基于GIS的土地利用规划公众参与研究

在介绍公众参与在土地利用规划中的地位、作用、方式的基础上,提出将GIS应用于土地利用规划公众参与,提出了GIS辅助土地利用规划公众参与的主要功能,对照国内外GIS应用探讨了GIS辅助土地利用规划公众参与的模式,结合土地利用规划各阶段公众参与的特点提出的GIS辅助土地利用规划公众参与的框架。     

ASCOT与POS结合在IMU／DGPS辅助航空摄影中的应用

The Extraction of Urban Surface Water from Hyperspectral Data Based on Spectral Indices

To prevent confusion between water and buildings in the extraction of urban surface water from hyperspectral data, we analyzed the spectra of shadows and water in hyperspectral images, and proposed an anti-shadow water extraction method. This method first uses the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) for initial water extraction, then uses the height of the reflectance peak at 588 nm to eliminate the shadow of buildings. The method was validated by two hyperspectral datacubes, which were obtained for Jiaxing City and Zhoushan City in Zhejiang Province, China. Compared to the common spectral indices used to extract a water body, such as the NDVI, normalized difference water index, hyperspectral difference water index, and index of water index, the proposed method could effectively eliminate the shadow of buildings. The commission error reduced from more than 40% to about 15%, and the Kappa coefficient was increased from 60 and 70% to over 80% for the two datacubes. This indicated that the proposed method can inhibit the shadow of buildings and does not have a regional dependence.     

An asynchronous Geoprocessing Workflow and its application to an Antarctic ozone monitoring and mapping service

The integration of Sensor Web Enablement services with other Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Services as Geospatial Processing Workflows (GPW) is essential for future Sensor Web application scenarios. With the help of GPW technology, distributed and heterogeneous OGC Web Services can be organized and integrated as compound Web Service applications that can direct complicated earth observation tasks. Under the Sensor Web environment, asynchronous communications between Sensor Web Services are common. We have proposed an asynchronous GPW architecture for the integration of Sensor Web Services into a Web Service Business Process Execution Language workflow technology. We designed a Sensor Information Accessing and Processing workflow, an asynchronous GPW instance, to take an experiment of observing and mapping ozone over Antarctica. Based on our results, our proposed asynchronous workflow method shows the advantages of taking environmental monitoring and mapping tasks.     

基于ArcGIS+FME的基础性地理国情监测质检工具设计

针对基础性地理国情监测中耗时耗力的质量检查工作,以广东省2019年基础性地理国情监测为例,基于ArcGIS+FME设计了一套地理国情监测检查工具.通过ArcGIS+FME实现了地表覆盖图斑常规检查模型和地表覆盖图斑接边检查模型,提高了质量检查效率,为基础性地理国情监测项目质量检查工作提供了参考.     

An analytical proof on certain determinants connected with the collinear central configurations in the n-body problem

In this paper we give a short analytical proof of the inequalities proved by Albouy–Moeckel through computer algebra, in the cases $n=5$ and $n=6$ . These inequalities guarantee that, in the $n$ -body problem, the family of mass vectors making a given collinear configuration a central configuration is 2-dimensional. The induction techniques here may be used to prove the inequalities for general $n$ with more subtle estimation but currently the inequalities still remains unproved for $n\ge 7$ .     

微机遥感图像应用处理系统

本文详细介绍了我们研制的微机遥感图像应用处理系统。它的硬件部分以四台微机为主,采用分布式联接,组成四个子系统,可供1—4人同时操作,能方便地输入输出多种数据和图像。该系统的软件部分,由对应硬件子系统的四个软件包组成,即磁带机数据采集软件包,图像显示软件包,专题制图软件包及遥感应用处理软件包。作为重点的第四部分软件,是在遥感应用工作者的经验和工作方法的基础上设计的,它收集和综合了各种实用处理方法,比通用的图像处理软件包更具有遥感应用的特色。
