ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAULTNG AND FORMATION AS WELL AS DEVELOPMENT OF HANJIANG DELTA

Controlled by the NE-and NW-trending faults the Hanjiang Delta formed in the Early Quaternary received deposits in the Middle Quaternary, continued to develop since the Holocene, and subsided at a velocity of 1 mm/yr. About 2000-3000 years BP the Hanjiang Delta began to uplift and became a land. Its formation and development are controlled by faulting. Early and late developments are controlled by the NE-and NW-trending fractures, respectively, indicating the rebirth and Intense activity of the latter.     

TRANSFORMATION OF CONTINENTAL AND OCEANIC CRUSTS AND GEOTECTURE OF THE WESTERN PACIFIC MARGIN

Three types of crust exist in the area studied. There was an assembled continent at the end of the Hercynian-Indosinian cycle. Since the Cenozoic the area has shown a trend of tension, thinning and oceanization in varying degrees, which is manifested in the creeping and obduction of the Asian continent as well as the spreeding and subduction of West Pacific Ocean, thus bringing about the continental rifts, maginal basins and arc-thrence systems in this area.Geotectonic cycle usually begins with a tensional phase and ends with a compressional phase. When tension predominates, various rifts can be formed on the continental crust and the crust is in the trend of oceanization. When compression predominates, the rifts disappears, the crust is in the trend of continentization and, in the end, folded mountain belts and geosutures can be formed. Thus, the crust is tending towards "maturatity" and thickening.     

黄河三角洲桩西101站潮沟地貌形态及其水动力学研究

在潮沟下游，横跨且生趣与潮沟的横断面设了５个观测站，进行了２４ｈ的水动力测量。结果表明，涨落潮流速流向不对称，在潮沟内，涨落潮流流速差别很大，涨潮流流速最大为９ｃｍ／２，而落潮流流速最大可达３８ｃｍ／ｓ。据推测，潮沟内之所以落潮流流速明显大于涨潮流流速，可能是由于潮沟与岸线斜交有关。     

北黄海沉积物——水界面反硝化速率及影响因素研究

探讨近海氮的循环机制,采用乙炔抑制法和现场静态箱法对北黄海夏季局部海域的反硝化速率进行了研究,该海域反硝化速率在2.5~5.8μmol/m2.h之间,平均4.85μmol/m2.h。影响其反硝化速率的主要因素为溶解氧,其次是温度。北黄海的反硝化速率低于珠江口和长江口海域。     

One new species of free-living marine nematodes (Enoplida,Anticomidae, Cephalanticoma) from the Huanghai Sea

One new species of free-living marine nematodes Cephalanticoma filicaudata sp. nov. from the Huanghai Sea, China is described and illustrated. Cephalanticoma filicaudata sp. nov. is characterized by well developed cephalic capsule, three teeth at the anterior of oesophagus, excretory pore opens posterior to cervical setae, only two cervical setae per file, body length longer than 5 200 μm, tail long and no ventral-lateral seta between the supplement and the cloacal opening. Types are deposited in the College of Marine Life Sciences, Ocean University of China.     

高纯河豚毒素对蛙坐骨神经动作电位的影响

用电生理学方法观察了4种不同浓度的高纯河豚毒素(tetrodotoxin,TTX)对蛙离体坐骨神经动作电位的影响.实验结果表明:1μmol/dm3TTX在给药后7 min能显著抑制动作电位的上相幅度(P<0.05),但在给药后10 min才显著抑制动作电位的下相幅度(P<0.01);20μmol/dm3TTX在给药后3 min内能完全抑制动作电位的形成.1μmol/dm3TTX在给药后1~5min对动作电位传导速度的影响没有统计学意义,5μmol/dm3TTX在5min时可显著抑制传导速度(P<0.05),而10μmol/dm3TTX在2min时便显著抑制传导速度(P<0.05).实验结果提示高纯河豚毒素对蛙离体坐骨神经动作电位的影响存在剂量效应关系.     

The Mathematical and Parameterized Expressions for Wave Induced Excess Flow of Momentum

Wave induced excess flow of momentum(WIEFM)is the averaged flow of momentum over a wave period due to wave presence,which may also be called 3-D radiation stress.In this paper,the 3-D current equations with WIEFM are derived from the averaged Navier-Stokes equations over a wave period,in which the velocity is separated into the large-scale background velocity,the wave particle velocity and the turbulent fluctuation velocity.A concept of wave fluctuating layer(WFL)is put forward,which is the vertical column from the wave trough to wave ridge.The mathematical expressions of WIEFM in WFL and below WFL are given separately.The parameterized expressions of WIEFM are set up according to the linear wave theory.The integration of WIEFM in the vertical direction equals the traditional radiation stress(namely 2-D radiation stress)given by Longuet-Higgins and Stewart.     

多管藻内生真菌Chaetomium globosum.苯甲醛类次生代谢成分研究

从采自青岛近海的红藻多管藻(Polysiphonia urceolata)中分离到一株毛壳霉属真菌球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum.),对其发酵代谢产物的化学成分进行了研究。采用溶剂提取、分配,硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析以及制备薄层层析等技术已分离获得6个单体化合物,通过一维、二维超导核磁共振技术、质谱技术等鉴定了其中4个化合物的结构,均为苯甲醛类衍生物,分别为2-(1-庚烯基)-3、6-二羟基-5-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(Ⅰ)、2-庚基-3、6-二羟基-5-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(Ⅱ)、2-(3、5-庚二烯基)-3、6-二羟基-5-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(Ⅲ)、2-(1、3、5-庚三烯基)-3、6-二羟基-5-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(Ⅳ)。     

大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)转铁蛋白(Tf)基因克隆及序列分析

提要应用RNeasy animal mini试剂盒抽提大黄鱼total RNA,逆转录合成模板cDNA;同时综合分析从GenBank数据库查询到已报道的转铁蛋白(Tf)基因序列,先设计并合成扩增引物扩增出大黄鱼转铁蛋白部分基因序列,再应用RACE技术,克隆出大黄鱼转铁蛋白全长cDNA基因,全长2461个核苷酸,编码661个氨基酸。应用WCG软件包,采用DNADIST和NEIGHBOR分析方法,构建了转铁蛋白系统进化树。树图显示与传统的分类地位大致相符,可以看出转铁蛋白在海水鱼和淡水鱼的进化上的差异,同时也显示大黄鱼Tf与真鲷的同源性最高。     

养殖牙鲆细菌性病原分离与鉴定

牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)是我国北方沿海地区的重要经济养殖品种，目前已形成工厂化生产规模。随着养殖密度的增加以及海水污染程度的日益严重，养殖牙鲆出现了各种疾病(曲凌云等，2000； Mo Zhaolan et al.，2001).造成了巨大的经济损失。 1999~2000年，山东省荣成、威海、青岛胶南及黄岛地区养殖牙鲆大面积发病，疾病发生时间多在每年的6~11月.病鱼多为3~10月龄。本文作者对以上牙鲆发病地区进行了临床病症的调查，并进行了病原的分离和初步鉴定。
