东营城区高精度三维地震采集方法研究

根据东营城区内建筑物较多，环境干扰较大，地下构造复杂，断裂非常发育，目的层埋藏深，资料信噪比较低的特点，以地震老资料和钻井资料为基础，建立地震地质模型，利用射线追踪技术选取合适的观测系统参数。充分利用卫星数字地图，没计了灵活多变的观测系统，采用可控震源与炸药震源配合使用方法，及时对城区内地下面元的覆盖次数、方位角和炮检距的分布进行质量监控，利用现场处理系统对资料进行及时分析，提高了地震资料品质。所获得的东营城区高精度三维地震采集资料显示，其浅中层分辨率和中深层信噪比都有了明显改善，取得了良好的地质效果。     

Study on copper complexing ligand concentrations in several China’s coastal waters

Copper complexing ligand concentrations in the Daya Bay, Qingdao coast, Jiaozhou Bay, South China Sea and Huanghe Estuary waters were determined by the anodic stripping voltammetry technique. The distribution regularity and the relationship with other parameters were discussed. The results were as follows: Copper complexing ligand concentrations of the South China Sea were a little higher than those of other sea areas, and they were apparently higher than those of the ocean. Compared with the subsurface layer (SSL) in the sea surface microlayer copper complexing ligand concentrations showed an enrichment phenomenon, of which the mechanism is similar to dissolved organic matter. The metal complexing ligand concentration profiles of the South China Sea showed that the value in the sea surface was the highest, then it decreased with depth accruing, and a higher value appeared at the bottom. Copper complexing ligand concentrations were higher than those of cadmium and lead. Ligands in each sea area exhibited a complicated property. In short, the distribution regularity of copper complexing ligand concentrations in China' s coastal waters was consistent with that of other regions in the world. Meanwhile, the positive relationship between the copper complexing ligand concentrations and biological oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, dissolved organic carbon, and viscosity were found clearly.     

假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.cn4902)磷酸甘油磷酸酯酶基因克隆与鉴定

采用随机克隆、功能筛选、逐次排除和同源比较的基因克隆新策略进行克隆假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp．cn4902)磷酸甘油磷酸酯酶基因的研究。结果表明，该结构基因长819bp，与铜绿假单胞菌的磷酸甘油磷酸酯酶基因的核苷酸一致性达61．5％，氨基酸同源性为56．2％。该基因已输入GenBank数据库，收录号AF348165。将该基因转化大肠杆菌，受体菌在含NaCl 1．0mol／L的培养基中甘油含量升高2．9倍，最终菌浓度提高3．6倍。可见这是一个与生物耐盐性相关的主基因，以其转化、培育耐盐农作物的前景十分光明。     

锯缘青蟹NAGase的催化机理的判断

以p-硝基苯酚-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷（pNP-NAG）为底物，研究产物类似物：p-羧基苯酚和苯酚对青蟹N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAGase，Ec3．2．1．52）活力的影响．结果表明：p-羧基苯酚和苯酚对该酶有抑制的作用，IC50分别为20．0和100．0mmol／dm^3．p-羧基苯酚和苯酚对酶的抑制均表现为竞争性类型，其抑制常数K1分别为5．03和25．67mmol／dm^3．结合产物N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖（NAG）抑制作用表现为反竞争性类型，判断NAGase水解pNP-NAG反应为有序双双反应（Ordered Bi Bi）．     

围垦的社会经济价值及其对海洋环境影响的评估

从围垦滩涂与保护湿地的关系着手,针对浙江省的滩涂围垦现状,讨论了沿海滩涂实施围垦工程所创造的社会经济价值,分析了湿地生态的环境特征及其对自然界的贡献,指出并探讨了海岸带资源开发与海岸工程建设所带来的问题,从湿地保护和经济可持续发展的角度提出了相关的建议。     

动力定位系统与单波束测深仪在科考船定点作业中的应用

科考船定点作业时会受到海洋风、涌、浪、流等外界环境因素影响，导致工作效率降低，原位测量精度下降，甚至影响作业安全。动力定位系统 （DP） 具有自动定位功能，能够抵抗外界环境因素的影响，可实现科考船高精度定点控位。 单波束测深仪不仅可以测量水深，也可反映水下设备深度信息，可以起到辅助监控水下设备功能。本文在介绍定点作业施工现状与局限性的基础上，分析 DP 系统与单波束测深仪工作原理，以“向阳红 01”船为载体，在定点作业时开启 DP 系统与单波束测深仪，发现该方法可以提高科考船定点作业工作效率、原位测量精度并保障作业安全，可为其他科考船定点作业提供参考。     

AN ANALYTICAL METHOD OF ULTRA-TRACE TELLURIUM FOR SAMPLES OF SEA-AND ENVIRONMENTAL-WATER

Tellurium is known to be a poisonous element to human health. In recent years,determination of trace tellurium has been attached great attention in connection with thewide application of its compounds and/or with environmental pollution. Literature citedreported the determination of ppb level tellurium in waste water and artificial watersamples by atomic-absorption spectrophotometry. As the tellurium content in naturalwater is extremely low, there is not yet any sensitive analytical method for determination ofits background value in various natural water. 热带气旋活动对中国夏季雨带类型与ENSO的响应关系

本文分析研究了热带气旋１）活动与中国夏季２）３组（包括８种）主要多雨带类型的响应关系。同时对热带气旋活动与夏季大陆气温和ＥＮＳＯ事件的始终时间的响应关系，也进行了探讨。分析表明，夏季中国的雨带分布特征对热带气旋活动有着十分重要的指示意义。热带气旋活动与中国大陆气温有着正相关关系，与ＥＮＳＯ事件的发生有着反相关关系
