆得马氏珠母贝TRACP基因(PmTRACP),用实时荧光定量PCR分析该基因在外套膜、闭壳肌、足、性腺、珍珠囊、肝胰腺和鳃中的表达。【结果与结论】PmTRACP基因长度为2 034 bp,开放式阅读框972 bp,编码323个氨基酸,5′UTR长度为27 bp,3′UTR长度为1 035 bp。预测PmTRACP分子质量约为36.39 ku,理论等电点为5.97。该基因含有一个钙调神经磷酸酶样磷酸酯酶结构域。PmTRACP与其他物种TRACP的同源性为48%～65%,与长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)TRACP的同源性最高,同时D³²、D⁷⁰、Y⁷³、N¹⁰⁸、H²⁰³、H²¹²、H²³⁷、H²³⁹等8个氨基酸活性位点和N¹¹⁴糖基化位点在不同物种TRACP中高度保守。PmTRACP与长牡蛎TRACP的亲缘关系最近。PmTRACP在马氏珠母贝各个组织均有表达,且在肝胰腺和珍珠囊中高表达。     

南海东北部内潮的模态结构和传播

The evolution of energy, energy flux and modal structure of the internal tides(ITs) in the northeastern South China Sea is examined using the measurements at two moorings along a cross-slope section from the deep continental slope to the shallow continental shelf. The energy of both diurnal and semidiurnal ITs clearly shows a～14-day spring-neap cycle, but their phases lag that of barotropic tides, indicating that ITs are not generated on the continental slope. Observations of internal tidal energy flux suggest that they may be generated at the Luzon Strait and propagate west-northwest to the continental slope in the northwestern SCS. Because the continental slope is critical-supercritical with respect to diurnal ITs, about 4.6 kJ/m~2 of the incident energy and 8.7 kW/m of energy flux of diurnal ITs are reduced from the continental slope to the continental shelf. In contrast, the semidiurnal internal tides enter the shelf because of the sub-critical topography with respect to semidiurnal ITs.From the continental slope to the shelf, the vertical structure of diurnal ITs shows significant variation, with dominant Mode 1 on the deep slope and dominant higher modes on the shelf. On the contrary, the vertical structure of the semidiurnal ITs is stable, with dominant Mode 1.     

近江牡蛎两个野生种群的遗传多样性分析

采用RAPD分子标记和rDNA-ITS1序列分析了近江牡蛎Crassostrea rivularis湛江官渡和阳江程村野生种群的遗传多样性。12个RAPD引物共扩增出8838条片段,157个位点,平均每个引物可产生13个位点,片段长度在200～2200bp之间。湛江种群和阳江种群的多态位点比例分别为89.62%和89.57%,遗传多样性指数分别为0.4170和0.4334。种群间平均遗传距离为0.0327,平均遗传相似性为0.9681,平均遗传分化系数为0.0437。得到近江牡蛎18S、5.8S部分序列和ITS1全部序列,其中ITS1序列片段长度为478～485bp,共有11个变异位点,两个为转换(A/G),其他为插入/缺失(A/-、T/-)。湛江和阳江种群各获得8个单倍型,其中有一个单倍型为两个种群共享。两个种群的CG碱基平均含量较高,分别为58.29%和58.41%。种群间的遗传分化系数0.0254。结果说明,近江牡蛎湛江种群和阳江种群间具有较高的遗传多样性和较低的遗传分化。     

南海北部陆坡海域内波谱特征

本文对1998年南海季风实验中定点观测的声学多普勒流速剖面仪（Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler,ADCP）海流数据进行频谱分析,结果表明南海北部地区内波之间的非线性作用的强弱影响着该海域的内波谱特征。在季节性温跃层（水深22m和58m）中,由于存在着强的非线性作用,内波带的谱斜率趋于σ^-1和σ^-2之间,而且较高能量的潮谐波频率的峰值随着频率呈现少见的一。递减。在季节性温跃层（水深130m）以下,内波非线性相互作用较弱,观测的内波带谱特征与标准Garrett-Munk内波谱相似,均显示了σ^-2的谱斜率。     

城乡一体化空间数据库建设技术路线和方法

城乡一体化空间数据库的建设是一个非常复杂的过程,它涉及到各个系统平台之间、各个部门之间、各种业务之间的协调和规划。参照国家的有关标准和规范建立一套地籍地形一体化编码体系、构造城乡一体化现代地籍系统平台的数据字典。只有符合标准编码规范和数据组织才能进入系统,才能被系统接纳。

台风过程影响下西沙岛缘灾害性水文气象环境监测

介绍了西沙岛缘水文气象远程实时监测系统的组成,并对部分监测资料进行了初步的分析.该监测系统由水文监测单元和气象监测单元构成,监测数据实时发送,远方用户可同步接收、显示和保存.文章对0801号台风过程的风速、风向进行了分析,还对2008年9月23日至10月4日期间受其他3个台风影响的波浪、风和气压进行了初步的分析.分析结果表明,西沙岛缘水文气象远程实时监测系统可用于海洋环境监测,特别是灾害性海洋环境的监测.
