发现于我国渤海辽东湾的海洋甲藻新种-渤海异冒藻(Heterocapsa bohaiensis sp. nov.)

A small armed dinoflagellate bloomed in the aquaculture ponds off the coast of Liaodong Bay, Bohai Sea of China,resulting in heavy mortalities of the cultured prawns(Penaeus japonicus) and larvae of Chinese mitten handed crabs(Eriocheir sinensis). The bloom-forming species was successfully isolated, and cellular morphology of the specimen was consequently investigated through light, fluorescent and electron microscopy. The small((14.4±1.6) μm in length) ellipsoid cells show typical Heterocapsa thecal plate arrangement(Po, cp, 5′, 3 a, 7′′, 6 c,5 s, 5′′′, 2′′′′). The episome is evidently bigger than the hyposome. One to three spherical pyrenoids are located above or beside the large elongated nucleus. The body scale is characterized by a triangle basal plate with one central upright and nine peripheral spines. Above all, Heterocapsa bohaiensis could be distinguished from other Heterocapsa species by the combination of the cell size, morphology, cellular structure and body scale. Sequence analyses of both ITS and LSU regions reveal the significant genetic divergence between H. bohaiensis and other established species in this genus, further supporting novelty of this species. Noticeably, different sample treatment methods resulted in morphological variation of the apical pore complex(APC) of H. bohaiensis, which needs to be taken into account in future study.     

通过水体置换降低水库富营养化风险：长江口青草沙水库案例研究

城市淡水系统的富营养化风险是世界范围内普遍关注的问题。多种物理、生物和化学技术手段被应用到富营养化湖库的治理当中,以期抑制水体的富营养化程度和藻类生物量。经证实,在未有效降低营养盐来源的情况下,这些手段的效果有限。而在发展中国家,控制营养盐来源可能需要花费数十年的时间。本研究旨在分析某一高营养盐负荷的沿海水库的富营养化和藻类水华风险,以期确认通过水利调度来抑制水库富营养化状态的可行性。该案例水库为位于长江口的青草沙水库。该水库2009至2012年期间的库内五个点位的水质数据被用于进行案例分析。水质指标包括水温、透明度、溶解氧、总氮、总磷和浮游植物叶绿素a。该水库的建设期为2009年4月至2010年10月,期间水库未曾与长江口发生水体交换。该水库的试运营期为2010年10月至2011年1月,正式运营期为2011年1月至今。在运营期间,库内与长江口的水体交换逐步上升。综合营养状态指数（TLI）被用于评估该水库的营养状态变化情况,该指数是通过数个代表性水质指标计算得到。库区的TLI指数峰值在2009年夏季可达51,在2011年夏季可达55,超过TLI指数的富营养化阈值50。TLI的谷值32出现在2010年的夏季。水质观测期的其他时段的TLI指数均可保持在50以下。以上分析结果表明：水库在2009年和2011年夏季由于过量的营养盐负荷和藻类水华迅速恶化到富营养化状态。水库在2010年和2012年均未出现富营养化状态和藻类水华,这是由于2010年期间水库缺少营养盐输入,2012年期间水库调度充分地置换了库区水体。库区水质指标的时空变化均通过文中的观测资料和数据分析进行展示。经分析表明,通过潮汐涨落来充分置换库区水体的水库调度手段是一个极为经济有效的抑制高营养盐水体富营养化和藻类水华的工程手段。     

环渤海湾海洋资源环境承载力定量研究

环渤海湾地区经济发展迅速但开发利用过度,生态问题突出。本文以社会环境学理论、系统论、可持续发展理论等为基础,建立了环渤海湾海洋资源环境承载力评价指标体系,利用单项评价法,以地级市为基本单位对环渤海湾地区的海洋资源环境承载力进行评价。结果表明滨州市的海洋资源环境承载力较好,其次为唐山市和天津市,沧州市的海洋资源环境承载力较弱。     

三亚海域浮游病毒与细菌丰度的时空变化规律以及相关环境因子*

在三亚海域设置3个站位, 分别于各站位连续采集12个月表层水样。利用流式细胞仪进行浮游病毒及浮游细菌丰度的测定, 并对两者及其与环境因子之间的相关性进行研究, 同时对不同站位之间进行差异性分析。结果表明, 调查海域浮游病毒丰度(平均7.63×10⁶viruses·mL^-1)高于浮游细菌丰度(平均1.52×10⁶cells·mL^-1)。浮游病毒及浮游细菌丰度在三亚河口最高, 且有明显的季节变化, 冬春季高于夏秋季, 并且其与鹿回头半岛西侧、小东海之间均有极显著差异(P<0.01), 不同类群病毒代表的宿主类群也有所不同。调查海域总体水平浮游病毒丰度与浮游细菌丰度显著正相关(r=0.800, P<0.01); 叶绿素(Chl a)和氮盐(NO- 2、NO- 2+NO- 3、NH+ 4)是影响两者的关键因子。     

光裸方格星虫增养殖对滩涂底质的影响

基于2016年春、秋两个季节的现场实验数据, 研究光裸方格星虫(Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus)滩涂增养殖对滩涂底质的影响。实验对方格星虫单养区(S组)、方格星虫-贝类混养区(P组)和无星虫对照区(C组)进行了有机质、粒径组成、氧化还原电位(ORP)等指标测定, 结果表明: 1) 秋季S组20~30cm层次有机质含量和细沙比例均显著高于春季, 而C组仅表层物质有所增加, 表明方格星虫具有较强的表层物质迁移能力, 且其迁移深度为20~30cm。2) 秋季C组各层氧化还原电位值(ORP)均无明显降低趋势, 而S组仅10~20cm层次有一定程度降低, 表明方格星虫增养殖并不会明显降低滩涂底质状况。3) P组各层有机质以及细沙含量增加, 表明皱肋文蛤的过滤沉积作用可以提高滩涂颗粒物质的积累, 且方格星虫混养会加速颗粒物质的向下迁移; P组皱肋文蛤的栖息层次(0~3cm、3~10cm) ORP明显低于S组(p<0.05), 表明高密度的皱肋文蛤代谢活动会加剧0~10cm的底质恶化。4) 方格星虫与皱肋文蛤具有生态互补作用, 在同一区域进行增养殖可以提高滩涂物质利用率及碳汇功能; 方格星虫扰动引入富氧水可以缓解皱肋文蛤栖息层次的底质。     

Numerical study of sand scour with a modified Eulerian model based on incipient motion theory

Application of the standard Eulerian model to simulations of sand scour results in unrealistic phenomena. Therefore, the present work develops a modified Eulerian model based on sand incipient motion theory. The modified model is applied for simulating a two-dimensional single vertical jet and a moving planar jet. The simulation results generally demonstrate fairly good agreement with published results of scour profiles and the velocity contours of the water and sand phases. In addition, equations to describe self-similar scour profiles for the moving planar jet cases are given. The results demonstrate that the modified model efficiently and accurately simulates the two-dimensional sand scour produced by jets, particularly for the moving jet cases.     

卫星导航欺骗干扰技术研究进展

在卫星导航应用越来越重视对抗与防护的背景下,梳理了卫星导航欺骗干扰技术的发展现状。讨论了欺骗干扰的原理和分类,介绍了欺骗干扰对接收机的影响、转发式欺骗干扰定位模型、新型渐变自同步欺骗干扰三个方向的研究进展,最后展望了卫星导航欺骗干扰技术下一步的发展方向。     

辽西北票地区南天门断裂的第四纪活动

作者通过野外地质调查,通过对断层角砾,断层泥的ＥＳＲ法年龄测定和断层上盘黄土的光释光法年龄测定,认为辽宁北票发生于中生代燕山期的南天门断裂,也是一条切割了晚更新世马兰黄土的第四纪活动断裂。     

Petrogenesis of Early Cretaceous hornblende gabbro in Khanka Massif: evidence from geochronology and geochemistry

The authors report zircon U-Pb geochronological,whole-rock geochemical and zircon Lu-Hf isotope data for the hornblende gabbro within the Khanka Massif,with the aim of constraining its formation time and petrogenesis. The zircon U-Pb dating shows that ~(206)Pb/~(238)Pb ages of zircons from the hornblende gabbro range from 120 to 129 Ma,yielding a weighted mean age of 123 ± 2 Ma,i. e.,the Early Cretaceous. The hornblende gabbro has SiO_2 of 44. 77%--46. 58% and belongs to the tholeiitic series on FeO~t/MgO-SiO_2 diagram. It displays a right-inclined REE pattern with( La/Yb)_N ratios of 3. 44 to 4. 42. The trace element spidergram shows that they are enriched in large ion lithophile elements( LILE) such as Rb,Th,U,K and Pb,and depleted in high field strength elements( HFSE) such as Nb,Ta,Ti and P,indicating an affinity to arc igneous rocks.The ε_(Hf)( t) values of zircons vary from -2. 6 to + 3. 9 and Hf model ages( T_(DM1)) range from 622 to 883 Ma.These geochemical characteristics indicate that primary magma of the hornblende gabbro could be derived from partial melting of young mantle material accreted during the Neoproterozoic. Combined with the Early Cretaceous igneous rock assemblages in NE Asia. It is concluded that the hornblende gabbro formed in an active continental margin related to the westward subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate beneath the Khanka Massif.     

基于F-范数的不确定性平差模型的解算方法

为提高基于F-范数的不确定性平差模型的解算效率,给出直接迭代算法进行参数估计。该算法无需SVD,解算过程简单且易于编程计算,同时给出迭代不收敛时的SVD-解方程算法。二元线性拟合及沉降观测AR模型的算例结果表明,这2种算法正确可行,与SVD-迭代算法具有等价性。当迭代收敛时,宜使用直接迭代算法,收敛速度更快,解算效率更高;当迭代不收敛时,可釆用SVD-解方程算法。
