大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)转铁蛋白(Tf)基因克隆及序列分析

提要应用RNeasy animal mini试剂盒抽提大黄鱼total RNA,逆转录合成模板cDNA;同时综合分析从GenBank数据库查询到已报道的转铁蛋白(Tf)基因序列,先设计并合成扩增引物扩增出大黄鱼转铁蛋白部分基因序列,再应用RACE技术,克隆出大黄鱼转铁蛋白全长cDNA基因,全长2461个核苷酸,编码661个氨基酸。应用WCG软件包,采用DNADIST和NEIGHBOR分析方法,构建了转铁蛋白系统进化树。树图显示与传统的分类地位大致相符,可以看出转铁蛋白在海水鱼和淡水鱼的进化上的差异,同时也显示大黄鱼Tf与真鲷的同源性最高。     

养殖牙鲆细菌性病原分离与鉴定

牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)是我国北方沿海地区的重要经济养殖品种，目前已形成工厂化生产规模。随着养殖密度的增加以及海水污染程度的日益严重，养殖牙鲆出现了各种疾病(曲凌云等，2000； Mo Zhaolan et al.，2001).造成了巨大的经济损失。 1999~2000年，山东省荣成、威海、青岛胶南及黄岛地区养殖牙鲆大面积发病，疾病发生时间多在每年的6~11月.病鱼多为3~10月龄。本文作者对以上牙鲆发病地区进行了临床病症的调查，并进行了病原的分离和初步鉴定。     

96孔酶标板法测定中国对虾血淋巴上清液抗菌活力和酚氧化酶活性的初步研究

用96孔酶标板法测量单尾中国对虾血淋巴上清液抗菌（Uα）应力和过氧化酶活性。实验表明，该法具有以下优点：1）可测定大批单尾对虾血淋巴上清液的抗菌活力，酚氧化酶活性；2）所需对虾血淋巴上清液微量化；3）用酶标仪读取酶的活性，减少了不同试验者人为读数时的误差；4）重复性高。     

雄性三倍体长牡蛎繁殖潜力的初步研究

国内外很多人做过三倍体长牡砺的诱导工作，但在三倍体性腺发育及配子活力方面的研究，目前仅见Ａｌｌｅｎ等１９８６年和１９９０年对三倍体的海螂和长蛎异常配子的发生报道。Ｃｏｘ１９９６年研究了悉尼岩牡蛎三倍体性腺发育情况，姜卫国等对三倍体合浦珠母贝的生殖腺进行了观察，李霞［１］对三倍体长牡蛎的性腺发育做了较系统的分析和总结。作者用流式细胞仪对长牡蛎Ｃｒａｓｓｏｓｔｒｅａ　ｇｉｇａｓ二、三倍体的性腺细胞进行了初步分析，回答了三倍体长牡蛎生殖潜力及性比方面的一些问题，为进一步研究三倍体长牡蛎的生长、繁殖、杂…     

随机海浪的列率谱分析研究

首次将列率谱分析的方法引入到随机海浪的研究。根据不同环境条件下实验室资料，对列率谱与频率谱进行了比较。结果表明，列率频对频率谱高频部分有明显改善，特别对二倍频含能段的分辨具有明显的优越性。另外，列率谱具有计算速度快、简单易行、分辨率高等优点。     

考虑底摩擦的波浪折射计算

本文用考虑底摩擦的折射模式计算了浅水中波高和波向分布。作为一个例子,根据不同的摩擦系数和不同的边界条件计算了一种简单海底地形的折射系数、衰减系数和折射角,所得结果与不考虑底摩擦的折射模式结果进行比较,发展它们之间存在一些差异,表明在浅水中底摩擦对波高有一定影响。     

CASE ANALYSIS OF SEA LEVEL CIRCULATION FOR THE ATMOSPHERE OF LOW LATITUDES IN MID-SUMMER

In the light of the sea level synoptic charts from July to August for 1975-1978, we obtained more observed records of low latitudes by using the analysed stream and temperature-moisture field (or so called energy field θe field and θse field), the main characteristics of these fields in the period of multi-typhoon genesis and of typhoon interval in the mid-summer are studied.Finally, it should be pointed out that the position of the typhoon genesis and the typhoon track are generally consistent with the low temperature-moisture region of the sea surface as well as with its tendency, so that a valuable information is obtained for the forecast of the typhoon track.     

GEOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERSTITIAL WATER OF THE BOHAI GULF

This paper discusses the geochemical characteristics of the interstitial water of the Bohai Gulf, where the main salt contents (K+, Na+, Ca++ Mg+ + , C1-, HCO3-, SO4-) in 55 sedimentary layers of 13 cores (3-4 m in length) and those of bottom seawater have been determined and the exchange capacity and exchange cations (K+, Na+, Ca++, Mg++) of the layers analysed (see Fig. 1)Fig. J. AN ECOLOGICAL STUDY OF BENTHIC ORGANISMS IN THE NEARSHORE WATERS TO THE WEST OF TAIWAN STRAIT

In seven cruises on benthic organisms in the nearshore waters(>50 m) to the west of the Taiwan Strait(23°20''-25°54''N,117°11''-119°58''E) in 1961-1964,altogether 189 stations of quantitative grabbing and 33 stations of qualitative trawling were made.
Altogether 392 species of benthic organisms have been identified.The composition was dominated by nearshore shallow water species,with tropical and subtropical species absolutely dominant.The total average of biomass was 38.0 g/m² and average density,116.0 ind./m².The communities of benthic organisms in the area can be classified into five communities namely,(1) Amphiura sp.-Acaudina molpadioides Community;(2) Protankyra asymmetrica-Arnphioplus pracstans-Murex trapa Community;(3) Modiolus meicalfei-Phyllophorus liuwutiensis-Armandia letocirris-Nephtys sinensis Community;(4) Branchiostoma belcheri-Solenr oseomaculatus-Marphysa sinensis- Onuphis eremita Community;(5) Iconomtra japonica-Barbatia decussata Community.     

MARINE BIOLOGICAL CHORUSES OBSERVED IN XIAMEN HARBOUR

Marine biological choruses observed in Xiamen harbour from August 1981 to October 1982 lasted for a few hours each time during the neap tide in spring, summer and autumn, in both the evening and the morning, with molt energy at frequencies between 700 Hz and 1.6 kHz and spectral peaks mainly at 800 Hz, 1 kHz and 1.25 kHz. During choruses, noise spectrum levels rose up to 46 dB higher than the background noise in the sea Mate 0. The statistics of occurrence of the evening choruses indicate that they might be fairly widespread in and near shallow waters of the region. Sources of such choruses are likely to be attributed to Johnnius belengerii and Collichthys lucidut of the family Sciaenidae.
